      Becca is always pleasant, and half the time when I call about an issue, she has already resolved it before I finish explaining. I can be a bit wordy and long-winded sometimes. However, they are a good team, and they saved me money on my car insurance. Who could complain about that?

      State Farm will take your home owners payment & when you have a claim, the adjuster, in this case B T***** will purposely act in bad faith by lack of communication, non responsive to questions and emails, Unjustified Delay, Making Unreasonable Demands, Failure to Investigate, Threatening or Intimidating. In 6 months I have only spoken to this *** adjuster 2x. In addition, while this adjuster was out of the office, another adjuster K. D replied and assisted during the absence and stated i provided all the necessary information, no further info needed that my claim would be processed and there would be a settlement offer. But B T***** keeps requesting the same documents over and over again.
      How can 2 adjusters that work for the same company on the same team abide by different rules and practices.

      My parked car was hit by a State Farm carrier.
      State Farm, has taken their time with my claim.
      State Farm, cancelled my payment 6 times.
      As if this day, I haven’t received my claim payment.

      My sewer line broke and backed up. My home is on a raised foundation. C* ******** had to replace the ABS sewer line, replace the waterproof membrane and take out part of the primary bathroom floor. I filed the claim with their “award winning” website and it went into a black hole. I messaged again through the inside and one claims person called and said they were working on it. Then it went back into the black hole. I tried calling and got out into a 45 minute hold. Finally spoke with someone who said they needed to speak with my contractor. I called my c* ******* and he called and spoke with someone.
      Yet again everything went into a black hole. No communication.
      I called my local agent who got hold of someone who then called me to tell me they never heard from my contractor. That was a lie. My contractor called me and told me about his conversation with them. So either State Farm is lying or incompetent. The claims person said they would email my contractor and copy me which they did. I read the email and it had my State Farm claim number but not the address of my home. My contractor wouldn’t know which home it was so I replied all with the address so they can reply with the information.
      This has been going on for six weeks. I have paid thousands out of pocket and I still have a hole in the floor of my bathroom.
      I need to mention I have been with these guys for over 15 years. Home auto and personal liability lines of insurance.
      When this is all said and done I am firing them and finding someone else.

      A person with State Farm hit my car and it’s been horrible trying to find a body shop in network within 30 minutes of my house. The ones they’re in network with have worse reviews than the ones close to me. The representatives are also unhelpful and act like you’re inconveniencing them.

      Had insured hit our mailbox state farm denied claim did nothing to help Garret J**** wouldn't even connect me to a supervisor or provide info to file complaint, I will never do business with them!!!

      State Farm insurance lies they over charged me for insurance and they said I would get credit on my next bill and I never got it they said real ****** there is nothing you can do about it so they are the worse customer focused insurance company

      If I could rate them less, I would. They are the worst Insurance on the market today. I have been with State Farm for over 36 years, and when I needed them, they cancelled my policy. I needed to get my roof replaced due to damage caused by weather, and they cancelled my homeowner's policy after I filed my claim. So much for loyalty!!

      This company sucks! When you request a policy change and it looks like in your app it's been done, the changes don't happen. Then when you contact your agent, you are told "Oh because auto pay is on your account, and the funds were withdrawn, we can't do anything, you want to pay this bill? " Where does it say that because you took my money you can't refund me? For 2 months??? I'M GOING THROUGH DIVORCE i have a lot in my plate right now!! I LET YOU KNOW THIS WAS HAPPENING 5 MONTHS AGO. I'm not an insurance agent so I don't know if things are correct or not, because my app looks right, fix it! Not just for the current month but go back a few, show me some human kindness! Haven't had that in forever! I'm not asking for 5 months of credits just 2. Oh no that divorce and request to cancel the other person didn't happen. Agent then said "Yes we have the proof too, you're text us here as well as call records, sorry we cannot credit you for the months you paid." This company is bull! I'm never recommending this company to anyone! If I know people have this insurance company I'm going to tell them to cancel! Just on principal alone! This is not in any way right!
