Everything was as promised. Built to plan. Workers were very friendly. Very Knowledgeable. Clean. Efficient. Skilled. I inspected everything every day. The Craftsmanship was impeccable. The Joliet Building Inspector stated, "I never have any problem with Matrix work", you know youre in good hands. Im very happy with how everything turned out. Recommend.Matrix Basement Finishing

We are very satisfied with the beautiful basement Matrix just finished. The project was done on time and all the teams involved were very professional and meticulous. The assigned project manager was in constant communication and did a great job with the coordination. The only negative is the unpleasant and pushy salesman that was assigned to us.Matrix Basement Finishing

Matrix was great throughout the entire basement remodel experience! Quality work! They addressed all my questions/concerns as they came up and kept me updated on any schedule changes. Matrix began construction to finish our basement in June of ********************************* September of 2024. Overall, we are very pleased with our basement. Matrix was timely, efficient and the contractors in our home were always very polite. Our project manager, ******, checked in with us daily and addressed our needs and/or concerns promptly. While we did have some construction set-backs, that is to be expected of any construction project; ****** and the rest of the Matrix team communicated with us during the entire project so we were always aware of what was happening. Matrix provided high quality work and we are very happy with our new space!Matrix Basement Finishing

This summer, I worked with Matrix Basements to remodel our basement, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and an impressive attention to detail that set them apart from every competitor and contractor we talked with. Not to mention the price of Matrix was very competitive to others that we compared when first scoping out our project. My family is incredibly satisfied with the outcome!
