My friend and I were wrongfully accused of stealing. The police were called and they viewed the video, came back out the store and stated he didn't see us stealing anything and couldn't arrest us because the store had abaolutely no evidence. The store manager ************************* in **********, ** lied like we stole 4 bottles of perfume when in fact we were never no where near the perfume, never smelt perfume because my skin is sensitive i dont even wear perfume. I returned everything back to the store for a refund accompanied by the police, because i don't support or tolerate this type of behavior, this was very embarrassing because people were looking thinking we stole something, when we were in fact falsely accused, harassed in the store, profiled, and defamed. I filed a store complaint with customer service and I'm waiting on a callback. This is serious and we're in the process of hiring an attorney.ULTA Beauty

They will not refund you or send you new items if your package gets stolen. I never received my package despite it being marked as delivered, because the driver stole it. As a result ULTA has stolen almost $500 from me just because they do not work with a reputable shipping company. I am a long-time customer who does not abuse refunds and returns. Keeping someones funds when they have made a complaint about stolen property cannot be legal.ULTA Beauty

Awful - DON'T Open an ULTA Credit Card!! This company tries to charge additional fees constantly, charges very high interest rates, and even when I paid the card balance off in full, instead of it showing a ZERO balance, I noticed a charge on my account. I called and got a foreign representative stating something about "back interest" then they had the audacity to charge a late fee of $37 on top of it all when there was no payment due since account was paid in full! They never give the double and triple points they promise for salon services and products, I've never once received these in 5+ years. Total Scammers!!ULTA Beauty

I have had an ulta account with ********************** for many years. I am suddenly blocked from making online orders, and without notice. I have tried speaking to numerous people at Ulta and no one will help **** received the following email: After further review, we discovered that we received a charge dispute under your name and billing informationDue to this, we will no longer be able to accept your online order request(s) on Ulta.com. We welcome you to visit your local Ulta Beauty store to shop, where our trained associates can assist you in selecting the right products for you.I explained that my credit card, which I no longer have, was stolen and there were multiple purchases at multiple places that were fraudulent and my credit card company took care of it. But because of this, Ulta has blocked me from purchasing online.I think this is an unacceptable practice by Ulta. No one spoke to me about this, they just blocked me. I am also disabled and it is hard for me to make my way into a store, which is why online purchases are easiest for me.ULTA Beauty

I searched for a shop that does cluster eyelashes and came across Ulta Beauty. I choose clusters verses the strip because they last longer, at least the ones Ive always gotten from other place. Until, I went to Ulta. They lasted less than 24 hours. Im glad I waited until the day of my event. The stylist who did my lashes, was friendly, but did not seem to know what she was doing. She kept dropping the lashes and she was extremely slow. When she was finally done, it was at my 30 minute window. The lash applicant was thin and I told her I wanted them thick. She told me she would have to stack them, I told her ok, please do. She said she couldnt because she had another client. I reached out to customer service who forward my message to the manager. She called me and I told her what happened, she said that the lashes lasting less than 24 hours was normal and similar to strips. However, their site clearly said cluster lashes are longer lasting and the strip lashes were temporary. I wasted $30, I could have put strips on at home and saved my money. I am not a happy customer and dont think I would be going back to Ulta Beauty, at least not to the local one.ULTA Beauty

The employees at the stores in ***** ** are completely & needlessly rude. They do not make you feel welcome to be ****** ****** are never kind when I go to the store. It doesn't feel worth it to spend so much money in a store where I don't feel treated with any sense of decency. They need better customer service because the girls at Sephora in Khols have never made me feel like that but it's a reoccurring theme at the Ulta. Several of my friends don't even go in there anymore because of the same complaint, terrible employees.ULTA Beauty

The Ulta.com **************** is an absolute joke. I reached out due to a package that showed delivered but was not. I was first told to wait two additional days and it would show up. I called back after another two days and was told they would start an inquiry into what may have happened. This was a birthday gift for a friend. I was told that I would receive an update in a few days. After almost a week, I called back and was disconnected five separate times. I was told that they were "looking into it" and that someone would reach out to me. Another WEEK goes by. In that time frame, I ordered another item to replace the one that never arrived. I called yet again and was told that the team was "still trying to make contact with the carrier for proof of delivery." I asked again, how long it would take to get a response because at this point, I want a refund. I was told they could not give me a specific time frame but that their team was actively working on it. It's been almost three weeks since my original order showed delivered. This is such poor customer service on so many levels. I will NEVER order from them again. They should truly be embarrassed.ULTA Beauty

ULTA CHANGE YOUR ONLINE POINT REWARD SYSTEM!!!!!I have been saving hundreds of dollars worth of points to buy one product which is a Dyson airwrap valued at $600. My local store hasnt had any dyson airwraps in months because of stock issues. So buying in store wasnt an option for a long time. Did you know any online points use is limited to ***** which is about $250. I had well over ***** points I couldnt use for an online purchase which was extremely frustrating. After spending years of my hard earned money on ulta this was the icing on the cake to switch to a different company like Sephora. I chose to shop religiously at ulta because of their point system. Whats the point of offering rewards if you cant use them the same online and in store?I called on a Saturday and was told I would get a call back from a manager within ***** hours. Well day 5 rolls around with over 10 customer service phone calls and I still have not talked with a manager. Finally get on the line with one on Wednesday which was day 5 of trying and talked with ***** in the manager team. With over 80% of shopping taking place online you would think that the rewards system would be up to date online too. The only option customer support gave me was to drive 4 hours to my next closest store in hopes they have one to purchase so I can use my full points? What if I was disabled or handicapped? Youre really not willing to work with your customers and thats the only solution to this? Think about it ulta! Let me spend another $200 in gas + $300 on a hotel to get an item that is out of stock at most stores. I cancelled my credit card with them last year and I dont know if I can continue supporting ulta after this. Do better to your customers. After spending an hour on the phone with a customer service agent that clearly didnt want to continue the conversation.. Im left with returning the item to the store and repurchasing. The carrier used will be determined by shipping address, warehouse location, and on how busy our carriers are. Since we have more than one warehouse, sometimes items come from multiple warehouses, or if two orders are placed they can come from different warehouses as well. My daughter ******* quit her job at Ulta today because of harassment by *************************. ******* has tried to have meetings with management to address her concerns of unfair and biased treatment. ******* has spoken to *******************, *************************, and *************************** and yet the harassment and hostility persist. ************************* villainize ******* and yet allow other staff to get away with similar behaviors. The dress code is ambiguous and only applies to ******* and no other staff members. ******* is made to feel targeted and that is not a conducive work environment for anyone, especially a young adult who is not only a long-time customer of your brand but also was looking to build a career with the Ulta brand.Ulta advertises itself as a company that is Fun and varied team environment, a culture of connection and inclusivity and a steppingstone for your career knowledge today for use in the future. Ulta has a teen work program that encourages youth 16 and up to begin their careers with Ulta which is why I felt so strongly about Ulta being the perfect fit for my daughter and I am highly disappointed in the outcome.As a 7-year loyal customer who has frequented your ********************** ******** Foothill location I will NEVER patronize your store again. Nor will I encourage others to do the same. As a community leader and a victim of Domestic Violence I strongly disagree with environments who participate in bullying, hostility, biases, and unethical practices. Your staff reflects your brand as a company and your company appears to be in alignment with hiring management who participate practices using abuse of power in an effort to intimidate and harass staff.It does not appear there is inclusivity being practiced in your ******** Foothill location and for that I will NOT support your company and I will continue to use my platform to shed light on my daughters experience in hopes to bring meaningful change to other young aspiring beauty enthusiasts.ULTA Beauty
