  Biomat makes up they own policies. My appointment was at 12:30 to become a New donor. I wasn't seen until an hour later. My vein check was good when I told the lady what arm I wanted them to draw blood from she told me I have no option they need both. When I let her know people picked what arm they wanted to use she got mad and went to go get another lady and they started telling me they will need both i told the lady I wanted to use my right arm she told me I cant donate I asked for manager she said she was then I told her I know its someone ahead of you and she went to go get someone that was over her . A while later I grab my water out my bag it smelt like weed so they said I couldn't donate due to what my bag smelt like when opened . They said its their policy when I asked can I see policy they stated its only for them . Its so disgusting that they would be like that. I drove 2 hours away just for people that work in the biomat to be ******** because they feel like they can.

  After donating for awhile the donation fees declined dramatically! Been faithful going twice a week EVERY WEEK and I feel the faithful donors should continue receiving the what was offered from the beginning

  I like Biolife alot In ****** I been Donating Plasma for 2 years going on 3 years in December. The workers are nice an fun an always happy. An take care of you.The only bad thing is that I don't like that they lower the amount you earn below $100 because some people live on this extra income that need to pay bills or for extra food in the house.For me I separate the money I earn into 3 groups. An extra boost to my retirement savings, extra food for my family, to pay a part of 1 bill. Which for me would be stove gas because it's only $32 a month so I only have to use my checks from work to pay for my other bills. Meaning I can also put part of my job check money into retirement and emergency savings as well. Meaning I will still have a bit left for other activities. Which is what is hard now days due to inflation. I think it's wrong to randomly lower the price on Plasma. Because your donating a part of your body an that's absolutely not Okey to treat our body like a experiment. I think Biolife should keep the amount we earn each week at $140 for regular usual Plasma Doners at every location. An still have the New ***** offers. Like how hard is it to do that. That's fair too do.If I donate 850ml or lower I still expect the sane pay for donating. It's the right thing to do.

  For a somewhat medical facility it still continues to amaze me the unorganization that goes on there and the slowness. Not sure if like a lot of people have quit or went else where but a lot of people that are relatively new are so so slow at it and the couple who have been there still seem to not care. And no matter what the over schedule the absolute **** out of the place every single day. Went today barley a wait in the line, didn't have to wait for a bed, but then somehow I end up being there for 45 mins sitting in the bed still not even hooked up. What is that?

  I would of gave zero stars if possible. I want start by saying I accepted to do 4 donations for $400 for 4 donations in a month. I made two donations with no problems. I went donate on July 20th ********************************************************************************************** The manager that was a phlebotomist had to redo my speed blood test that same day with no donation. They called me on August 4th 2023 and said I can donate again. I donated on August 5th and only received $40 instead of $125. The manager should of extended my donation time for someone's clerical or clinical mishap with my speed blood work. I called and spoke to manager named ******* about the issue and she said she would fix it the problem was not fixed. I called several days in a row no answer during business hours and left a message no one got back to me. I came on 8/23/23 spoke to **** again. **** tells me my first speed blood work finally showed up. Its crazy how it magically appeared out thin air. After argue about my under payment I was told by **** the manager to go f*** my self and I am no longer a loud to donate there.I do not know how this hot head got a manager job with language like that and poor customer service skills. Poorly managed.The wait is like 5 plus hours or more for a return donation. I got ripped off for $85. I guess the managers need the money. My family and friends will not be returning to this location until that manager **** is fired for his unprofessionalism. I do not recommend donating at this location for donation. We will going Grifols until he is terminated

  I got there, checked in, didn't wait a terribly long time before I was seen for my physical, and then went through the nurse's procedure of checking for veins, drawing blood, all the privacy consents for fingerprinting and identity confirmation, blood pressure check, etc. BEFORE they put me on a computer to answer pre-screening questions. After this entire HOUR of my time of poking and prodding, they put me on the computer, only to get disqualified because of how I answered one question. I was highly disappointed that they wasted an hour of my time before even having me answer these questions to first determine if I was even eligible to move forward. The whole process seems backwards to me and I wish for future new donors that they would change this process and have new donors go to the computer first, pass the screening, THEN have hands-on physical check. Not to mention I keep receiving emails about missing this appointment and needing to reschedule.

  Don't waste your time and energy. The grass is not greener on the other side. Promises of an incredible first month payout are quickly extinguished by the sheer difficulty of actually being accepted to donate in the first place. I wasted two trips and several hours there. Unacceptable.
