I wish I had read these reviews. I ordered 2 pair of Large socks because I wear a size 10 shoe and that's what their chart showed I should wear. The socks are HUGE...there is no compression whatsoever to my feet. They are extremely long and slouchy...they practically hang off my feet. When I wrote to them about my concerns...they gave me "tips"--such as "Try them on again with clean feet."My feet were clean and I could try them on 50 times...they would still be slouchy and loose with no compression whatsoever. The heel was positioned halfway up the back of my leg....and my toes were still engulfed with loose stretchy socks almost hiding them. Too big! They suggested I give them away to a relative---2 pair of socks that cost $40.There was no real solution to my dilemma.Soothe Relieve

I wish I read these reviews, I ordered 1 pair of socks yesterday, paid using paypal and saw they charged me for 4 pairs. I immediately began an inquiry and asked for a credit. They stated through emails since it has been less than 6 hrs , a credit was possible. Then dead silence , no more emails which I thought was ok, a credit must be on its way, always the optimist ! Today I received an email , too late for a credit , because they are shipped. Another predatory online site has ripped off another trusting individual. I hope these socks do what they claim to do , somehow I doubt it. Another thing I noticed since using their site, I am getting spam texts! Also if you paid these vultures with paypal, please check your paypal account. Besides adding products on to my order, their online site also set me up as automatic payment status without my knowledge through my paypal account, so in future they could keep shipping and charging until I caught on! Thankfully, I investigated my paypal account and cancelled this fraudulent automatic payment status. I do not know how they do it but there are some very sophisticated cyper criminals , BEWARE !!!! 1 starI have been scammed like the other complaints. Mine was to order one pair of womens socks for $17 and some change and when I got to complete the order through all kinds of add-ons, they added four more pairs of socks which I didnt order making my total to be $62, I messaged the company saying I only wanted one pair and they said they were being shipped still being charged $62. Oh, how I wish I read all these reviews before I ordered..Ordered a set of 3 for a (supposed) discount. Ended up receiv*** the set of 3 plus another set of 4 which I did not order..Have been in constant contact with them and they insisted I did order the 2 sets, but finally offered a 40% refund on the set of 4. My husband has ordered from this ** a couple times and was satisfied . Then one day he received a package of 6 pair of the socks that they sell and we DID NOT ORDER THESE! I have been in correspondence since 2/15/2024 and they always dance around my questions, they say it can take up to 30 days to process a return. I have my **** tracking info where they received the returned socks on 2/24/2024. Today again their last email says they cant process my request for a refund. NEVER HAVE THEY GIVEN ME A REASON WHY. Sad customer service!! Really sad as I scroll through other comments!Soothe Relieve

I ordered one pair of socks to try, but was billed for 4 pairs of older models, and 4 pairs of newer models of socks through Paypal. Also, they set it up as automatic payment which I never authorized. They sent the socks for me to pay the shipment, which I refused. Therefore the socks were returned to them. I have not been reimbursed. They changed their name to ************** The ethics of this company is totally wrong.Soothe Relieve

Soothe Relieve is a company that is run by criminals. They know exactly what they are doing. I had the same experience as most of the other customers who have written to the Better Business Bureau. I am furious that ******** allows this corrupt company to advertise on their website. I stupidly ordered one pair of their neuropathy socks from them last Sunday. I immediately knew that I had been scammed. I saw my credit card receipt for $100.86, and I cancelled my credit card. The company lists no phone number on their website. They did, however, text me a receipt, using a fake phone number. I could not text them back, and I could not call them. I did send them at least 10 emails on Sunday, stating what was going to happen. They have already issued a refund to try to appease me. However, my next move is probably going to be notifying the **** I hate internet scammers.Soothe Relieve

This company is a scam with a tricky website. I got stuck with five pairs of socks that are truly c*** They are so small and poorly made I would never give them to the person I got them for. I wanted one pair and their website is deceiving and I ended up with five pairs. I hope the BBB does something about these scam artistsSoothe Relieve

I have severe neuropathy as the result of chemo therapy. Spent over $140 on 7 pair of socks. Tried on one pair and it didn't fit. Went through their return process as instructed. Sent them tracking info. They received the package on Feb 5th. After multiple emails, in which they sent me the same boilerplate each time, I received an email that said they are refunding $73.62. This is absolutely absurd. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could leave 0 ornegative stars.Soothe Relieve
