      My kids flooded the bathtub. I didn’t think much of it.. 5 days later I noticed that the seller had flooded and there was 2 feet of water down there and everything was damaged. I assumed that the water in the seller was the reason for the staircase, swelling up and separating. I never really go down there so I don’t even know how long the water was sitting there from the broken water tank. I called my insurance State Farm. They came out, took a look and denied my claim in September 2023. Recently a few months back, they raised my rate $30 and when I called my insurance agent and said why would I pay you when you didn’t fix my staircase they said the staircase should’ve been fixed and wasn’t due to the seller flood to call and make a seperate claim. I did. I got quotes for the staircases about $21,000 of course Statefarm mincing words said that because the staircase damage was done more than 18 months ago they are denying my claim.. They never once said I needed to make a separate claim for the staircase in 2023 September when I showed their local adjuster, my staircase inside the house. just a really low down dirty trick to get out of paying. I’ve been with Statefarm for 10 years now since I’ve owned this house. I have no idea what I’m gonna do to fix the staircase and me and my children are left on our own even though I’ve been insured for 10 years. The cherry on top is, theres two claims now made for the same damaged stair case, both denied and not paid for, and yet my insurance is gona go up now.

      My house sustained roof damage from hail. Over 250 photos were submitted showing the damage. Several of my neighbors received new roofs from their insurance companies but not me. I have had insurance with State Farm for over 40 years this is how they appreciate me.

      State Farm has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever had insurance with in 50 years. Apparently it counts against your rating to call for a tow or when a rock hits your windshield on the road. Why have insurance and pay thousands to them for nothing? Go somewhere else if you are thinking about getting insurance from them.

      On June 3 a state farm driver, drove into my apartment and literally park in my living room, took pictures of everything submit evidence of how destroy my living was and how i lost it all, total damage was over 20000 which they only want to pay 800, they keep requesting pictures which i already submit it all I Even went online to where i bought my furniture and all items and screen shot it so they know the cost of it they keep denying, what more evidence do they need to see somebody, they only thing they need to say is that it was my fault,

      State Farm approved my claim then they did not want to pay for any of the parts, labor or any additional charges are taxes needed to be paid out. Don't use state farm terrible insurance company

      Worst insurance company ever! They jacked my rates 50% in CA meanwhile they have enough money to pay Jake and all the **** celebrities each month to advertise their scam. i am a victim of fires and business looting. These pieces of you know what should be shut down IMMEDIATELY

      Don't ever avoid buying insurance. State Farm doesn't have any customer service at all. If you purchase insurance, you're in trouble. When you call corporate, your call will be directed to the sales agent. If, and I mean if you reach a person, they will not answer your questions and will redirect you to the salesperson. They will not discuss any aspect of your policy, including refunds, and I mean anything. Avoid this insurance at all costs; you will save yourself headaches and high pressure.

      I have had nothing but problems with state farm with all my new 6 month premiums and them want me to pay all my cars on one policy at the same time

      On May 10th I brought my windshield replacement invoice for reimbursement on claim ********* to my local State Farm location in West Asheville, NC and gave it to Tammy who met me at the front desk. I waited for Tammy to confirm it was sent and she made me a copy before I left. I then waited a couple weeks and finally a check arrived but for the wrong amount. I did not cash the check as I did not want to make it seem as if this was the correct amount. I have now called, emailed, and pleaded to get an answer and no one seems to be able to answer my questions, and my assigned Agent Sherri R. has also not returned any of my calls. At this point I have now accrued interest on the $3,233 dollar windshield replacement out of pocket with no resolution from State Farm and this is unacceptable. I have been on hold for 74 minutes and then the line answered and disconnected immediately and then when I tried to call back today, I was transferred again to Sherri for the line to then say there was an error with the connection, and I would now be disconnected after for waiting for 30 minutes again! I need someone to call me on my cell asap. - Jason L
