Horrible. I've been an Ulta customer for years. First, someone hacked my account and I was told well not much we can do. So I had to start all over with a new email. Mind you, I still get emails when the hacker places orders. In fact, since I have *** deliveries associated with my account I get the hackers *** Ulta delivery notifications. *** is so nice I get to see pictures of their porch with each delivery. Now, under a different email I am completely blocked. I can't order anything from Ulta. Ironic given that I have done nothing wrong. But they dont care. I have called and there is nothing they can do, so they say. I am so ******. So as a loyal customer, I get hacked and then I get punished for it basically. Unreal. So Ulta has taken to blocking anything ordered to my address. I tried to check out as a guest too. Nothing. I tried a different web browser. Nothing. I gave up and went to ******. I refused to give my money and time to a business that wants to punish their good customers. And ya, as a working mom I dont have the time to just go to a store. I love makeup and have the means to spend, it's too bad they blocked myself and others like me that are willing to give them money. No more. I have ******, *******, and ******. And yes, I will spend more money at ******* as a matter of principal.ULTA Beauty

Took my 12 yr old daughter for a color and a cut. Was told by the hairdresser that her hair needed to be bleached to go from dark brown to medium brown. Just like I wouldn't question a roofer, I went with what the hairdresser said. My daughter's hair turned out orange. Hairdresser apologized and asked us to come back the following day to have the hair fixed. When we went back, the hairdresser apologized and agreed that her hair should never have been bleached. I asked for a refund on the bleach service. " Manager" Jade told me I can get a refund for the bleach or the color fix to be comped. When I told her that the resolution was not acceptable as the fix should be free accompanied with an apology in the first place, she just walked away. I assumed she went to speak with higher management. She came back and sat in front of me for 40 minutes, typing on the computer. When I asked her for the status of the refund, she said there's nothing she can do. I told her that she was doing a terrible job at "managing" an issue because even if she couldn't give me the refund, she needed to communicate that to me and give me contact information for upper management to escalate my request to. As I was speaking with Jade, an irrelevant hairdresser, ****, decided to make herself relevant and get some attention by causing a scene to " stand up for her co-worker," when she had no idea what the situation was not was anyone being rude to her "co-worker." I have called in a complaint to corporate and was told I would be contacted by their escalation **** within 48 hrs. It's been 4 weeks with no call backs or effort to resolve the issue. My 12 yr old daughter now has to cut most of her hair off and slowly bring it back to health from the bleach service that was unnecessary and was only used because the hairdressers are salespeople at this salon and are just focused on sales, not the actual product.ULTA Beauty

I used to be such a huge Ulta fan. Sometime happened to my reward account maybe 2-3 months ago and now my account will not let me checkout no matter what form of payment I use. Ive contacted customer service 2-3 times, each time my issue will be escalated but its been months at this point.ULTA Beauty

I have been a loyal Ulta customer for many years, but no longer. I don't place many online orders, but during their 21 days of beauty I could not get to the store so decided to order online. I placed an order only to realize I had mistakenly ordered the wrong color of brow pencil. I called Ulta and was told that they could not change my order but they would cancel it and I would need to re-order it. But when I tried to re-order, my order would not go through, it said there was something wrong with my profile or my card. When I checked online the Ulta site had my old phone number, but I had previously changed it in the store when I moved out of state. I had given the guy who cancelled my order the phone number that I use in the store to have them look up my account. I called in again, spent 2 hours on the phone and was told it was being escalated. I tried waiting for a supervisor but after 45 minutes agreed to get a call back from a supervisor. 2 days later with no call back I called again only to be told that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a call back and since it was already escalated there was nothing she could do. It is now 5 days later, still no call. I am done with Ulta, I will cancel my Ulta card and shop somewhere else where my business is appreciated.ULTA Beauty

I had the worst hair appointment. The hair dresser didnt know how to do a silk press. She didnt put any product in my hair to prevent heat damage. She burned my scalp so many times. She didnt style my hair. She didnt know to use a curling iron to curl my hair. I had to show her how to use it. She charged me $101.00. She spent 3 hours in my hair. She was so bad that another stylist had to come in and shoe her how to press my hair. Still she wasnt getting it. She was horrible. I am never going there again. I would like a refund.ULTA Beauty

Can never place an order online or for pick up. Called customer service multiple times and no one seems to resolve the issue. I have missed out on multiple deals during their 21 days of beauty sale. Super disappointing. Even created a new account and was given an errorULTA Beauty

Ulta's data privacy and security is severely lacking. They need to implement new restrictions and multi factor authentication for their user accounts. My rewards points got stolen and according to the Internet this is not an uncommon experience. This should not be happening for any business in 2024 and beyond. I understand people will get frustrated when they have to verify their account but they'll be a lot more frustrated when hundreds of dollars are stolen from their account. If I don't receive my points out I will be filing a complaint instead of a review and will not be shopping with Ulta until they can get their security functional. Shout out to the manager on duty at the council bluffs Ulta who prevented my order from being fraudulently delivered, she was very helpful.ULTA Beauty

Ulta beauty in ********** ,** is my store especially when I get Joy to help me with suggestions on products I went in only for a color match and she sat me down and nailed it the first time and I walked out with $650 in products , she helped me understand and show me different techniques on how to apply my makeup I absolutely love her .ULTA Beauty

I placed an order because I had a free birthday mascara. Ulta charged me for the free mascara. I am a diamond member. Tried email, texting which that option is a joke, and phone before receiving any help. The order has processed and I still don't see where they credited the ***** gift charge. I should have paid ***** for my order that I will be returning because of the ridiculous service. I was told that even though I went through the bday prompts in the app and it says **** gift on receipt that the code didn't get applied and I would see a refund for the mascara as soon as the order processedULTA Beauty
