      Zero stars. This has been the most traumatic experience I have ever had in my entire life. My dad had a Intoxalock ignition interlock installed 11/2023. It took weeks to get his vehicle to even be able to move due to Intoxalock shipping the installer the wrong device that was in fact assigned to another person. We had to wait for a new device to be sent after dealing with Intoxalock compliance for WEEKS!!!!!!! He has been charged an outrageous amount of unnecessary fees, the machine malfunctions all the time. He had to have a new camera installed because it was not working properly. The latest error message he has got is blowing pump failure. The vehicle wont move. He is stranded at home with my minor child who has COVID and needs medical attention while I am out of the state attending a conference for work. When calling Intoxalock, we were told this error message is stemming from the camera not working again (supposedly) and that there are pictures missing from July. Let me remind you this is September 18th. He has not had any error messages until today. We were told that we had to pay to have the vehicle towed and would be reimbursed and that the service center cannot service the device for another week. Completely unacceptable. We will be seeking legal advice immediately and want to warn everyone not to use this company. It has been nothing but absolute trouble and a lot of money. Let me also add, you cannot to speak to anyone who speaks english and cannot understand a word they are saying. There is no office that you can go into and speak to someone to try and resolve any problems. Intoxalock has been negligent from day one. Money scheme at its finest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      If I could leave a 0 star review I would. As many others have said, this company is borderline, if not outright criminal. I'm trying to join a class action lawsuit against them. They destroyed my vehicle, then wanted an absurd amount to remove the device after I lost my job due to not being able to drive. Years later had to pay for the device in full before any of their customer service agents would even speak to me. That is, it if I could even get anyone on the phone, because each time I call their customer service number it disconnects immediately after entering my birthday or zip code or anything. The only way to speak with a person is to keep pressing 0. Their billing department doesn't have any issues with disconnections I've noticed. Their agents are rude, they lie. One Indian yelled at me when I asked how much credit I would get applied if I paid in full and was just demeaning and had a sense of "what are you gonna do about it?" Kind of snark. The rest of their representatives I spoke to were also less than helpful, if not outright a******* They are already defrauding people out of tons of money, they could at least be polite about it. I look forward to the day that this business is shut down, and hopefully law reform follows as these devices are dangerous and distracting as well as expensive. They cause undue hardship for many people who are already barely making it. They will ruin your vehicle, steal your money l, and then laugh about it.

      Why would they put a camera in my car but not give me any proof I've missed 4 or 5 blows. I don't get it. I want proof because every single time it has said passed. I need be in in this lawsuit

      Pretty much the Same Experience as everyone else on here. **************** sicks, Lack of communication and Over Charging. It seems as though they want you locked in for the rest of your life.

      This is the worst company for the interlock device. ******** service they give u false information. My battery was dead daily. They kept telling me to jump it. It was dead. I had a bran new batterie put in and the device kept draining the battery. I switched companies and it was the best decision. *** said it isn't a good company. Well I think they should not have them a a service provider.

      I cannot believe they are in business! I experienced rude customer service, overcharges, faulty shipping, faulty installation, lost work wages. I suggested a new unit be sent but NO was the response for the whole year. I have filed a small claims in court although I hear they prefer arbitration. I NEVER received a copy of my lease in violation of my consumer rights. I am also referring this matter to WI *** I will recover damages thru my retained lawyer.

      My equipment stopped working Saturday August 24th, I called intoxalock customer service and was assured there was no service centers open on Saturdays. Grease Monkey is open on Saturdays, also per Idaho code all manufacturers of interlock devices are required to repair or replace equipment within 48 hours of complaint. My car was towed to automotive springs and overloads Monday August 26th, where they took 7 hours to "fix" my interlock. I was told it was "okay to drive" I found out the next day that the system was "bypassed". In other words, you representative preformed circumvention on my vehicle which is a criminal office. Every interlock manufacturer and their representatives are required to follow Idaho code. Not only did the service center assure me that my vehicle was legal to drive, the customer service department also assured me it was legal. It was only after I spoke with the ********************************** I found out it was not legal. I returned the vehicle back to the service center. My equipment (new interlock device) was then sent to another service center which is not licensed to preform maintenance on an interlock system. Per idaho code manufacturers are to have list of all service centers on hand and able to provide them with customers. I have told the customer service department several time thats **** desiel and auto doesn't not fix interlocks, only calibrates them, and my vehicle was at Automotive springs and overloads. They should know where my vehicle is located, given they had it towed here and sent over a work order here. My interlock device sat at incorrect center from 11am August 28th until 12pm August 29 and I didn't know until I called and asked where my interlock device was at. Then I had to have it driven my my mother to automotive springs. Where my car still sits for 7 hours when it takes 5 minutes to put in a new handheld. The service center once again told me my car was ready to go and it wasn't.

      I've contacted **** ******** after telling her the issue and that am a retired senior citizen with fix income and was the possibility of not been able to go ahead with installation she replied ""Don't worry we hold deposit for as long as needed or will full refund it, well, I've spoken with above mention telling her can't go ahead, she replied refund was already issued, soon as I told her to sent me via Email a copy of refund showing to what card was sent to.... END OF CONVERSATION...I obvious they are not strangers to bad reviews I sadly found out.. Their location is **************************************

      The Intoxalock interlock poses a serious threat to consumer safety as its operating system is completely and unequivocally a detrimental distraction for the user.
