      Terrible company. Over 20 years as a customer and someone hit my car. Tried to file under at faults insurance but the body shop would not work with their company. My agent recommended that I use my collision and State Farm surrogate. State Farm’s supportive body shop said they can’t do the work you have to go to this shop as they are the only ones certified to do Audi aluminum work. We go there and they provide their quote. State Farm doesn’t like it and they are 10k off. They told me I have to pay the 10k. My policy says I pay $500. We have a contract. They said the body shop is too high. I said well find me a shop who can do the work. They said that isn’t their job. I have asked multiple times for a manager call and was told it would be 24-48 hours. 10 days later still no call. The agents are uneducated. One was in his car while we were on the phone. You can’t talk to an adjuster and my agent has been on vacation it seems all year. It has been 2 months and my car is sitting at the body shop waiting to get worked on.
      If you have an Audi…they may sign a contract saying they will provide you insurance, but when it comes down to it they will breach that contract if they don’t like the cost.
      Every body shop I have called has said they are the worst insurance company to work with. Lawyer said the same thing. Beware of State Farm.

      The most horrible insurance company. I have been a loyal customer for 35 years and have paid over $70,000 in premiums. I went to the body shop that State Farm referred me to and that body shop got overspray all over my car. State Farm is doing everything to avoid paying for the proper repair of my car. It would only cost State Farm $8,000 to fix and they are denying to fix something that they created when referring me to this body shop. I pray for the people that have to work at State Farm. This insurance company is not there for when you need them to be there.

      Canceled me after over 10 years, because I filed 1 claim in August 2024 for a water/sewer backup, I was so upset all the years I paid my insurance on time never late. I had home and auto, they only Canceled home so I found another insurance company the next day and Canceled my auto. Insurance is to protect me and my property it's like they want you to pay put not file any claims.

      We had a large farm with a 3.5 million dollar house near Lebanon, OR. And a 780,000 house in Kalispeel. A 1.2 million dollar house in Lake Havasuu City. And two other houses, a boat, 6 cars, an RV. All insured by state farm. After over 25 years we had a claim on the farm for a water leak from the dishwasher in the kitchen, water got under the floor. We had nothing but trouble with them getting everything fixed, but we didn't complain, just smiled and said thank you. Then they dropped us. Our agent was appalled and mystified why. No answer was forthcoming.

      Paid for farm insurance for many years with State Farm in Manchester Michigan had a wall fall in on our hip roof barn from a lot of rain and now they don’t want to pay. I have not seen anybody from State Farm come and even look at the damage.
      Sounds like they have to pay for California fires so we get the shaft. Leaving 1 star but should be a minus 5 star.

      State Farm keeps telling you the check is going to be in a couple weeks. They have said this for 2 years now. Had to get an attorney. Funny I had the rear end accident by there Insured on camera. They admitted fault in 3 hours but never paid my claim. This should be not only against the law but against all moral principals. I guess Patrick M******* and all the people they pay millions don't know or care about the little guys who pay the huge paychecks. They could have at least paid my doctor bills. Wow these companies do not represent any Americans except there bottom line.

      State farm a bunch of crooks they took my money and dropped me off they policy now my license is suspended and they kept majority
      These insurance companies need some policy to protect consumers all insurance companies are scams and crooks

      I was in an car accident I called state farm had a rude representative. She hung up in my face and all the police was mad also. He said baby call back and I finally got someone who was concerned an nice. She treated me like trash and didn't care at all.

      I've been a State Farm member for nearly 10 years, but their service, particularly for home insurance, has been appalling. During my time with them, I've had two home plumbing accidents, and each time they found fake reasons to escape covering the claim. They never help with claims and make the entire process incredibly frustrating. I'm now looking to change this unreliable company. Can anyone recommend a trusted insurance provider?
