Placed an order with a gift card and destroyed the card since there was a zero ************** out a few days later some items were out of stock and I wasnt charged the full amount. The company wouldnt do anything for the inconvenience and now Im out the difference since I dont have the gift card. Awful customer service and will never do business with them againULTA Beauty

I went to the Ulta at ***********************, and I was not receiving any assistance during my time there. When I went to a representative, I was told that they would be able to send someone to solve my issue. They never got back to me and instead went off to help somebody at the register. I was left waiting there without any idea of what happened, because she never got back to me or even said that she couldn't help.ULTA Beauty

I went into store for a simple face serum they did not have in stock for about $33. They helped me to order it in store to have it shipped to me. I paid in store there Feb 17, then on Feb 19 another charge was taken from my account. I called to have them reverse it, where they proceeded to tell me it was just a pending charge and should fall off. Its now March 18, the charge did not fall off and I still havent received my refund. Between now and then I have called multiple times, my emails have not been answered and Im sick and tired of the runaround over 33 mf dollars. Ulta is a bunch of bullshtULTA Beauty

I used to like Ulta but not anymore. First they cancelled my hair appointment 20 minutes before my haircut and so I rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Then 2 days before my rescheduled appointment they rescheduled my appointment for a different day and time without my permission. I will never go there again.ULTA Beauty

They are unreliable and will not be buying from them again. It is taking them far to long to give me a refund on an item that was purchased twice in error. It's going on a month now and their customer service team is pretending to be proactive about the issue, but they keep prolonging finding and issue. I hope someone investigates their business practices and processes because it is the year 2023 and things should be far more progressed than how they are operating.ULTA Beauty

I had a hair appointment for Nov 12 22 and wanted to get my hair platinum. I was told that this wouldn't be an issue. THANK GOD I told her to not do my roots. 5 hours of being there and having my hair in bleach she said we were all good to go. My hair felt thin and fragile which I figured it may feel that way ... but to my shock I wasn't expecting my hair to fall out in strands. I immediately text my tech to let her know what was going on and she said that I needed to add vinegar and deep conditioner to my hair and it would be fine. The problem was that it was not fine. I would txt her and she would just say ... that's never happened. I was never offered to revisit, a consultation or even a chance to have my money refunded. I am a week away from my wedding and my hair is still falling out. I went to the store for them to see my hair and some lady that wasn't the manager decided to take charge and say they couldn't do anything because their gm said it's been too long and this was never brought up to their attention when it happened. I'm so livid about the whole situation because I kept in touch with the tech. I'm out $400 dollars WADS OF HAIR and a so much respect for the people working at the salon. I realize they do a 3 month return policy which I went over by 2 weeks... but not even a half refund??? Instead, a discount on a deep treatment?! The lack of empathy for my concern prevents me for EVER having my hair done there again. So, so disappointing.ULTA Beauty

I am leaving to go on vacation for my wedding day and I placed an order on 2/22 and it said it would be delivered by 2/24. Well it was still not shipped on 2/26 and Ulta costumer service told me they have till 3/6 to deliver it. They told me they can not help me until the 6th. Maybe to prevent this issue put the correct shipping details in checkout dont lie.ULTA Beauty

This company has no integrity and doesnt care about its customers. I placed an order 2/17/2023 and one item was out of stock. A $100 cologne for my boyfriends birthday. The $20 lotion was available. I was told I could not receive a refund for the out of stock item until after five days which makes no sense. Why hold my money for an additional five days for a product you never had? A refund should have been processed 2/17/2023 when I was notified. I dont have the money to repurchase this item so I am not able to get my boyfriend a gift until I receive the money back and I missed his birthday. I called Ulta to process a refund. I sat on the phone with ******** for over an hour. She REFUSED to get me a manager and promised someone would call me back within ***** hours. Ulta was hoping I would forget and move on but no. I called back on 2/22/2023 on the fifth day and my refund still had not been processed. The representative ***************** and told me a manager tried to call me back 2/17/2023. Now I know this company lies to its customers. In addition to ****** lying to me, he hung up the call. I want my call history pulled and a quality representative to listen to it because he should lose his job. I called back and spoke to another representative. He was able to get a manager on the phone no problem. Now I know ******** lied and wasted my time by refusing to get me a manager the first time I called. The manager did nothing. He told me he was submitting feedback and would put in a request for someone to contact me which still hasnt happened. It is now 2/25/2023 and the refund is still pending. Eight days later and Im still waiting for my money for an item Ulta never had. Ulta has this sense of entitlement towards a customers money and time. I complained via ******* and ********* I will also be leaving a review on my local Ultas ****** page. Terrible experience all around. No I will not recommend this company to my family and friends but I will recommend *******.ULTA Beauty

I was an excellent salon customer at the ************* location for a year. Never missed an appointment, tipped above average no matter what and was always tactful to the employees even if they were not. A few months into seeing Elite stylist ******* I guess she was too busy talking about her miserable life to notice that one side of the head had more orange yellow stripes than the other. And that she knew better than to apply a lighter toner. I ended up with ugly uneven orange and bright yellow uneven stripes and lines all over my once beautiful hair.Asked to speak to ****** the Salon Manager. And wow! Talk about rude and conniving. She was a real joke to speak to. Did not seem at all interested in helping me get rebooked for a re do knowing very well by picture proof how horrendous my hair looked. Placed me on a long hold to s*** talk about me with the stylist *******. Came back and cut me off mid sentence twice to say they were too busy and could throw on a gloss and call it a day. I spent $350 at the salon per usual and was ignored when I didn't get an appropriate result yet was told to deal with it, throw on a $70 gloss on their dime and be happy. Nice. They did not even fix what they ruined. ****** was very rude and un professional with aggressive demeanor to both my partner and I. When we went for the re do, ******* was very aggressive and argumentative threw gloss and had me out in 1 hour. We did not have to but we tipped 20% for her time again. After we paid, a snarly snappy white older lady said and I need to speak to the both of you. Then she said and YOU specifically. I think you are not happy with our service and you need to find another salon because we are going to cancel all your future appointments with us. Wow, ok! Well we were not planning on supporting you anymore but you did not need to make it worse and show your true racist colors!ULTA Beauty

I went for hair color service and was very dissatisfied with the stylist. She gave me a darker color than I asked for and she did not touch up my roots properly. There were a lot of grey spots she didn't touch up.I saw them after I came home. I called the store and they said their service manager will call me but I did'nt get a call back. The stylist didn't even shampoo and dry my hair properly . I was trying to dry them by moving my fingers through my hair and my nails would fill with hair color. Just so gross!ULTA Beauty
