We have been a customer of ********************** for years and never had any issues. Recently within the past year they just stopped coming to pick up our waste. We have called multiple times and they gave us tickets and was told we would be called back within 48 hours. No phone call was ever received. We finally found a new company to pick up our medical waste and had no issues. We called Stericycle to cancel our account and again was given another ticket and was told we would receive a phone call. SHOCKER! We never received a phone call. Between all this back and forth Stericycle showed up to our office during non office hours and just left boxes at our front door. We called again to confirm that our account was cancelled and given ANOTHER ticket and was told we would be receiving a phone call. We never received a call but we did receive a bill for a service that was never completed. AVOID Stericycle at all costs, terrible company and terrible customer service.Stericycle, Inc.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would. I set up an account in September and I have never received containers, nor have they picked up anything. I called about it last month and asked to cancel which I have an emailing stating completed but long and behold, I receive a new bill for November. Now I am not sure what I am supposed to be paying for as I have not received anything from them at all. This is theft by deception as no services are being given but billing for it. It absolutely unacceptableStericycle, Inc.

This company changed hands? in Sept 2023; I now am being billed the year and monthly.I have tried calling this company and have explained multiple times what is happening with my bill. they then say they will have a customer service rep call me within 3 days.That has never happended.I called again today and was put on hold and then eventually my call was just dropped.Terrible customer service! ****************Stericycle, Inc.

If I could give less stars I would. We have been a customer ********************** for upwards of 6 years. Over the past year or more we have been having issues with our pick up. I have recently been informed that they have told me numerous times by supervisors that my pick up days are different than what my scheduled days are. NO SUPERVISOR HAS EVER RETURNED A CALL OR A TICKET REQUEST TO FIX ANY ISSUES. They have repeatedly lied to me saying that they call 48 hours before pick up, they havent done that in about a year and that they call day of the pick up and LEAVE A MESSAGE. They do not leave a message if they call. They say they cannot pick up after 4pm their time (5pm my time) but our hours of operation are 3pm. They show up on days that they have us listed as closed and show up but on days that they literally drive past our shop when we are open refuse to stop by. I have created ticket after ticket trying to resolve or get some sort of fix to my issues but today I was sent an email blaming me for the issues that they have been having. When I look up their number online it actually goes to a different company that has absolutely no relation to stericycle yet they have been the ones to give me proper numbers to actually reach someone. They get contacted about a dozen times a day delaling with customers just like myself just trying to get our services that we pay for done. Its apparently common knowledge that they can just do and say whatever they want regardless of how many times you give them proper contact information. This has been an absolute nightmare company to deal with and I and appalled of what they say trying to dig themselves out of the Joels that they have created.Stericycle, Inc.

We had been doing business with a different hazardous waste company in 2022 when they sold to Stericycle. We weren't made aware that there had been a service provider change or sale of the business. I spoke with a representative at Stericycle who explained to me what had happened, she also informed me that they had sent their staff into our locations to pick up waste without letting us know there had been a change. I let her know that we no longer want to continue service with them, that we weren't given a choice to do business with their company and we chose not to continue. I sent in writing that we would like to end service per the representative's request and after speaking with her manager she informed me that we would be charged termination fees due to ending our contracts early, even though we have never signed any contracts with Stericycle. We received one invoice and then were sent to collections. When a business change happens, the customer should be made aware before you send your staff into their establishment. We should also receive notification offering service options/prices for continuing business or given the option to discontinue service. We are very dissatisfied with the handling of the change of businesses and our right taken away to discontinue service with a company that we NEVER agreed to do business with. I can echo every single comment regarding this company. This has been the absolute worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. I have spoken to numerous customer service representatives promising me calls back and claiming to "escalate" my cancelation request with absolutely no calls back. I have reached out to my personal account manager, *******, by her cell and left voicemails without ever receiving a call back. I was never even allowed to schedule a pick-up despite multiple calls and emails but have still been charged for a service that I can't even schedule. There appears to be absolutely no way to cancel with this company as they just continue to lie and ignore requests. STAY FAR AWAY!Stericycle, Inc.

****!!!!!!!!!! All the other comments say enough. You think youre signing up for a month to month contract just to be told you need to pay an obscene amount of money to cancel. When you try to actually cancel, they say you will receive a call, THAT NEVER COMES. I have spoken to five, yes FIVE, different reps that have said I will receive a call back and have never received it. It's been 2 months Ive been trying to speak to someone about cancellation. I have also sent emails. There is no way to actually cancel!! I just keep receiving invoices that are racking up and have not received any actual service from them. It's sick that they are still in business. Actually sick. All these reviews and only ONE star says it all. I pray these people get what they deserve.Stericycle, Inc.

THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE! I agree with all previous comments. Our company is owed over $4400 for a duplicate payment and they have been telling me since July your refund is being processed! They are reducing the refund each month by their bogus invoices they weren't even sending to our company! This company should be shut down! They do not escalate anything; they are continuously steeling our money!Don't bother responding to me, you are full of c*** and THEIVES!Stericycle, Inc.

DONT WORK WITH THEM!!!! Missed pickups they charged me for. The driver was so intimidating and pissy everyone became scared on pick up day. **************** messed up every single interaction. I have spent hours of my life on the phone. They charged my card number plus times randomly cause it was on auto draw. Trying to cancel is insane. They broke their contract and expected me to still pay the remainder of the contract. Once that was figured out I demanded a refund for all the overages and they said I would get it in ***** hours. Its been two months and they are still ignoring messages and stringing me along. I am 6 seconds from a law suit with these pieces of c*** I contacted the *** over my treatment which was met with more silence. They are trash and should be shut downStericycle, Inc.

Stericycle's customer service is terrible. They locked ** into a contract and we can't get ahold of anyone to get out. Customer support assures an account manager will return the call, but they say it will be **** business days to get a response and then they don't follow through. They stopped servicing our facility for three months and still expect payment for the monthly contract. It was a huge safety hazard because the biohazard was overflowing. We had to hire another company to clean up their mess and they are still sending collections notices after being reported to the attorney general and federal trade commission.Stericycle, Inc.
