I wish I could give them negative stars. This is the worst, most horrible company!!! I have been fighting with them all week. After I canceled my membership they sent out an order that I did not want. My membership was canceled. An order should not have been processed. I am going to refuse it once it arrives. Do not do business with these people!! It is a MLM. The products are not clean like they say. They are toxic. They don't list the ingredients to cover up how bad they are. There is so much bad about them. Just stay away. Don't do business with them!!

Melaleuca Floor polish is a temporary polymer and not polish. It ruined my hardwood floors; salesperson was a friend who failed to be transparent about Melaleuca shipping things I couldnt use monthly at my expense if I didnt order monthly. The only cure for my floors is to have them professionally stripped and re-polished, at a great expense to me. Meanwhile, she made a lot of money off of me (and the friends to whom I referred her) for her huge Southlake home and $150K swimming pool.Melaleuca, Inc

1 star******** has deceptive practices. When I first signed up I was rerouted to a website where the brand could not be found. As the business was explained, I realized the company is run in a multi level marketing style and I was no longer interested. After trying to cancel, I was made to jump through hoops in order to stop the monthly payment on my account. I have never been promised that I would become rich but I have been told that I can make extra income and that I have made extra Income by working . this is the first honest company that I have worked for and I am so thankful for the quality of the products and How amazing the Products are.The Renew is amazing and the Beef well you can't get that anywhere else,Make -up and face moisturizer is the Best I have ever used. the supplements are important to my health and give me more energy and help my system work so much better and cleaner than I ever have and my Labs are amazing. I'm only giving a single star because the Renew lotion is actually great. The membership and overall business model feels like a big scam. I only wanted the lotion recommended by my esthetician and you have to jump through hoops to place an order. You can't just order on the website. You have to become a member. I was connected with one of the people who sell it and had to watch a video before they helped me get an account. It's ironic that they advertise "non member" pricing on the website when I have literally never been able to purchase without a membership. You have to spend a minimum number of "points" and the point system doesn't make sense. The way they offer "free shipping" in the form of loyalty points or something like that also feels gross. And it's just plain bad business practice to not offer a "membership hold" and require members to go through a drawn out process to cancel their account just so you don't get charged each month for products you don't want/need. Melaleuca feels like a big scam with borderline deceiving business practices.Melaleuca, Inc

1 starI was referred to Melaleuca by one of their distributors whom posted an Income *Guarantee* on ******** to which I inquired how she could guarantee income (as a business owner I know that's against FTC Guidelines). She then sent me a Melaleuca presentation which talked about the % of adults whom are stressed about finances (fear tactic in my opinion) with zero sources cited to any evidence backing that data of course, and then the video proceeds to criticize "those MLM-things" while insisting Melaleuca is different, yet it utilizes a Multi-Level Business Structure and Downline Earnings, thus, it is an MLM. I also know from personal experience as a customer years ago that this ********************** makes it difficult to cancel your subscription (you have to check mark all the benefits you agree to losing, then print, fill, and mail the cancellation form, yet they don't require a tangible form to register for the membership of course). I know FTC is cracking down on MLM, for good reason in my opinion, and I genuinely hope they look into this company as well.Review fromBrianna H

I originally signed up to be a customer with the understanding their products are healthier alternatives for my family and our environment. After some recent research I realize that is far from the truth. Many of their products are ranked higher in toxicity for both humans and the environment. For example according to the *** Healthy Living app the Melaleuca Diamond Brite Dishwasher Detergent Packs were rated F which is the worst most toxic rating to be given due to the potential significant hazards to health or the environment. When I reached out to Melaleucas customer service via email with these concerns, they were not addressed. I informed them via email early on in the month that I want to cancel my membership due to the toxicity of their products and yet they still took it upon themselves to bill my credit card company and send me a default shipment order for that month and then refused to reimburse me the shipping to return it. When I called to request a return shipping label the woman was very rude and so I asked to speak with a manager. She told me managers do not deal with customers directly. When I refused to accept that as an answer she told me she could take my number and maybe one would call me back another day. Very poor customer service and communication along with the fact the company as a whole is misleading regarding their products and their threat to our well being and environment.Melaleuca, Inc
