      Worst ever!! Up the rates! Filed second claim in 20 years in April. It is end of June ! Send contractors who are too fat to climb a ladder and don’t know the difference between a 2 by 6 and a 2 by 12 board!! Incompetent!! Still nothing done!! Barn is ruined now!! Like a good neighbor YOU ARE NOT THERE!!!

      State Farm’s claims agent misrepresented my claim limit. He assured me that I would be reimbursed for eating out as my kitchen is not functional due to water damage from drain blockage. Also, I was assured that I would be reimbursed for a hotel during the rebuild of my house and that a final check would be issued after pictures were received showing the finished product of my rebuilt home. After 6 weeks I was informed after my inquiries that my policy limit for this type of loss would not cover eating out, hotel during rebuild, or the total invoices for the mitigation and the rebuild company. This is negligence and misrepresentation and just wrong. All my premiums have been paid on time for 8 and half years for two vehicles and my house. Just when I need the support, they are not there. Further, it took 3 weeks for field Adjustor visit and the claims agent only return calls a week later after I have insurance agent to have him to call me. State Farm phone system will only route you to your claims agent. You cannot reach a supervisor, manager or other representative. Horrible experience.

      State farm insurance is the worst company to have to work with when they are at fault, they will lie, and do whatever it takes for them to keep there money, that's why they are NOT Better Business approved,
      I was at a stop sign waiting for traffic to clear so I could turn and this idiot comes out of his driveway and slammed into the side of my car, they claimed it's 50/50 how is that right, don't use state farm insurance, for your car insurance choice and insurance company that is far and not this crooked one that is only in business for their own profit

      Our State Farm Claim Manager Ryan and his supervisor Rob have been mishandling our claim and kept switching adjustors and lying to us for the last several months- in addition to inadequately keeping records of the claim and gaslighting us. I’m a state farm customer and am currently going thru chemo therapy and cannot seem to get any help when I ask to speak to their supervisors. This is the worst insurance company and business- stay away. (Los Angeles, CA)

      State Farm refusing my roof damage claim for replacement. Offered 550 to replace some shingles. Roof only twelve years old and is hail damaged. SF calls the damage “blistering.” I’m paying $30,000 out of pocket to protect my home. Hellfire and brimstone on State Farm! Switching immediately!

      State farm refused to renew my policy because I used road side assistance 4 times in January, I asked where in the policy does it say how many times I can use road side assistance? And Cassidy told me it's not in the policy. Make it make since.

      Extremely disappointed. I had water damage in my house and filed a claim. I used one of the business they work with frequently. Quote for repairs were 140k, State Farm came back with a quote of less than 1/10th of that!! They say they will cover costs to return your house to normal but that has not been my experience. Can’t get ahold of my claims adjuster. Have received zero dollars even to cover the costs when I was out of the house. Terrible company. I will be looking for different insurance after this is over

      I’ve been with State Farm Insurance for 25 years and I’ve never had an issue with them not repairing my car or warrantys. I had to get a new radiator and fan put in my car last November and the fan was not OEM and neither was the radiator. The fan ended up going out after six months and electric cooling fans should last a minimum of eight years. The State Farm claims lady name Alexis is saying that they are not going to cover the fan even though they are well aware that it damaged the car even further. So basically I’m paying for Insurance for nothing. It’s a scam. State Farm Insurance is well aware that the fan was defective or went out and took accountability for it, but they don’t want to repair the car and now there’s further issues with the engine in my vehicle that is financed. So now I’m going to be completely out of a car all due to corruption and them not honoring my car insurance and warranty on those parts. The United States of America is slowly falling apart, and I blame employees in the work field and corrupt companies. This employee Alexis deserves to be fired from her job.

      We had a really bad storm that blew shingles off our roof and caused water damage. The first claim they told us it was under the deductible. We had another bad storm and it blew more shingles up and we filed a claim. Then they told us the roof was improperly installed and that they would cover the water damage inside only. We got an estimate and they said they would cover $450 for damages. Then 2 months later they say that this damage is as also below the deductible. They will lie and do anything to not pay on a home insurance claim. Do not go with them.

      I have been a state farm costumer for over 10 years and now that a have a water leak they won’t cover and asking me to get more coverage even though I paid high money on my coverage want even more , and it just happened last week. Get off State Farm paws and find a better insurance company I’m really disappointed
