The harassment started with a text message after business hours. the slander was posted on ******, I directed the escalation agent to the posting. The threats happen when State Farm agent **** ***** continues to come by my house. I called State Farms escalation and left three complainants. I was told someone would call me in 10 days, that never happened. After filing a complainant with BBB, all I received was letter that sad they were sorry that the service I received from Agent **** ****n did not meet my expectations. I never asked the State Farm agent to text me after hours, but he diid, when I pointed that out, he said he sent the unwanted text at 4:45PM, I just received the text after business hoursBusiness Response

I am a customer with State Farm Insurance for almost 3 years. I was recently involved in a MVA on 12/17/21. It was determined that The other driver in the accident was at fault for the MVA. I still do not have my vehicle, as I've been told the repair shop is waiting for numerous parts. Since December, I have been driving a rental car through **********. I was told by State Farm that they would handle the expenses of the rental car. However, they have only paid the $600 deposit. I was told in the beginning that I would not be responsible to communicate with **********, that all dealings would be between ********** and State Farm. That has not been the case. I have been receiving MANY calls from ********** demanding I pay $5553.90 which is the amount due from January-June. They called me so many times, I felt pressured to pay this amount on my credit card. I am concerned about my credit score at this point because I don't want that debt to income ratio to impact my credit score. ********** still needs payment from June 21 to present. I've spoken with several State Farm agents, who have given inconsistent communication about how this will be handled. Had I known they wouldn't pay the rental car fee, I would have arranged for other transportation to get to work. I would like to be reimbursed the $5553.90 and I would also like to speak to someone about how this will be handled moving forward. Friday, 4/1/22, I filed a claim for roof damage with the State Farm Insurance office (**** *** * ****. I spoke with ****, State Farm Insurance Rep. Monday, 4/4/22 at 11:50 a.m. I received a telephone call from ****** ***** ******, State Farm Insurance Claim Associate, regarding the claim I filed. Tuesday, 4/6/22, **** ***** ******* *** *** ******* ********** ******** ** ***** ***** completed an inspection of my entire roof, & the exterior & interior of my home. I observe * ** taking photos of my interior kitchen ceiling, interior garage ceiling & exterior roof using a digital camera. **** made awareness to my husband **** ****** ******& I about several loose shingles throughout my entire roof. **** easily lifted several shingles with his hands during the inspection. I have had auto insurance with State Farm for over 35 years. May 7th i was in an auto accident. I was not injured but my brand new car was. I only owned it for three weeks prior to the accident. I was not at fault, it's in the police report. However, because there were multiple vehicles i was informed I had to make a claim through my insurance and they will go after the other insurance companies for reimbursement. This is the first time I made a claim for an auto accident in 35 years.
it is August 11th and I still don't have my car. State farm keeps go back to the auto shop with smaller estimates. They even suggested that the body shop put salvaged parts on my new car. They are refusing to pay the auto shop and now I'm being charged for storage for my car. In addition I am paying thousands for a rental out of my pocket.
My claims adjuster only returned one phone call of the several calls I have made. They don't reply to emails or phone calls.

After the phone call from corporate today I was told my entire policy(renters) was being canceled even though I was assured… and ensured that my policy would be honored. I purchased a policy from State Farm and paid up my plan for 6 months. The vehicle gave me more problems than intended so I decided to sale the vehicle. I cancelled the insurance April 1, 2022 by phone. They said I would be issued a refund. One month later after recieving no correspondence I called back. The representative I formed me that my insurance had not been cancelled but they seen the notes which stated it was to be cancelled. They then cancelled my insurance a second time informing me to provide my bill of sale and I did this. Another month went by in which I have made several calls to the agent in my area and state farm as well, being told that these things take time. I have patiently waited. Three weeks ago I received a letter stating my refund had been approved and if the check wasn't enclosed that it would immediately follow soon. I still haven't received my check. I have called several times again and all I can be told is to wait. Nobody can tell me a number to call to see when I should expect it or if it has been sent. I am in the process of moving, and am trying to make sure that the check hasn't been stolen. I would like a number I can call specifically dealing with this matter. My mother passed away 5 months ago and im trying to get a refund for money that was automatically getting taken out each month from State Farm for a policy I didnt know my mother had.
State farm says I can't get any refund except the last 30 days even with death certificate. That is ridiculous because they make too much money to not give me my mothers money back.
They also said there was no way for me to place a complaint or speak with anyone else unless it was the local agent and all they do is listen and don't care. They won't let me speak to anyone higher up to get this issue resolved.

I have auto, home and umbrella insurance with State Farm. They never sent me a FULL copy of my auto insurance policy, only the declarations page. I recently called my State Farm agent and asked to be sent full copies of all my policies, I would have them for my own records. I never received anything. I did get a letter on the mail saying that agent was no longer with State Farm and assigning me to another agent. I called that agent and they sent me a policy that is clearly not my policy because its says “sample.” I called State Farm’s customer service number and spoke to a person named ****. He said he could not send me a full copy of my policy! I am totally shocked that I am spending thousands of dollars on an insurance policy and despite asking three people over five times now, over a sacral month long period I still do not have a copy of the policies I have paid for.Business Response

The night of 28JULY a branch from my neighbors tree fell onto the hood of my car during a storm. The next morning 29JULY I filed a claim with state farm. That claim number is *********. State Farm told me I was responsible for removing the tree. They also told me to decide what shop it was going to. Though their list of shops limited me to two options, one of them being 20 minutes away. So I waited that weekend (30JULY and 31JULY) to call the shop closest to me, only to find out that my car would be on an almost 3 week waiting list. State farm then advised me to pick my own shop. The shop I picked gave an estimate and sent it to state farm, only for state farm to send back their own estimate. The shop basically told me my cars parts are way more expensive the what State Farm is saying. My claim has been in for almost two weeks and the parts for my car still haven't been ordered. State farm is covering my rental up to $1000, and then after I am paying out of pocket. I pay $260 a month for this insurance, and no body is in contact with me about the status of my car and claim. I am extremely frustrated. I am in the navy I can not afford to miss work, I have my rental till 17AUG. I can not afford for my car to be in the shop forever, but it seems like state farm can't be bothered to fix this issue. The shop has called state farm twice to explain why they can't order the parts and no one from state farm has gotten back to him. I just want my car fixed.Business Response
