      It has come to our attention that a representative of your company with the authority to do so has made our company a victim of defamation. She has pointed out she is an expert in her field.
      She is not a client of ours and for that reason it seems like an expert in their field licensed to work in this industry has made a judgment call on what paperwork should be provided. Unfortunately, the statement she made was I’ll informed and also had affected over 100 peoples jobs of a reputable company without a direct right to do so.
      So since she is acting as a representative who is listened and considered an expert then we have been forced to point this out opening up a BBB case on State Farm and expect to be compensated for estimated damages or we would be willing to take this down if Leyla were to simply take down her unrighteousness defamation of our character down. “

      Just a few moments ago, I spoke to a State Farm representative — Leah ********. I was trying to file a claim for an accident I was not at fault for. During our entire conversation, she was very rude and unhelpful. It almost seemed as if I was an inconvenience for her. I never leave poor reviews, but this is possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I explained to her my situation about how it’s crucial that I get a rental because of work, which requires me to commute the entire week. She showed zero interest in helping me any further.
      Due to my predicament and work schedule, I cannot miss tomorrow’s work day. Not having a car, can ultimately lead to me being terminated. My employer gave me the day off today so that I could figure out a rental situation, but would have to be back tomorrow. Sadly, I am in no financial position to pay out of pocket.
      This is a very frustrating situation. The few minutes on the phone, Miss ******** really didn’t really care and did not try to be understating.
      I’ve also worked in customer service, so I do understand how customers can be. But, I acknowledge that I was in no way being disrespectful towards her. My family and I have been with State Farm for many years. Today, I just find myself being very disappointed in a company who states they care about their customers when their representatives really do not.

      I do not recommend state farm to anyone. I put a claimed a glass repair, not only no show no call but they put that claim in my records. .save yourself some trouble go somewhere else.

      Do not go through State Farm for your home insurance. Had damages back in July of 2022 from multiple trees falling on our bedroom. Insurance company recommended a contractor that didn't have the time or care to help to even cover our roof or give a quote. Once State Farm finally sent their own inspector, it was over a month later! Then the joke of a number quoted for the damages and loss of property was an insult. Was told to find a contractor that would work with the quoted amount or have them contact them. I had to find a contractor, no help from their appointed selection. Still currently trying to come up with a number that covers costs, damages, and losses. Very disappointed. I keep hearing from other contractors that State Farm will give you peanuts and expect that you work with it to cover everything lost and for the help you will need. This company only wants your money, they don't want to help you because it means a loss for them.

      State Farm completely dropped the ball. I was involved in an accident where another vehicle hit me on the rear passenger side. I called State Farm directly to report the accident and request a tow but they hung up and made me go through app. I was quoted a wait of an 1.5 hours but the 1st tow truck never showed up. State Farm calls me back to see if the tow truck ever showed u(which they didn’t). So they sent another tow truck which took even longer. Ended up waiting 4+ hours for a tow. Next day I make an official statement and they tell me they’re waiting for the other driver to make a statement and the police report. determine liability. I never heard from an adjuster until they sent an email stating that I was partially liable for the accident. I’m not understanding how they came to this conclusion without reviewing all the evidence. The adjuster tells me that he doesn’t use the police report 90% of the time. I don’t feel like I’m being protected AT ALL!!

      "Like a good neighbor" LIES they do not care at all.....the absolute worst Insurance Company ever. My son was involved in a head on hit ( 3 stoned girls very young hit my son) he was not held at fault, the officer gave the girls the ticket. My son had 0% liability. His car was torn up. The car was then taken to a "holding Lot" so a Statefarm representative could asses the damages. Well the car was taken to a auction lot where it was completely stripped of EVERYTHING. It took me 2 weeks to locate the car only to find out it was going to be auctioned off for parts and NO ONE FROM STATE FARM had even looked at the car. NO one had contacted us to see if we needed any help, if my son was injured. I did all the leg work, made several calls and nothing. Only to receive a letter that they were cancelling our policy. To say the least I now have an attorney involved. Pathetic customer service. Customer for 10 years and STATE FARM could care less.

      State Farm randomly conducts surveys of customers’ properties. On mine they sent me two confusing, nasty letters with a description that I don’t think was my home at all but may have been the neighbors. They will not compare the pictures taken at the time of the survey to my house nor let me see them. I think this may be a scam of theirs to get higher premiums by taking pictures of houses that need new roofs, and have remodeled outside none of which I have done.
      They have threatened me that my roof is so bad and I will be dropped (a blessing because I am leaving them anyway). My roof is nowhere near what they have described.
      They refuse to help or listen to customers. They have the worst of so called customer service. An the local agent is no better and lies too.

      Have to wait 72 hrs for an adjuster , meanwhile my yard is destroyed, but my neighbor adjuster has been there an is in cleaning up his yard, I will be switching to his insurance

      Stay away from this company! I had a windshield claim that was not handled correctly. The result was that I lost $750 that State Farm refused to pay. After 25 years of being a customer they did me wrong and I will never be a customer again. They will use any loopholes and wording to THEIR BENEFIT, NOT YOURS! Insurance is supposed to make the insured “WHOLE AGAIN” after a claim in my situation this did not happen. Crooked business practices and cheap wording will cost you as the customer. Attention ***** OWNERS, get your car insurance somewhere else because if you have a claim against your ***** it might not work out for you.

      I just make several complaints with your BBB I getting called from the dispute with State Farm Fire And Casualty Insurance Company one State Plaza, Bloomington, IL i get call a least 10 days ago but I don’t getting calls from your and others Complains your taking from me when your giving me a case Number or referral numbers that mean your taking but your not seriously with me why I let them know that have to contact your first like for example it’s like With someone hired a Lawyer have to communicate with my Lawyer first not first with me now other entity taking me a complaint I make against **** ***** it is happening to me I don’t know why but maybe your I’m playing games with your absolutely not at all whatsoever
