I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience on your website. As a loyal customer, I have always trusted ********************** for my beauty needs, but this recent incident has left me extremely dissatisfied.On 10/8/2024, I attempted to place an order on ************************** website. Unfortunately, the site was unresponsive and slow, causing me to spend several hours trying to complete my purchase. Despite these difficulties, I persevered and reached out to your customer support team twice for assistance. Both sessions were lengthy and time-consuming, but I finally received an order confirmation.However, to my dismay, I woke up the next morning to find that my order had been canceled without any explanation. This order was particularly important as it was a gift for my wife before I leave for the Army. The cancellation has not only caused me inconvenience but also significant emotional distress, given the importance of this gift.I urge you to look into this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution. I hope that Ulta can restore my faith in its services and ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.ULTA Beauty

Ulta beauty wont allow me to make purchases through the website or the mobile app. I have called customer and received no solution. I am tired of having to go in store to purchase in stead of simply making a payment the website or mobile app ! I am overly frustrated and been having this problem since last year . I have tried making purchases on Ulta beauty website numerous times and havent been able to. I called customer service multiple time and each time they tell me they have escalated the issue but I do not hear any thing back. I had my account hacked into and someone used up all the points I had and send the item to a different address in **********. I called and got that fixed but havent been able to place orders online. Even tried using my sisters account and still wasnt able to place my order. Tried Apple Pay, after pay, putting in my card and nothing works.ULTA Beauty

Ulta recently granted points from a promotion (x3) and (x10), but a week later adjusted by -699 points adjustment with no email communication or explanation. Upon calling, the first three agents stated that the initial points were overgranted and the adjustment was correct. They were not able to provide a logical explanation and sounded thoroughly annoyed at their jobs. Requests to be transferred to a different agent/supervisor or for follow up were all denied. After the third interaction, took some time to do the math on the points and realized that the points were correct in the first place and were a result of the ongoing point multiplier promos (for hispanic owned businesses) Upon calling the fourth time, I presented the math and asked if they could clarify why points adjustment of - happened. Agent C, the rockstar he is, took some time to do his own investigation and came to the same conclusion, and according to him, he manually added +699 points back to the account. Still waiting to see if the points will be updated. Even though its not a big deal and only ************************************************************* which information is not clearly communicated and false advertisement (promos are not honored). I can only wonder how many people received a similar experience, and actually I dont need to because theres an entire Reddit thread with people expressing similar experiences and sentiments. Would have been a 1 star, but Agent C (hiding his name) was amazing, patient and helpful so Im giving it a 2. Hope he succeeds in everything he does!ULTA Beauty

I received an Ulta gift card for Mothers Day 2024. Decided to use it a few weeks ago to get a couple of new makeup products for a bridal shower coming up. Got to the cash register and tried using the gift card and the pin was missing numbers. Had to pay for everything with my own money. I called the number on the back of the card and hoped to get a replacement. To my amazement, they said they would not issue a replacement card. They confirmed it was used about a week after Mothers Day, in some location I have never heard of and live nowhere near. I repeatedly said I never used the card and their response was pretty much like saying yes you did and theres nothing we are doing about it. I was and still am so angry about this situation, not to mention hurt and feeling like c*** Ulta has been one of my favorite stores until now. I have never ever had a problem with them or ever had bad customer service, until now. I will never set foot in an Ulta store, never shop online there, ever again for the rest of my life. I have told all my friends and family about this and urged them not to buy gift cards for Ulta. Not only have they lost my loyalty but tons of friends and familys as well. Ulta pretty much stole the money that my mom spent on the gift card. Shame on them.ULTA Beauty

Ive been banned from making online purchases at Ulta Beauty due to a charge dispute that was never clearly explained to me. The item in question was never listed under my account or purchase history, and when I reached out to customer service for clarification, they refused to look further into the matter. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I was only encouraged to shop in-store without any explanation as to why Im banned online.The lack of transparency and refusal to investigate the situation any further has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a loyal customer, I expected better communication and a resolution to this issue. Unfortunately, *** received neither and am left feeling dismissed by the customer service.ULTA Beauty

I had a hair app. at the Salon in ********* and the stylist was the absolute worst I have ever had. I have bands and zebra stripes in my hair from the bad job she did. I didn't notice most of it till hours later when I got home but I did notice the nearly 3 inch band on top of my head which I brought to her attention. She put something on it for only 5 minutes and then wiped it off with the towel which left my hair in that area stiff and very tacky.Once I got home I was able to use a wet towel and wipe off whatever it was and noticed the band was still there. I then started looking at my hair more and noticed more bands and striping. I filed a complaint via customer service and then on Monday spoke to the Salon Manager and was able to get a refund but it still left me with the most atrocious hair. On Monday I was able to make an appointment for Wednesday at another ulta salon via phone so I could explain the situation. Come Wednesday that appointment was canceled a few hours prior to it. Not a single person can fit in to fix the messed up job another Ulta stylist created prior to an event I have in Friday.I then contacted the store again and spoke to the ** who said she couldn't find someone to fix my Hair after I called back when she never called me back. She was unwilling to let me speak to the district manager and told me to call the customer service so I did for the 3rd time. **************** number told me that the store is to provide that information as they do not have it. So now I am being led to believe the ** lied to me. This whole ordeal has been absolutely insane and ridiculous. Not once was I told by the Salon Manager that she could reach out to another ulta salon to have one of their stylist fix it.I have an event that starts on Friday and I am going to miss part of it if I stay behind to get my hair fixed because that is the only option I apparently have.If an appointment is canceled there should be other options instead of a "oh well".ULTA Beauty

Horrible. I've been an Ulta customer for years. First, someone hacked my account and I was told well not much we can do. So I had to start all over with a new email. Mind you, I still get emails when the hacker places orders. In fact, since I have *** deliveries associated with my account I get the hackers *** Ulta delivery notifications. *** is so nice I get to see pictures of their porch with each delivery. Now, under a different email I am completely blocked. I can't order anything from Ulta. Ironic given that I have done nothing wrong. But they dont care. I have called and there is nothing they can do, so they say. I am so ******. So as a loyal customer, I get hacked and then I get punished for it basically. Unreal. So Ulta has taken to blocking anything ordered to my address. I tried to check out as a guest too. Nothing. I tried a different web browser. Nothing. I gave up and went to ******. I refused to give my money and time to a business that wants to punish their good customers. And ya, as a working mom I dont have the time to just go to a store. I love makeup and have the means to spend, it's too bad they blocked myself and others like me that are willing to give them money. No more. I have ******, *******, and ******. And yes, I will spend more money at ******* as a matter of principal.ULTA Beauty
