On 06/24/2022 I used Bill Pay from ****** bank to pay my State Farm insurance premium of $387.52. Later I received a cancellation notice from State Farm saying that I haven't paid. So I went down and paid again with a credit card. I then went to my local bank and the manager printed out a sheet showing that the money was deducted from my checking account and sent electronically to State Farm and it shows the policy number and a confirmation number from State Farm. I've called State Farm customer service numerous times and visited my agent with copies of this information to no avail. I've paid this premium two times and I'd like to get a refund for one payment. I am attaching a picture of the information from the bank showing the policy number and confirmation number marked with arrows and a picture of the credit card statement where I paid again on 07/26/2022. It is the second charge from the top. I don't have a scanner but will go have these documents scanned if needed. Thanks.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: State Farm only said they are investigating this problem. I do not accept because someone took $387.52 from my checking account and didn't apply it to the premium. I had to pay it again with my credit card to keep it from cancellation.Business Response

My wife's vehicle was involved in an accident and was taken to a body shop that I originally didn't approve of, but wanted to get the vehicle fixed. The body shop did not fix the AC unit of the vehicle correctly and now it does not work at all. The body shop and state farm both informed me that I would need to take the vehicle to a mechanic that would verify that the AC unit not working is the result of the body shop. I took the vehicle to Honda of Seattle and per the service team member's evaluation, it was determined that the body shop did not fix a hose which makes the AC unit leak out all of the fluid. I first sent state farm claims an email of the estimate and a week and half went by without hearing from them. I called and was told that the estimate I sent was unreadable and I questioned as to why they hadn't notified me about this. No answer to my question. I resent the estimate by email using screenshots of them and the state farm agent told me she received them and would escalate this, so that the review process could start faster. I have been calling state farm numerous times and being told different excuses of why my claim review was taking so long. I just called on August 17th and spoke with another agent who informed me that the estimate had not been sent anywhere and she apologized and said that she would do it now. I thanked her and called again on August 18 and spoke to an agent by the name of Camilla who stated that the estimate had not been sent and would send it and that it will take 5 to 10 business days for approval. I had asked to speak to a supervisor and Camilla advised me that there was no supervisor I could talk to and that she would send a message to have someone call me back. I have bad heart problems and live in Washington and the heat has been in the 90's and without AC I can't stay long in the car. I keep getting the run around with state farm and my vehicle should be approved by now so that I can get the AC fixed and resolve this issueBusiness Response

A State Farm agent contacted me and looked over all the calls I've made and the information I provided that vehicle was not fixed correctly from original body shop. I filed a claim to State Farm in June 2022 for a roof. I did so because I noticed water spots on my ceiling in the laundry room. State Farm sent an adjuster and an engineer and I also had someone to come before I filed a claim to see if a roof was needed. I was not home when the engineer came but the roofer and the adjuster told me that I needed a roof. The engineer also found damage in my living room ceiling. We had snow and sleet in February 2022 and also the roof has been
on since the house was built, which was in 1990. I was declined because they said it was normal wear and tear. We’ve had snow and sleet as I said in February 2022 and previous years before I bought the house there have been snow and sleet in Mississippi. I want my roof replaced. I asked them, State Farm, to send me the pictures of the roof as well as the statements of the engineer and the adjuster and they have Not complied.Business Response

The roof is also 30+ years old and state farm insurance should be responsible for replacing the roof. Back in April of 2022, State Farm cancelled my auto policy without notifying me even though I paid my insurance payments in full every month on autopay. My car almost got repossessed and they didn’t give me a call back AT ALL when I requested one from the community service line because of their underwriting guidelines. It is now negatively affecting my ability to get insurance quotes with other companies and I need this fixed. I had been a LOYAL customer to State Farm for 3 years.Business Response

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I have ethical concerns about this State Farm office. I paid for my coverage in full, then was told if I added life insurance it would lower my payment. Ended up paying for a service I didn't want for months trying to clear it up. I sent PIP coverage proof and was told I don't qualify. Fast forward to me finding another insurance agency (All State) saving me hundreds of dollars a year for my home and auto/my husband's policy. OFFICE WILL NOT HAVE COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL AND I BELIEVE THIS IS TO PROTECT THEM FROM PROOF OF LYING ABOUT SERVICES/PRICES. Impossible to get a hold of. to resolve the issue. My company work van was hit by a negligent driver in March 2022. The other driver has State Farm. State Farm first towed the vehicle, than had the vehicle sit at the repair shop and offered me a rental, than they called and said they decided the vehicle was a total loss. They offered a settlement minus the rental fees which I found unfair, but was willing to accept to get a new van and get back to work. Now it's August and no settlement has been received. I have spent hours upon hours calling State Farm asking for help and I get the same run around each time. It's now August. I need a van to run my business. This is causing me to lose business and time and energy and I am not getting any help from them. I have called them at least 25 times.Business Response

State Farm in Ilion NY 13357 ripped off customers.
At first I had a good experience, but when I moved to New Jersey and obviously changed my insurance, they took attributes that did not correspond.
State Farm employees, ***** *** ***** sent me a lot of communications that do not correspond, are not legal in New York.
In which they threaten not to cancel the policy.
I had to cancel the auto-payments on my Debit card.

** ******** ********State Farm's message was unsatisfactory. Evidence of contradictory emails and text messages are added here. Where they say they are not responsible for the return of my New York State vehicle plates and text messages saying that they do not cancel my policy if I do not return the vehicle plates. A have new bill for the amount off $93.48. After I cancel my insurance. Why? I add here State Farm's personnel emails dated 08/09/22. New Policy information was sent. It was via email. It was a copy of my current insurance. So why State Farm's retaliate me. State Farm insurance was not canceled on 08/09/22, the day the new Policy was sent. March 5th I put in a claim for roof damage to my home. Since then I have had 5 different claims adjusters and a rep from **** **** working on my claim. I get weekly phone calls from **** **** telling me that they are still looking for a match. The shingles on my roof they do not make anymore. In July I contacted a contractor to do a temporary fix on my roof before any more damage is done. The contractor while up on my roof found that my roof is in distress. State farm never got up on my roof to investigate they came and took slices of my shingles and left. They have put this contractor through a series of getting samples, taking pictures and video at his expense and as of today State Farm is still asking for more videos and pictures.Business Response

I had an accident on 8/6. My vehicle was towed to a tow yard. State Farm picked up my vehicle from there days after the accident and took it to the wrong repair shop. They then dispatched another tow truck to take it to the right shop but when driver got there to get my vehicle the owner of the wrong shop said they would need to pay storage fees to release it. State Farm said they weren't aware of that protocol and would send another tow truck this time laying fees. That was a Friday. Today Monday 8/15 I called back to see about my vehicle being moved to right shop and was told a truck had been sent out but it was the wrong type of tow truck. Something about they didn't realize a flat bed or something was needed. Now they have to dispatch yet another tow truck. It's been over a week since my accident and my vehicle isn't being taken to the proper repair shop. I need it sent to correct shop ASAPBusiness Response
