5 starsI got so tired of reading labels to determine what toxins and chemicals are in products. This company makes all their products from natural ingredients and are non-toxic and healthy. They make all their own products right here in ******* and the pricing is same if not better than regular stores. I finally dont have to read labels anymore because I dont buy from any place else anymore. I also hate going to the store so having it delivered is convenient.Review fromDani K

The customer service is unmatched and willing to help or refund if things dont work out correctly or if I had a reaction (I have very sensitive skin and certain natural ingredients flare it up) coming from a super popular MLM can definitely say this is different. Fake reviews, unethical practices.There is no option to leave reviews on any of the products, but there are reviews. I've checked multiple times over a few years, so I know the reviews are fake.They use broken casing on their site, which is extremely annoying and nonsensical.I can't change my login E-mail, so I am forced to use my girlfriend's Email, as there is no option to change it.They got rid of live-chat, which was great for people with disabilities and phone anxiety.If you receive your cheque online, you're forced to watch a video, and you have a 15 second window to click a button or you'll have to watch the video again and you can't skip it.Melaleuca, Inc

I had a horrible time with this company, Products are very expensive even at wholesale they say? They continue to charge your card, even if you dont want anything that month. And they say you can return anything you want, but when you have to return something that you dont care for. It is a nightmare to do so. They make you fill out huge forms take pictures and run through 100 loops just to get it returned and you have to pay $20 just to send it all back out of your own pocket. Then, if you want to cancel like I did. It took me all day to fill out the forms and send them in. I had to talk to three to four different people. And the very sad part they still continue to charge my charge card three more times the next month. And when I called after the third time of complaining. And had to send back the package they sent me that I didnt want. I still have not received my refund yet. For the package, they sent me after I canceled. Continue to harass me with ads. Worst company Ive ever had to deal with my life. I would never buy bar soap from them ever!Melaleuca, Inc

I gave this company a chance to serve me. I wasn't impressed and or didn't need many products and cancelled my account on Dec 2 in the am. They charged my card the next day for a back up order which came and I refused the package to go back.With further communication this time by email, I told and showed them the cancellation notice they sent me. They went on to tell me I was going to have to pay the shipping from my refund they never should have taken. I also had left with over $50 in my so called loyalty credit account.Unless you really like the products, beware how they set you up with an account and what they may or may not tell you. 5 starsUse the supplements, cleaning products, *********** products. I have never felt better and actually enjoy cleaning because I don't have to wear gloves & deal with toxic fumes. No products are perfect, but at least Melaleuca's products are not arriving from ***** in shipping containers next to the containers filled with live human goods that all the other Black Rock owned companies import to create their true revenue. I will not step foot in a ********, ***** club is no different, ******, all the major retailers are supporting human trafficking. I have been with Melaleuca since 1992. Why? Because the products are both very safe and very effective. Still. Their vitamins outperform the most affective ones on the market according to blind tests done every other year (go look it up) bc of their patents. A 96% absorption rate is the regular finding. Their cleaners work and wont send a child or a pet to the hospital. The wash detergents and softeners, etc, are my favorite. No formaldehyde or phosphates. All body products are SLS and paraben free. House cleaners come in small 12 concentrate bottles to save space and money. Their customer service is the best. My only complaint is that like all companies, they change up their product line over the years. I wish they could keep legacy products that **** people like me to the company in 1992. Other than that, its a solid company with solid products. Love them. It is an MLM but we never built a business from it. We buy 29 points + a month bc we use products from every category.Melaleuca, Inc

Melaleuca has a horrible customer service. Theyre selling crappy diffuser, that only works for 3x usage.If you call them, it sounded like talking to the wall. They dont deserve any star at all!Melaleuca, Inc

1 star**Subject:** Complaint Regarding Shipping Fee Charge Despite Full Return of Products **To Whom It May Concern,** I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent experience with Melaleuca. While I greatly appreciate and enjoy Melaleuca's products, I am dissatisfied with their handling of a shipping fee charged to my account. On [specific date], I placed an order with Melaleuca. Unfortunately, I needed to return all the items in that order, which I did promptly. Despite this, I was still charged a shipping fee. Given that I returned the entire order, I do not believe it is fair or reasonable for me to incur this cost. I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Melaleuca but have not been able to reach a satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer who values the **********************'s offerings, I feel this situation could have been handled more equitably. I respectfully request that the shipping fee be waived and refunded to my account. I hope ********************** will take this opportunity to review its policies regarding returns and shipping fees to better serve customers in the future.
