    Order # ****** Placed the order on 3/5/24. Went to go look for an update on the website and/or contact to find out if product has shipped or when we can expect this to arrive. When attempting to login, I am locked out of the website and cannot find out any additional info.This needs to be resolved ASAP!I need to either have an update with a tracking number or have this business refund my money.

    I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you are trying to log into to check the status of your order as we do not have customer log ins or store customer information on our site for security purposes. I did check in on the status of your order and it is scheduled to ship either tomorrow or the next day and you will receive tracking info to your email on the order form.

    On 11/28/23, I placed an order for 2 Powerheart AED G3 9146-302 re-celled batteries from AEDLand.com for $336. After multiple failed attempts to speak to the seller to ask for shipping info, I found that the contact number provided ************ is just a voicemail inbox and that they did not provide an active email contact. Their website states that *******************, EMT and Owner of AEDLand.com, however, when I checked his LinkedIn profile it didn't appear to be an actual account; no profile pic and no contact info, nor does it appear to be active. I began to suspect that I was scammed so I came to BBB to check reviews and realized many others have had the same experience. I'm filing this complaint in hopes this company will either provide a full refund or deliver the products I paid for.

    On April 4, 2023 I ordered three (3) Philips Heartstart Home Defibrillators (M5068A) from AEDLand. The total cost was $4,197.00 and this amount was immediately charged to my **** credit card. Also on April 4, 2023, I received a "Thank you for your order" message from *******, indicating that my order number is ****** and "it is now being processed". I never received anything else from this company, no goods, no explanation, nothing. I tried calling several times, but no one answers and the voice mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message.

    At this stage after waiting for so long without a single contact (except for the original automated email on April 4, *************************** process) I would be a fool to agree to shipping.  I don't believe it will actually happen.  I just want my money back.  And for the record, I did follow the contact steps as instructed.  Like so many others, I got no answer from anyone, just a voicemail message box that was full.  I included this in my original complaint.  Just give me my money back.

    I am with the ******************************* and we ordered a re-celled battery for one of our AEDs on 9/28/23. As of 11/08/23,(Order #******), we have not received the item we paid for. I attempted to contact ******* but they do not have an email that we can contact them at, and the phone number listed reports that the mailbox is full and we cannot leave a message, I also texted the number as suggested on the website and I am receiving limited contact from them. I either need this battery delivered or the money returned.

    November 11, 2022 My company ordered 7 HeartSine Samaritan Adult Pad ****01 11516-000003 for a total of $1323.00, which was charged to my credit card immediately. We never heard anything no tracking and no product. Unable to reach the company for any feedback. Texting as the only way to reach a business is completely unprofessional. Order number ****** 11/11/2022 $1323.00, we are seeking a full refund. Unfortunately, the card we used to purchase these items was compromised so AEDland needs to reach out to our company so we can provide the new card number to refund.

It was done on the card that was closed due to fraud that I mentioned in my claim. I have not seen the actual credit hit the account as of today and it also is not showing in my pending transactions.

    I ordered and paid for a LIFEPAK CR+ AED replacements pads and battery charger on May 18, 2023. Order number ******. I paid $126 with my credit card. They charged my CC on May 19th. I have an order confirmation and nothing else, no shipping confirmation or info., no product has been delivered. There is no phone number on this merchants website aedland.com , only a number to text and they do not respond. There is no way to cancel my order either.

    On 5/15/2023 I ordered "Lifepak CR Plus Replacement kit for charge 2 sets of electrodes" from AEDLand.com in the amount of $126.00. I was given a receipt with order #******. I decided to follow up as I had not been provided any shipping information. The only method of contact is through SMS messaging. When I texted to ask about the order I was told "these continue to be on backorder at this time". I was never told they were on backorder and there was no information on their website indicating this fact. I have tried to follow up via text to get more information (how long have they been on back order? When do you expect them to be back in stock?) and I have not received a response. The company has NOT tried to resolve the problem, nor have they provided me with a tracking number. After reviewing all of the complaints on the BBB website, I realized that AEDLand.com is not a reputable company and that my time sensitive replacement pads are not coming.

    we would love to ship your product but as we have stated these continue to be on a nationwide backorder. The website clearly states in BOLD RED letters the product is out of stock and is pre order only on the product page. We have also communicated back to you these continue to be out of stock. I'm sorry we are unable to provide you your product, but it is currently not available. We will be canceling your order and giving you a full refund. next time please read the large red print.     Although I dispute the fact that the website had included bold red text stating that the product was not in stock (I would never have bought it, if that were the case) and mysteriously the price has now tripled, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. in addition, it was not until my credit card company blocked the payment that they issued a refund. I have been made whole (full refund) but I still have doubts about this company and will not do business with them in the future.
