      I have shopped with Melaleuca for almost 14 years. I love the products and all the services. It's nice to know there's a company out there that cares about the consumer.

      A package was delivered that I did not order. I discovered that they charged me for a subscription that I did not agree to. I returned the package the next day. Now they will not refund the FULL amount I was charged.

      I have been subscribed for several years and am happy with their products. I have not signed anyone up or anything so it is not a source of income for me. I buy their products because I like them not to make money. Thats not to say I would not like to as I have seen friends and family do well promoting their products, I just have not tried yet :)

      They charged my card without me knowing. It has been a NIGHTMARE to get my refund from the charge. I'm on week 3 now and I still have not received my refund! This company also tried to only give me back $75.15 instead of my FULL charge of $86.13. This company is EXTREMELY horrible and shady. Especially trying to get refunds back.

      Melaleuca is some of the BEST and safest products for kids and adults that suffer from EoE. My 14 year old has severe EoE and many lethal allergies to man made chemicals. We use the Melaleuca laundry and cleaning products and my so. Has had 0 Anaphylaxis attacks from these which is unprecedented and unheard of for the severity of his condition! Thank You ************************* and Melaleuca team!

      You earn points when you spend money with them yet you can't use those points as dollars unless you spend more money out of pocket. So for example I had my required monthly autoship run on the 1st. I have about $56 in points earned so I went to use them but I can't use them unless I spend basically $70 plus on products that total 35 points on top of the products my $56 earned dollars. So your not really earning anything for free tou always have to spend more and more toeven use what you've earned. Won't ever be using this company again even if the products are good it's not worth the money or service or should I say lack there of.

      Buyer BEWARE! This company will sign you up as a member on the condition you purchase from them monthly, a minimum of $70 plus $10 for shipping. However, Melaleuca did not send any correspondence to me with information on when to place an order by. No information on a deadline to purchase. No reminders. I find it very suspicious that there were no alerts or emails to tell me that I must place an order by a specific date to avoid getting an auto ship order of items they randomly choose for me and charged me $80 for. It is bad business not to alert members of upcoming orders/monetary charges. It is also bad business to wait until the first few days of a new month to alert a consumer of an auto charge they retroactively processed for the last day of the month prior - leaving no time to dispute -stating consumer signed a contract and there is no flexibility over a forced transaction. FORCED BUSINESS is BAD BUSINESS. I also cant help but think that this company is forcing overstock or unwanted items on unsuspecting consumers like me. The quality of items chosen for the auto ship order pales in comparison to what I would have selected for myself, had I been sent an email to complete an order. This company blasts out multiple marketing emails but is out of touch with members true needs with their complete lack of communication. In my own industry, I send out reminder emails and I also make phone calls regarding urgent or pressing matters. Why is Melaleuca unable to offer this level of customer service?

      Thank you for your feedback.  Member satisfaction is our top priority and it sounds like we missed the *****  We apologize for any miscommunications that *** have occurred around placing orders and not receiving an order reminder.   Melaleuca members set up a Backup Order when they create their accounts which can either be a customized order or a company-curated selection of products.  Our members have full control over their memberships including placing orders, order reminders, updating Backup Order selection, and they can cancel at any time.  Melaleuca members order products each calendar month and will receive a 30%-50% discount on Melaleuca products.  Melaleuca has been built by customers who love our products and shop every calendar month.  We hope to see you shopping with us again in the near future.

      I was invited to try out the company's products. After I tried it out, I realized that I didn't like any of the products. I spoke to the customer service representative and informed them to cancel my account. It was not canceled at all. They ended up processing a backup order. Then it was sent to my place randomly without my consent. Then, this morning, my bank flagged a payment of $85.03. I did not approve either the order or payment.

      Great products, Peak Performance supplements amazing. Have lots more energy post 50+ than before. Just met a man who's been taking it for 25 years and is now 115 looking like he's 62! ****** mentioned the possibility of a problem and was refunded the whole product.

      I have used Melaleuca products on and off for years; would piggy back on a friend's order for a few years, and then in 2018 i finally got my own customer account. I order every month, i am able to change my back up order to suit my needs as well, and I have had fantastic experiences with their customer service, the few times i have had issues. Once, due to an error on my part in only reading the main description, and not fully reading the ingredient list on a separate tab, i received a product with sugar substitute, which i am allergic to, instead of a natural sweetener. I called to ask them to post this more clearly on their products in the future, and they apologized, and just refunded me the entire cost of the product. I didn't even ask for a refund! My one concern would be that I do think that since they brand themselves as a Wellness company, they should absolutely get away with all of the chemical sugar substitutes, as every single one has been linked to cancer. With sugar substitutes like monkfruit, stevia, honey, and, of course, just good old fashioned raw sugar, there is no reason for any company interested in health and wellness to use fake sugar junk.
