  I don't recommend this plasma center at all, for a few alarming reasons since coming here. As others have echoed, this place is SO chaotic and disorganized. Their pre-screeners need more adequate training and supervision, as many seem to lack competency much less professionalism. You'll notice when it's busy, about 1/4-1/2 of the staff (mainly the pre-screeners, excluding the Nurses) are more concerned with their side conversations amongst each other; giggling, gossiping, and walking around aimlessly with no direction, watching others work while they do the minimum. ***** in particular, is guilty of this (witnessed many times). They behave like high school girls in pre-screening.It brings serious concerns about donor safety and employee integrity, because they're so distracted and tactless. The bad staff gives the good ones a bad rap, and that's unfortunate.They're often overbooked and understaffed, usually leaving the Phlembos scrambling.An example: Phlembo 1 stuck me THREE times in the same vein, and still couldn't get a drawal because she was *******, and more concerned about giving ******* 2 next to us, bombastic side eye. Apparently Phlembo 2 was more interested in talking and fidgeting with her face shield, than she was with having the disconnect cart available for Phlembo 1, hence her irritation. Consequence aside, she could've easily blown my vein, by being so careless, reckless, and consumed.NOT GOOD, WHEN YOUR DEALING WITH VEINS AND HAZARDOUS BODILY FLUIDS! This center is a joke, where they prioritize numbers over donor safety. Not enough of their staff can handle their job with integrity, much less professionalism.

  I came on Thursday at 7pm and was told I needed a physical but they dont do it after 6 pm. I was very upset because the app did not tell me that when I booked and I could have gone in earlier. When I went back Saturday *making sure I booked a physical* at 11:30. They didnt even get mine started for over 30 mins because they didnt know I had an scheduled one, and informed me it was going to be a while because there were people a head of me. All of whom came after my 11:30 slot

  I went to BioLife almost a year ago and they put me on the no donors list and on top of that they misdiagnosed me and put me on the state registry. I have contact them multiple times, and I even went up to the center to see if they could take me off the registry after falsifying diagnosed my diagnosis, I am so disappointed. I am so embarrassed. This has affected my life. And everything that I represent nobody is fixing this matter theyre telling me it needs to go to the higher-**** but the higher-*** ************************* and *****************************. They have not done their jobs and what they supposed to do in getting me off the states registry or the do not donors list I am appalled. This is negligent and something needs to be done about it immediately.

  I recently became a new donor in ******** **. They Do not change there gloves between patients. On multiple occasions they are cleaning surfaces and then poking with the same gloves. They also go from patient to patient with the same gloves on. This is happening by many employees. That tells me that hand hygiene is not enforced. Yesterday one of the male workers was rubbing his ***** hair and touching his face and then went and poked someone. He also was full of blood on his lab coat and continued to walk around like that. I want to continue to donate but I'm very concerned about cross contamination and the cleanness of this place.

  Awful. They treat people horribly, leave you waiting for a long time and fail to honor any of their given promotions. AVOID.

  Staff is great and donor bonuses are awesome! Their appointment scheduling is awful though! Once you answer your screening questions on the computer you have to stand in line for at least 30 minutes, usually more, just to make sure your vitals are okay. Then you wait in line again to get into a bed, this can take up to 15 minutes. Then you usually wait at least 10 minutes before a phlebotomist comes to connect you to the machine. Biolife should definitely restructure their appointment times so donors are not waiting for ridiculous amounts of time.

  I was in ******* 30 years ago. 20 years ago i was told i couldnt donate bdcause of mad cow desease. That ban was lifted 2 years ago so i went in to donate but they said i couldnt because ban on their end wasnt lifted. To me this is a form of discrimi ation against me.

  they say u can get 140 a week but after u do the first donation they always say ur levels r low and can't get the higher amount. scam.
