  Thank You Mr State Farm agent for not returning my calls of at least a dozen times. After many years of my loyalty ,and being a safe driver meant nothing to them. Kept raising me every 6!mos at renewal. It was time for a switch to p********** or A*******. I chose A******* for now and will see after 6mos if they will raise me or lower etc. If they just lured me to join and will also play the raise game then I will drop them also. Time will tell.

  I asked for an adjuster for an unidentified roof leak causing damage inside my home. I was told I can only get interior repairs covered. So I asked what happens when it begins to leak inside again. I was told the adjuster would return for a new assessment.
  Now I see commercial with A list celebrities. Thank goodness they allocate our money to the right places.

  State Farm cancel our policy after 14 years, giving them 38000$ in 14 years because they said we put 2 claims in 5 years, the first one was for hail damage on our roof, they refused to pay and the second one was for a electrical fire in the kitchen and they only gave us 3000$,this company is a total rip off,,they also canceled 72000 home owners in California, they have lost several lawsuits and the list goes on,we are absolutely stunned how a company worth billions of dollars can drop value customers this way

  Have had State Farm for years. Called to discuss a claim and the person I talked with was very rude! Her name was Karla. Didn't get answers and she refused to let me talk with a supervisor. Very poor customer service. Definitely rethinking continuing with this insurance company!

  After having my auto and home owner's insurance with State Farm for decades, State Farm cancelled my insurance after a vehicle accident. My son was the driver and had his learner's permit - it was his first time driving my car and he was indeed at fault in the accident. Shortly after the accident, he obtained his driver's license then bought his own car with his own insurance. In addition, he had moved out of my home. At State Farm's request, I sent his insurance information to show that he was insured by someone else and has a different address. Still, underwriting was not satisfied and my insurance is being cancelled. I'm incredibly disappointed in how State Farm handled this situation and will tell everyone I know not to trust State Farm as an insurer.

  Rusty Fanning at State Farm Insurance 719.694.2165 I downtown Colorado Springs calls my phone number everyday, sometimes twice a day I have called and left a message stating to never call me again. I am not interested in his insurance company. I call this harassment on his part !

  They only use used parts for repairs. They are unresponsive. The estimators are worse than the entitled tsa agents. Like a bad neighbor state farm is never there for you. All commercials no action.

  Terrible company. Over 20 years as a customer and someone hit my car. Tried to file under at faults insurance but the body shop would not work with their company. My agent recommended that I use my collision and State Farm surrogate. State Farm’s supportive body shop said they can’t do the work you have to go to this shop as they are the only ones certified to do Audi aluminum work. We go there and they provide their quote. State Farm doesn’t like it and they are 10k off. They told me I have to pay the 10k. My policy says I pay $500. We have a contract. They said the body shop is too high. I said well find me a shop who can do the work. They said that isn’t their job. I have asked multiple times for a manager call and was told it would be 24-48 hours. 10 days later still no call. The agents are uneducated. One was in his car while we were on the phone. You can’t talk to an adjuster and my agent has been on vacation it seems all year. It has been 2 months and my car is sitting at the body shop waiting to get worked on.
  If you have an Audi…they may sign a contract saying they will provide you insurance, but when it comes down to it they will breach that contract if they don’t like the cost.
  Every body shop I have called has said they are the worst insurance company to work with. Lawyer said the same thing. Beware of State Farm.

  The most horrible insurance company. I have been a loyal customer for 35 years and have paid over $70,000 in premiums. I went to the body shop that State Farm referred me to and that body shop got overspray all over my car. State Farm is doing everything to avoid paying for the proper repair of my car. It would only cost State Farm $8,000 to fix and they are denying to fix something that they created when referring me to this body shop. I pray for the people that have to work at State Farm. This insurance company is not there for when you need them to be there.

  Canceled me after over 10 years, because I filed 1 claim in August 2024 for a water/sewer backup, I was so upset all the years I paid my insurance on time never late. I had home and auto, they only Canceled home so I found another insurance company the next day and Canceled my auto. Insurance is to protect me and my property it's like they want you to pay put not file any claims.
