      *** CAME OUT TO MY SON'S HOME ON A WEEKEND EVENING CHARGED OVER $1,600 FOR ONLY ONE HOUR ON THE *** AND FOUR POUNDS OF A410 FREON. SAID THEY DID A LEAK TEST BUT ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CAME OUT SAID THEY DID NOT. NO COMMUNICATION WITH *** WHEN TRYING TO CALL THEM. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY TRIED CALLING FOR A REFUND ZERO STARS BUT I CHECKED ONE TO MAKE SURE THIS REVIEW WAS POSTED

      Thank you for providing feedback from your son's recent service call. It is always important to know that we are a flat rate company. Charging by the job and never by the hour. Should any additional work have presented itself, your son would not have been charged anything more. While we appreciate the other company's opinion we will not go along with their diagnosis.       Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Warning! This company has scammed us from the very beginning. First of all, they talked ** into purchasing an ION ******* $4000 sump pump with a back-up battery which was not necessary for our circumstances. We have had several plumbers tell us this was a waste of money. The pump failed after a year of use and *** failed to service our needs in a timely manner . A technician showed up after 12 hours of us hand pumping water for an entire night. The technician failed to replace the correct part. We had to pay $900 for an emergency back-up pump until *** could come and replace the failed pump. *** has declined our request to compensate us for a portion of the $900.

      They came out trying to sell me furnace and ac unit telling me *****. To do band aid **** I called a friend who changed a piece in condenser 15.0$. I guess they wanted **** for labor unbelievable.

      On April 12, 2023 I contacted *** cooling regarding my new townhouse that I purchased 2 years ago regarding my air condition unit to get it checked because my sons bedroom on the 3rd floor is not getting enough air, my bedroom is on the 3rd floor also and it works fine, so I called *** they said it would cost me $29.99 with no hidden fees. I said ok have them come over to check, the technician Mory checks the unit and said everything is ok, checks the 3rd floor air said there's a difference of 20 degrees in the rooms comparing mine and my sons, gets on the roof said everything is ok. Then comes to the kitchen table with his pad 1/2 an hour later and gives me a price of $400 something dollars I said what you didn't do anything but look. Then he said ok I can lower it to $266.00 that's what I paid him but you have to join the ultimate advantage club and pay $16.97/month for a year, I felt robbed this is ridiculous. I had to sign because I wasn't prepared to pay all this money for something that wasn't done especially after getting quoted $29.99 no hidden fees. Then I asked him so what did you find, what is the resolution nothing was done, he said well we can maybe add more free on to the air condition unit but it will cost $700.00 at that point I told him no forget it. I really feel scammed and robbed at the same time, I wish someone can help me get my money back especially that nothing was done, my sons room until this day is still hot even with the central air on. I will never recommend this company at all. They need to be investigated. Thanks

      BUYER BEWARE. I spent $16k on a new condenser and furnace in 2021. The ** has been repaired 3x including yesterday. Today, broken again. This has been the biggest waste of time and money.       I trusted ABC Plumbing Sewer Heating Cooling Electric Plumber because they put a new heater and air-conditioner my brother home in Home Town in Aurora for $4,200. I called because the kitchen faucet water handle was leaking. They showed up today and told my brother who is disables and has reasoning of a 6 year old. This house was built in **** and disabled AID clients live there. Some how the convinced my brother to pay $4,339.97 for a Faucet, This is outrageous and unconscionable to take such advantage of the disable people. This is almost 5 months of their income. The even talked him into some ************************ This has got to be the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. I was call to pay the bill after the work was done. I complained and the Technician said he was just doing what *** told him today. I will never use them and will advise my disable brother not to approve any charges in the future.

      I made an appointment for 1:00 PM. Was told there would be a call when they were on their way. No call. I call them at 3:30. "No worries, we work into the evening.". At 5:30 they call and cancel. Pretty sad.

      Rip off.I called them with a leaking bath tub. They came and didn't even check what the problem was. They simply changed the pipes and charged me exhorbitantly. They didn't even check afterwards to make sure the problem was resolved. Very heart breaking.

      ZERO stars should be an option. May 31, 2023, less than 30 minutes to replace a kitchen sink garbage disposal (value < $150), no new plumbing required, charged $1,500, left with a dripping connection because the tech failed to tighten the *** fitting from disposal to drainpipe. I also had to ask the tech to test the new disposal to be sure it even worked! We have been a customer for 20 years and will no longer recommend or use their services. Their *********************** is no benefit. There is no "100% satisfaction guarantee." I specifically asked the tech why the charge was so high and got a shoulder shrug. We attempted to contact a service manager to discuss the exorbitant price charged and poor job completed to no avail.

      ABC came out to install an air conditioner in August if 2022 for my 86 year old parents. They then said they needed a new furnace and charged them $16,600 for their services. Twice as much as my parents should have been charged. They then called my parents in February to come out and do a warranty check on the new furnace - install new filter. Apparently, ABC snuck their warranty program into the A/C and Furnace fees. The heating guy then proceeded to check my parent’s hot water heater and the heating guy came upstairs and said they needed a new hot water heater, some new valves and minor plastic piping enhancements. The estimated cost for all of this was $7,800. The ABC tech forced my parents to sign his iPad agreeing to replace the hot water heater. They charged maybe $4,000 more than they should have. I called 6 plumbers and they said cost should be between $3,000 - $4,000. ABC clearly took advantage of my elderly parents by charging $24,454 for an A/C, Furnace, Hot Water heater and minor plumbing enhancements. They should have been charged at least half of that.
      ABC says their pricing is transparent but it isn’t. They just give a lump sum dollar amount without a breakdown of costs associated with the work order.
      I implore the BBB to contact me for proof of these actions, costs etc. ABC took advantage of my elderly parents and showed no remorse. They only offered me $200 back initially.
      ABC needs to stop their predatory sales practices. They are thieves.
