      I returned a $675.00 Dyson Hair Wrap with the proper paperwork inside. We lost the tracking number and now they say there is nothing they can do. They stole my money and after months and months of trying to work this out their responses were formatted and useless, when they would respond. They genuinely do NOT care about their customers and as far as I am concerned Ulta Beauty are just a bunch of liars and thieves!

      They never confirmed my order but money was sent via PayPal. Seller telling that they need to verify my email and telling my email doesn't match. I have filed credit dispute. Why is this business still exists? It has **** complaints. Its a scam business, what police and *** doing? They need to investigate ASAP

      My local store chose to fulfill the free gift included with my order when they didnt have the actual perfume in stock. I have been charged over $150, and everyone is talking in circles. Im getting two different answers from customer service and the store. 1) I shouldnt have been charged until the order was picked up. 2) The money is being held and will be released when the order is canceled. Apparently no one has the power to cancel the order, and I have to wait for it to auto cancel by not picking it up, 5 days from now. My gift card is empty now and they are saying that I have to wait FIVE days to receive my money back. I am struggling to understand why my local store did this . How did I get the free gift if I technically didnt purchase anything? The perfume was out of stock so the order shouldnt have been fulfilled. I am extremely disappointed.

      My order arrived completely damaged as a liquid styling product leaked over everything. Ulta stated it is my responsibility to repackage and send the items back to them. I find this insane. They will not refund me until I mail the defective items back. I sent a picture clearly showing the damage but apparently that's not good enough. Their customer service department gave me the run around and I don't think we reached a resolution. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to send a damaged package back in order to get a refund. I have never had this experience with other companies and would give Ulta 0 stars if I could.

While we do offer return labels for any damages caused during shipping, it is not a requirement for you to return it before we process any reshipment or refund.       My account got hacked and someone used my points that I had saved up. Ulta doesnt seem to have a very reliable or comprehensive system in place to deal with things like this and since it seems like its a really common problem with them, it seems like a pretty big red flag.

      Terrible, I just recieved my order today, after waiting a week for it to get here, and I'm missing 7 out of 10 items. I also received 2 items that I did not order. I'm very upset. I feel like I've been stolen from and that whoever packed these items purposely did not put certain items into the package, and just put the cheaper items. It's about almost $200 that have been stolen from me. I took a video of me unboxing it (the box was not tampered with) and pictures of the items I did receive. I had called the number multiple times after the call repeatedly "dropped". Finally, someone stayed on the call and tried to help. Now I have to wait for a response regarding the items missing. This was my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I just want my items...

      What a fantastic location in ******** ****. Im a middle aged male with nasty salt and pepper hair that grows like a weed and nasty looking eyebrows that need trimmed. **** at ******** **** has always taken fantastic care of myself and finds the right color of some grey and blonde for a middle aged guy. She follows up by neatly trimming my eyebrows.The staff are very friendly. The do a well enough job that despite moving away I still drive over an hour to have them cut, bleach, and dye my hair.

      I made a purchase at Ulta on March 1, 2023. I was not satisfied with the product, so I returned it to the store for a refund on March 20, 2023 for $35.98. The original purchase was made with a **** giftcard and the remaining amount was paid with with my debit card. Without being asked or informed about the refund, I was told that the it was returned to the **** Giftcard. I immediately told the store associate that I had had the store associate to place the card in the trash because the funds were exhausted. The manager who came over to assist called guest services, and I was told that the refund would be processed and sent as an electronic giftcard to my email within 4 days. I called guest services on March 27th because I did not receive my electronic giftcard via email. The guest services associate informed me that the refund was never processed but she would enter it and it should be sent to my email within 24 hours. That same day I received an email from guest services stating that it could take up to 7 days. Today, April 1st, I received an email from guest services requesting verifiable information regarding my refund and was asked to provide the last 4 digits of the **** giftcard, which I explained in my response was not available, but I did provide everything else including the debit card info which I also explained was inactive because I had to get a new one because of of a fraudulent transaction. I called guest services today because I was extremely frustrated. I spoke with a supervisor named *** who spoke with billing to resolve the situation. Billing was not helpful and said they still need the **** giftcard..that I no longer have in.my possession. I no longer have my products that I paid for, and I am unable to get my $35.98. This is not good customer service! I was offered a coupon......??? Why would I want a coupon??? Oh, so I can get a discount and pay more money out of my pocket. I will no longer be an Ulta customer!!! Poor business, poor service!

      one of the stylists messaged me on ******** saying she could help me out with my hair. I was looking to get styled and to even out my color anyway. So I agreed to go in on Tuesday at 10:00am. We discussed color and she got to work. We talked at length about how I wanted my hair. Multiple times I stated that I don't like layers and I wanted my hair long. I asked for wispy bangs and angles around my face. Only the pictures can explain how horrid this experience became. I included a before picture for comparison as well. What I ended up with after 4 hours was essentially a **** mullet I don't know anyone who would want this hairstyle!!! Nothing short of hair extensions that'll cost me hundreds of dollars or a wig would even begin to help this atrocity of a haircut. . What made it even worse was another stylist watched as this was happening and did nothing!!!! Then when she was finally asked for help she said and I quote "I was wondering when you were going to ask me for help" I am beside myself, it isn't fixable. Even them giving my money back, minus my $40 tip that she absolutely did not deserve, can't make this better!! I will NEVER go back to this salon and I suggest no one else does either. If I was able I'd give them 0 stars!

      I asked for a specific service and the stylist added expensive services I was unaware of until I got the bill. The extra services were not necessary nor mentioned to me prior to checking out. I will never go there again.
