      I lost 200ml of blood on two separate occasions due to malfunctioned machines & unskilled phlebotomists. They did not return my blood back to me. This also ceased my return for 8 weeks, as I was a weekly loyal donor. Each separate times they wouldn't return my blood I was left to the point of: fainting, lightheaded, blurred-vision & extremely nauseous. The first time my blood was not returned, I complained about my experience to management about the pain, as the phlebotomist was twisting the needle so aggressively that the upper layer of my skin was moving & I could see my nerve vessel shifting back and forth in my arm. I was given some "coupons" for the inconvenience once I returned back in 8 weeks. I returned back in 12 weeks, and showed the ******** ****** would not acknowledge them at first. After speaking to management through email, to have our conversation in writing the coupons became activated and would apply after each donation. After only doing 3 donations since my return, they called me to the nurse office while clocking into my appt. They tried to deny me for a medical condition I haven't had since 2021, and even after having a medical clearance paper copy from my doctor on file from 2023 in their systems, they still tried to push for another doctor ********* from a past condition from 2021. Knowing I had nothing to hide, I agreed to the doctor release ****** let me donate, but then all of a sudden the machine "malfunctions" AGAIN, ****** didn't return my blood. I told them I was feeling faint, and asked for a Gatorade or any electrolytes to help me...& the phlebotomist said, "it's too late for that!" I said, "Ma'am pls I need something I feel hot, lightheaded and faint-like" and she kept typing on her machine. After 45 seconds of ignoring me, she ask me how much water did I drink prior, and I said a gallon. She went back to typing. I felt neglected, ignored, and set-up to not come back all due to a bonus they didn't want to pay from a previous time.

      Absolutely the most humiliating experience of my life. They contacted me with incentives to donate, after reading the entire website, I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving they checked all my documentation, fingerprinted and photographed me. THEN I was told I was ineligible because i live in a mobile home. A MOBILE HOME I OWN, raised two amazing daughters as a single mother in, and have lived in THE SAME MOBILE HOME FOR TWENTY YEARS. It was so bizarre. I demanded for them to show me where on this policy is listed. Then i demanded ALL MY PAPERWORK that I signed be returned to me. They refused. This company is Racist, Unscrupulous, Rude and downright Illegal. Do not give them your precious plasma.

      Bio life in ****, ********** has the worst customer service ever . Very rude and would not let me donate because they wanted proof of my address even though I had provided it donation before this one and had drove 48 minutes in Friday traffic.

      I've been deemed ineligible to donate on certain occasions without giving me a reason, and I've noticed those occasions are when I am to receive the biggest compensation amount. It seems you're trying to save money wherever they can.

      Biolife used to be great, but apparently they think everyone who comes in is stupid. The new rewards program is used so they can take away the cash they used to give. They don't respond to emails either and pressure you to leave them a 5 start rating. I don't blame the staff with their boots on the ground. It's the greedy admin.

      worse phlebotomist ever... I have been in this bed for over ********************************************************************** and her excuse was she didn't see me... she told me to come to black and she seen mean down.. and waited with a needle stuck in my arm.. while 2 ppl got their bed and poked.. oh and I had to wait for someone else to get done and needle out before me NOT HAPPY!!! Her name is ******

      I take care of a special needs person with extreme anxiety and it is very costly so I went to biolife for money to survive the whole staff were nice then an over reacting and thinking nurse twisted my words and caused an argument over her mix up I felt it was ridiculous I was provoked then asked to leave and I am responsible for feeding bathing and total care I simply asked to be consistent so I can get back to here over mid hears words this nurse came out as I have anxiety nevertheless I got upset and was thrown out after all it took and time to get there . Going back to caretaking without food , diapers living supplies ! They hurt us with no regard I advise anyone donating plasma to go to another company . Also this company had no idea of plasma that helps people with rabies this is a new ignorant stupid company that does not treat people accordingly.

      They say it will take 2 hours for your first appointment. I have waited over 6 hours across 2 days (and counting) and still have not even met their nurse, much less donated. Absolute waste of time.
