I went online to change my address on 4/21/2023 as I have done in the past, about a year ago. I completed the process, the website looking as it had in the past. Unknowingly, there was a replica site for the USPS Change of Address process. After entering my information, including my debit card information, which I remember as part of the process before with a small charge of about $1.10, I thought I was finished. As I monitored my account, a charge of $179.95 from US Change of Address appeared. The transaction information also includes “E COVELL BLVD.” I questioned my bank about the charge, wondering if it was an oddly high pre-authorization amount. I continued to monitor my account and the amount fell off, so I assumed it was a pre-authorization. Today, 4/27/2023 the amount has been posted and taken out of my account. I have just moved, hence the change of address, and truly do not have extra money for something like this. I once again reached out to my bank and authorized that they file a dispute for the transaction and unfortunately close my debit card, which I use for the majority of my bills. I am very upset with what has occurred as a result of this “company’s” misleading website. I truly hope that they cannot continue to conduct their “business.” The email address does in fact say, usp and not usps. I have included the transaction as it is listed on my bank account.Initial Complaint

Was duped by the website post-mail-usp.com
Thought I was changing my address on www.usps.com but was duped and charged $179.95 by these scammers. Now I have to cancel my debit card and the charge, and spend hours on the phone handling this. I am hoping that there are no further scams from this bad actor online. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.

I made the transaction to habe my mail forwarded on April 24th, only to wake up to a payment of $179.95 from USFORWARD-POSTAL. It did not state anywhere within the transaction that that sum of money would be taken. I received a confirmation email from [email protected]. To be honest, I don’t have that kind of money to spend, and seeing that kind of payment taken for absolutely nothing makes me sick. I uploaded the complete email for the complaint, I really hope it can help resolve this matter.Initial Complaint

I went to a USPS site to forward my mail because I moved. It clearly stated $1.10 but evidently it was a replica scam site because it charged me $179.85. As soon as it hit my account I called my bank and terminated my debit card and they are trying to file a dispute. I tried to follow backtracking to cancel or get info on who or why they charged this but I have had no luck. Please help. [email protected] This was the sender of the email verifing me but it’s taking so much money.Initial Complaint

I was completing a change of address on line-I completed the application twice as I omitted the apartment number on the first application. Instead of the expected $1.10/application charge, I was charged $179.95 per application from this third party fraudulent site. I’m unable to contact them to cancel my order-Initial Complaint

Fake postal website to change address!
I went online to what appeared to be the usps website. I was scammed for $179.95. All it says on the charge is update of us mail.
It's all a scam and horrible that this is not shut down already! Now I see all the other complaints, how are they still getting away with this?
Don't let this happen to you!
It looks just like the Post Office website and they will not update your address.
I am working with my bank to try to get the charge cancelled!
This is such BS!Initial Complaint

On 4/13/23 I thought I had gone on the USPS website for a change of address. My card was then charged for $179.95. The email doesn’t exist and neither does the phone number. Now there is a chance I won’t even get the money refunded from the bank.Initial Complaint

Change of address scam. I thought I was changing my address through the USPS.com official site on April 4, 2023 for a cost of $1.10 but my credit card was charged $149.95 by a company Forward My Postal Mail. I cannot find a way to contact this company but would like a refund of this outrageous charge.Initial Complaint

Went to Google link provided for **** but somehow was redirected to USP.com for the change of address. I entered all of the information for a change of address for a family member including credit card for validation - which is standard part of the postal service change of address. After I completed the transaction, got a fraud alert from my bank. I was charged $179.95 - which had not been disclosed anywhere - and then realized the email I got as confirmation said usp.com instead of usps.com. When I try to directly go to that site, it is not the same as where I processed the original change of address. No way to cancel directly so disputed charge with my bank as fraud and cancelled my card.
