  Their customer service and the way they handle sales in general is pretty bad. You sign on thinking its pretty good and it can be depending on how much health you need in your life. They ride on being *** approved in order to say ingredients are nontoxic. It doesnt mean they arent. When it comes to getting a hold of customer service, good luck. They dont reply to emails though that is the main communication they request you use besides calling. Does everyone have time to be on hold? No. They dont reply. Want to cancel your membership? They will email you a robo email and then have you click the link that is no longer working. You must call. Furthermore, they want you to have an auto monthly shipment to get discounts. You may not use all the products in a month so you end up with tons of products you cant use. They send the box then charge you. Cant ******** yet? Theyll harass you until you do. Emails, texts, phone calls every day. Theyve also changed the way you buy. There is no discount program now. They make more money trying to seduce you into spending more than needed to get free shipping or theyll charge you $11. You end up spending more than that to get the free shipping. ****** also claim you can be a non member member but continue to send you monthly boxes. Really annoying. Youll save more money buying locally.

  I am not satisfied with a majority of the products, there are only a select few that I like. What I really disagree with is I have placed orders and they feel it is ok to auto ship items that I do not even use. You can ship them back at your own expense. It will cost me to buy items I do not want, like or need; then I have to pay to return them? Please do not get caught ** in there scam....

  Where to even begin. First I was told this was an all American made company so that was the first lie as I received items in my very first purchase that were made in ***** wtf might as well go to dollar tree for that junk. Company advertises 100 percent customer satisfaction guaranteed but no that is a huge lie as I have had several issues and contacted customer support and was told multiple times I would get money back and never did receive the promised money back. Also after I cancelled membership I was sent an email from the company saying there was a recall on the candles I purchased as gifts so I requested money back once again and after a month of not hearing back from them I emailed again and they responded saying they had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to submit pictures AGAIN. No thanks Im so done with this s*** a** lying sac of c*** company. Save your money its a scam.

  Im not going to get started on the false hopes and expectations that comes along with this MLM. Selling the false narrative that individuals can make a living off selling their products when that couldnt be further from the truth. Over the last 30 years my mother has chased their dream of making a living off selling their product while also chasing other MLM schemes and all she has ever been able to accomplish is making life harder for EVERYONE in her family. Thanks to crooked companies like this, my mother will never get to feel a sense of accomplishment that she can share with her family. Ever. Its funny that the company website talks so much about GIVING yet all they really do is take. Take your money and livelihood, take your time and sanity. To cancel your membership with this disgusting company youve got to write it on a piece of paper and send them a picture? These guys are utterly pathetic.

  I had heard Patriot Switch being promoted as an alternative to "woke" corporations. So, I checked it out. Turns out it is really Melaleuca. I went through the whole onerous process of trying to sign up to look over their store. After talking, watching 2 videos, and giving out some personal information, I was "allowed" to create an account so that I could view the store. However, before I could enter, I had to sign up for a monthly autoship order of almost $70 ... per MONTH. We do not do autoshipping in our family. We have been burned too many times before. So, no Patriot Switch bait & switch for **. The sign up process is cumbersome and the whole thing is just shady. *Caveat Emptor."

  I love everything that Melaleuca sells! I wish they made diapers, paper towels and toilet paper so Id never have to step foot in any other stores!

  I think the cleaning products are "safe" because they are mostly water. I don't suffer particularly from any allergies, which is what my consultant and other marketing materials from the company seems to really emphasize. I found I had to use huge quantities of their dish soap to get the same results as **** soap. I used the entire Melaluca laundry and line and found that my laundry was not nearly as fresh smelling as my usual Tide and Downy combo. The scent fades fast and is hardly noticeable. Melaluca charges you to ship items and charges you for return shipping. No thanks. I can make a quick trip to the store once a month or less for the same items and not manufacture a list of mediocre products that I don't really want shipped to me just to meet their monthly quotas. Honestly, if you (Melaluca) must force your members to buy items each month... are your products really that good? Not a business model I appreciate or respect. I did it as a favor for a friend and because I was curious, I should have just not even bothered. To cancel, they sent me a form that had a line for my spouse to sign... excuse me? My husband's signature wasn't required to sign up. Pretty ridiculous. Its not real estate people its vitamins and soap, I should have been able to opt out with a single click online. Why do you need an actual wet signature? Again, if your products were that good I say you wouldnt, and I could probably find Melaluca in stores. Thats another thing they tell you that what you buy in stores isnt as good as their stuff. Its a pyramid scheme at best. Save your hard earned dollars.

  I was really surprised to see some of the reviews, because I have had nothing but the BEST experience with Melaleuca. I ordered the wrong laundry detergent with my first order (needed HE), and I expected to jump through a bunch of hoops to get the right one. I called customer service and was greeted (always) by the friendliest CS agent. She said NO PROBLEM, and told me that I did not have to return the product I ordered in error, and sent me the correct product at no additional cost, not even shipping! I have been with the company 4 years, and am completely satisfied! The person who introduced me was very thorough, and again, customer service has always been able to assist me in the most professional and courteous manner I have ever experienced.
