    I was quoted a price of $17 and was scammed and charged $61! I Never approved that amount Im a senior citizen on a small fixed income they ripped me off!! I just received the Compression Socks and they are Definitely not compression socks because Ive worn compression socks and knee high ones also. Compression socks are supposed to be tight and not made of a cheap material!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!CANT SOMEONE HELP ME I NEED FOOD NOT THESE!!

    I purchased what I thought was only a 30day supply of a supplement. As I navigated the shopping cart to finalize my order it seemed like my order wasnt completed so I clicked through. With one click the order completed, doubled my order AND signed me up for a subscription. I was given no notification that I signed up for anything, no notification that I had doubled my order.I wasn't made aware of this until I was charged AGAIN for the same amount. When I tried to call and cancel the call went to a full voicemail box. I have sent emails and messages with no response. The only recourse left is to go to my bank to get a refund from this scam of a company.

    On December 1, 2024, I ordered 2 pairs of compression socks. My order number is *************. I ordered 2 and expected to pay $30.00 and was charged for 4 at $60.00. To date nothing has been delivered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company but all I get in return are canned responses via email. I would like a full refund. I live on a fixed income and don't have money to throw away.

    I purchased one pair of socks, after putting in cc information and getting bill summary I saw that the quantity of socks had been changed to (5) pair, I only ordered (1) pair. Ive tried several times to reach out to cancel this order completely and they have made it impossible.. theyve changed the order # twice on me I would just like to cancel this order all together.

    I ordered 1 pair of socks for $17 and suddenly my bill is $67!! I just want my ordered canceled. I sent numerous - emails to no avail. I just want it canceled and my card credited.

    I ordered socks from sooth relief got ***** worth of socks should've been 30 something dollars when I received them yesterday they are to small I can get no satisfaction from this company's help section they keep sending me the same email everytime I respond to them stating that because the transaction has already went through well of course it has they sure wouldn't have sent me the socks if not paid for all's I'm wanting is to exchange them for the right size evidently there large is a lot different than normal

    On 12/11/24 I entered your web site to purchase X1 pair of sooth relief socks, the web site on exit left me no option (later seen in very small print) to increase from one pair to 6 pairs, very unhappy with this web site EXTREMELY fraudulent/confusing type wording. I did not order the soothe relief ointment (which has NEVER been received. 2 accounts 1st $55.92 NZ ??socks 2nd $63.68 ?? Relief balm NEVER received & NEVER ordered. I was so cross with exiting finally that a email from your company post this transaction was blocked by me .they were trying to interest me in an another product.. This level of deception internet shopping needs to be addressed. I am asking for full $119.60 NZ to be refunded due to all of the above. .. PS do not send me products I have not ordered ie soothe relief balm, I want refund for this & deception of socks as well.

    I placed an order a few days ago for one pair of compression socks then noticed that I was charged approximately $100 for two orders. Within minutes, I asked that My order be canceled and my money be refunded. I have not had a response. I would call them directly but I cant find a phone number. I merely want my order canceled and my money refunded ASAP.

    I ordered one pair of socks for *****. I had entered my credit card number but a screen said checkout but it never showed me a screen saying what my purchase plus shipping it flew right on to thank you for your order and I looked at my credit card and I was billed $100.61.

    Yes I did get my credit thank you for your assistance. The biggest problem with their website is when you hit checkout it goes right past anything so you dont get to see what you ordered how much its costing or what shipping is. Thats completely unacceptable to the consumer

    So now I received the product in the mail and I need to try to return it. So Im in contact with them to get it returned I have an opened it and I dont intend to.
