Worst customer service language barrier. HAVAC SYSTEM installed. *********** inspection failed. ******** returned replaced failed new pipes with used pipes. ***** spots appeared on replaced pipes. I got a estimate, they said i need to upgrade my electrical box, and yes, the were right, i have a old home. They wanted a little over $10,000 to replace the box and cables outside, And gave me a estimate to add a ground going to the meter outside, $2000. I waited a week, and I said no thank you! Today, Wednesday, Oct. 9th, 2024, I had a very unfortunate meeting with ABC Plumbing, Sewer, Heating Cooling Electric I set up a sewer rodding service call with *** for the $93 rodding that was advertised on their Website / Internet. They confirmed the afternoon on *******.They they told me that ******* has a $100 sewer rodding fee. Ok, so $193 still a good deal. Then when they came out they told me that that was valid only if I had a blocked sewer, and if I did not, it would be $701 dollars. Here is what there website says: "We believe in delivering results at ***, not billing you by the hour. That's why all options presented to you will each have an exact cost. We do this by using upfront pricing, so you'll never experience hidden fees or extra charges when investing in one of our services. "Total SCAM, there is a reason they are not BBB ************* not deal with this company. Also, they parked in a fire hydrant spot so ******** as well on their website that says "When arriving in our signature green truck, they are sure to park in a safe and convenient location not to cause any obstruction to driveways or the main road".ABC Plumbing Sewer Heating Cooling Electric

My 80+ year old parents called *** to come out to fix / replace a leaky toilet. They didn't give them a price indication over the phone. When the technician came he quoted $1483 to fix the existing toilet. When asked what a new toilet would cost he said $2300. Clearly well above normal market rates for this job. When my dad said no the technician said he still owned a $59 service fee. Final price for me to buy a toilet and have a different plumber install it was around $500, not even close to the amount they quoted.ABC Plumbing Sewer Heating Cooling Electric

They are a highly unethical company. I was a loyal customer for over a year paying the monthly subscription charge for their services. When I had a routine Air Conditioning check up, they found out that the motor was not working properly and told me it had to be replaced. I told them that I had a warranty. They said that I needed to have then replace it and that then I should go to ***** (the manufacturer) to get reimbursed. They charged me over $2300 for the part and the work. Trane told me that this is not the process and that I had been ripped off. When I tried to get the money back for the part, ******* ******, in ***************** told me she could not help me. They cheat customers and then don't care at all. They tell you that the price is 'all inclusive' of their work. The technician was not skilled and took way longer to do the work than it should have taken. Thank you for providing your experience. To be clear I did not deny assisting you. I provided the warranty protocol that most HVAC companies adhere to. I would have been more than happy to assist but it is the responsibility of the company who holds the warranty. In situations such as these we will only charge for labor as we did not install the unit and it is not under warranty with ABC. Per protocol, the customer pays for the service with the company performing the repair and then takes the receipt/invoice to the company holding the warranty and the customer is reimbursed for the cost of the parts. This is not a personal choice it is the way HVAC companies do business. Have a wonderful day.

I had need of a new garbage disposal to be installed and purchased one at ******* to save time and money.. the plumber who came out took a look underneath the sink and took some pictures with his tablet. He said he had to go out to the truck and would come back after figuring out how much the estimate for replacement would be. He comes back in and proceeds to tell me that the plumbing will need to be worked on and that it would take approximately 2 hours. He then proceeded to tell me that the top option he was recommending would run approximately $3, 200 for the plumbing repair and for replacements of the garbage disposal. I truly wanted to throw him out of the house right there and then and tell him that he could just **** off. But I'm an honest person and I was aware that there was a $59 charge to come and evaluate the situation. I did not realize it was a $59 charge to test my IQ and see if I was stupid enough to pay approximately $1,500 per hour for a lame, ***, *********** to come into my house and try to rip me off. The real kicker here was that the lowest price option was still over $2,000. He of course did not recommend that option. Additionally, he was quick to encourage me to sign up for their home care plan for $18 a month so that I would get a discount on the estimate. I haven't meant someone with so much ******** coming out of their mouth since dealing with salesman and a car dealership. I will never use **** I will tell every friend that I know to steer clear of these rip off artists. $1,500 an hour... And finishing this task in 2 hours.. Came out for $29.00. Gave a $1950 estimate. I called another tech. The 2 parts cost $38.00. Plus labor. This company is using the bait and switch routine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had *** replace my 2nd floor A/C. On 6/25 Technician **** and ********* out. They replaced the old unit. Never tested it. Told my husband they were hungry and left. The unit works like ****, I set the thermostat on 64 and it never gets lower then 74. One of their technicians came out at around 10:30 at night. Ran the unit and said it just needed a new filter, so he replaced it. Of course at 10:30 at night on the day he came it was only 70 so the unit ran or appear to run fine. However, when the temperature outside reaches about 85 or even 80 for that matter, this unit cannot whatsoever under any circumstances bring the inside temperature lower than 74. I have been calling the company every single day to tell him about this couple times, they said they would send someone out and no one showed up. Then Technichian called back and said I cant come now because Im no longer in your area. However, when it came to collecting the money for the air conditioning unit, they seem to be in the area just fine. Please do not use this company whatsoever they really dont care about customer service or leaving a product that works sufficiently or even efficiently for that matter. Definitely would never recommend them to anyone and I never ever ever. Would. I recommend these people as they do not stand behind the product that they sell. Not to mention the first person they came over to see and sell us the product Gave us his phone number and told us if we had any questions to call him and he would be more than happy to answer them. After trying to contact him multiple times all we kept getting was this number is no longer in service.. So there is absolutely no one that you can actually speak to , accept someone from their call center which one called really doesn't care about customer service at all.
