      Allow me to express my profound admiration for the re****able team at BioLife on Eagle. Attempting to encapsulate my outstanding experience in mere words feels inadequate, as the staff's excellence surpasses any description. Among them, nurses **** and *************************** as examples of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Interacting with them was an absolute privilege, leaving an indelible **** on me.Their exceptional qualities permeate the entire staff, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience. It's a rare delight to encounter a team so dedicated and proficient. If it were possible, I would gladly give them 10 stars, or 100, or ****. My heartfelt gratitude goes to the entire staff for setting a standard of care and warmth that is truly unparalleled.

      The $140 promotion can not be used if the 1st donation isn't completed by Thursday. Read very closely at that email and you see "week begins on Monday". Would be nice if that email instead said "must complete 1st donation by Thursday", but it doesn't say that. They hope you don't figure it out so when you go in for the $100 2nd donation and get $40 yeah, they're a snake

      Well I been coming to bio plasma for while now I stop coming due to working but overall it s a great place to donate when ur in need for money for gas or u just need pocket cash it's easy to sign up online for an appointment to he employees are awesome and great and fun to be around and there are no long waits in line fast,fun and friendly bio plasma keeps you in pocket

      This is a personal rating of BioLife Plasma donation center in *************, ****. Trust me, don't go there. They treat donors and workers like cattle, moving them from station to station, with long waiting lines. I was unfortunate enough to have to drive 90 minutes to get there, only to find out that that the head doctor "said" he hadn't received the required consent from my doctor, who had e-faxed it on four separate occasions to him! What inept people! It seems to me that all they are interested in is the lucrative millions of dollars of profit they take in monthly, that goes mostly to the company execs, so they can live the high life. Shame on them. If you want do donate plasma, just go to your local ********* and do it. Forget this outfit. You'll save time, hassle and have an enjoyable experience.

      Biolife plasma in ****** is a complete joke. It is the most unorganized place I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They took two blood samples from me on two different occasions to do a protein test, and somehow lost both samples. I have a 45 minute drive each way, and yet they expected me to come in AGAIN to give ANOTHER sample. They told me if I came in again, they would compensate me for my time by giving me $50, since losing those samples was no fault of mine. So I made the 45 minute drive again, only to have the lady completely s**** up when trying to take my blood. She first tried the right arm, and missed the vein. She actually laughed about it and said, "I don't know how I missed that. Haha." She was told that she couldn't attempt poking that arm again, so she tried the other arm. As soon as she stuck it in, she ruptured my vein. Needless to say, I drove all that way for nothing, and was told I'd have to come back a FOURTH time to give a sample. She told me that for the inconvenience, I'd still receive the $50 compensation they promised me, but I never received it. Now they won't answer or return my calls. Everytime I've been here, no one knows what's going on. Everyone is on a different page. It's simply a terribly managed place. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

      This location is seriously horrible in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They pick and choose who they let donate. Ive seen them let people check in who were extremely late and then turn someone around for being 1 min late. I went 3 time to try and give. The first time deferred because I had surgery and was told I had to wait a full week (this only irritated me because I called ahead of time to ask if any surgeries were an automatic deferral, and the receptionist said they cant tell you anything over the phone-wasted my time going up there). The second deferral was because my heart rate was two points too high. And when I went in the third time, I couldnt log in on the computer, then when I waited to talk to someone at the front desk, the receptionist was having a random conversation with someone else. When they finally left, she SKIPPED ME, and started to talk to another person who came in after me! I was a deferred this time, because someone complained I had body odor the last time I was there. That was total c*** because one, I know I didnt have body odor and two, I wasnt even close enough to anyone for anyone to smell me. Regardless I know that it was totally made up. It honestly was because I gave them a poor, yet honest review on ******* And when I came in to check in, I had to wait to talk to a manager. Again total waste of my time! The nurses arent real nurses either, fyi. All in all, this was a horrible experience altogether.

      The employees are trying their best, but management needs retraining or restructuring. I had an issue back in Nov 2022 were an ex-employee stuck himself with a needle then continued to stick me with that same now dirty needle. Due to this I needed to seek medical testing and the bill was supposed to be paid by the biolife services and insurance. I have been 8 months patient today, and the bill has not been paid, management will not speak to me, see me, and with 8 months passing with me working with them, calling half the country trying to make ends meet (this should not be my responsibilitys, but the hired, paid employee of the company). Now I am being threatened that this unpaid bill is going to collections under my name that is going to affect my families lives and mine. Something this simple should not of happened. For the fact management is still not wanting to talk to me, tells me that they do not care for their customers, clients and do not care about what they do, they just want your fluids and can care less about you because they can get it from someone else.

      Biolife in ************, Edgewood rd center does not care about their donors. Wait in line forever no matter of appt scheduled. The manager and nurse permanently defer you for all their pathetic BS lies. District manager is pathetic, lies and puts words in your mouth to make her sound so good. They are pathetic at what they do and I wouldnt recommend anyone. I was a 15 year donor and they falsely accused me of wrong answer on computer. They are 100% wrong for deferral

      Due to being short staffed, they are ******* training and It is REALLY starting to show. Not to mention, the techs that are no good are defensive and it's insulting. I told a tech she could get help if she needed to and I got told to shut up or I'd be deferred. Then one of the lead supervisors sits and talks nasty about donors when they are RIGHT there. It's really just sad. I loved donating because the people were so fun to be around. Now, it *****.

      I donate for the cause twice wkly for 5 years now, it is very rewarding knowing I am helping someone to live and also the compensation supplements my social security??and the staff are all so friendly there , hardworking and very knowledgeable thank you guys ??
