      Order#M16173617 I ordered the Very Good Girl Glam ************* online from Ulta Beauty, but I only received the free gift. I've called, and I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a call back. I shouldnt have to wait to figure out why my package is missing items that I PAID FOR

      I've shopped here and spend a lot of money especially at the alabaster, Al location. The employees in there are always chit chatting with each other and never offers to help you. If u need help they turned the other way. They never honor coupons when it's valid: just laziness and careless! 90% of their supplies are not stock not everyone wants to order online. I am just tired of coming in the store and not greeted or assisted.

      Third time trying to buy something that had a discounted sign in front of it yet.They wouldn't honor the discount when I checked out. I went to buy a ****** eye cream and there was a sign that said buy one ****** and get one 40% off. So I grabbed 2. They wouldn't honor it or explain it. And this is the 3rd time something similar had happened.

      This Ulta location is one of the worst locations I have been to so far. They repeatedly make you feel like youre a criminal thats in there to steal (especially if youre a minority). They continuously follow you around the store while making you feel extremely uncomfortable. When I brought this up to management and confronted them about their behavior, I was banned to shop at any of the Ulta stores. They claim that confronting their employees and MY behavior towards them wasnt acceptable - all because I expressed my concerns and how I was treated by the manager following me around. However, when their employees falsely assume you are in there to steal and make it obvious they are following your every move, thats considered acceptable? How is it ok to ban a loyal customer of several years for bringing up their concerns to management about how they are being mistreated and feeling uncomfortable? To constantly be followed around by employees when trying to shop in peace is not something youll ever be able to experience at an Ulta store. They dont consider how long you have been a loyal customer or how much money youve spent. ********************** will ban you for no apparent reason and all because you confronted the behavior of their employees for something that is clearly their fault.And based on the reviews from ****** and yelp, this behavior is not something new from the employees at this store. Many customers (minorities, of course) have had very similar experiences to mine. Im not surprised by this, this is a predominantly white area, so this store will definitely be keeping an eye on those who look different from them. And bringing up your concerns to management or corporate does nothing, dont waste your time at this store and go elsewhere. ******* is above Ulta in every aspect and not once have I had such a bad experience shopping at *******.

      Ulta does not take care of their customers when it is their mistake! I will never shop there again! Went there a while back ago made a purchase and their register froze. I told them the payment went through because I used my pin number and they said I needed to do it again. Before I left I checked my banking account and saw that it went through twice and I should them that. An hour later I called to see if they would reimburse me for double charging me they said no because it only showed once but if I could show them when it wasn't pending they would take care of it. I did exactly that then they said they needed the original. Instead of doing what was right and following through with what they said they did not. I don't understand how a big corporation like this can be pity and make a customer happy. It isn't about the money now just the principle of the fact that ULTA which is a big corporation can do this.

      Ulta's 'free shipping' is as bad as ******! Place an order, get an arrival date, then when the date gets near they push out the date further. I read the shipping timeframes and understand their free shipping has 3-8 business day leeway (not saturday/sunday). Assuming they are familiar with how long it takes for orders to arrive, it's disappointing and just feels SCAMMY to have the arrival moved. This is my 2nd time shipping (because they didn't have it in stock at any local store), the 2nd time it took longer than originally stated and frankly? It's not worth it. ********* I'm coming home.

      I spent $93 in ulta and one of the items was damaged. I called the store to let them know about the item ( perfume) was almost done all the way to the bottom. The lady told me she have to look at the cameras to see what happened, the lady NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. At this point I just want my hard earn money back this the worst place to shop.Ulta on ******* .

      Do not purchase from Ulta. They sent me fake product. The product in the box did not match the exterior box. I didn't notice they had sent me a fake product until shortly after the return period expired because I was busy moving back to FL from MN and we got hit with a hurricane. I filed a complaint with Ulta and they refused to issue a credit and they were quite rude about it. They do not stand behind their products. Don't purchase from them. Purchase from Sephora instead.

      I received a egift card @ Christmas 2024. I purchased what I wanted and had a remaining balance of $28.13. I went onto the website again in February **************************************************************************************************** card # and it said I had a zero balance and I'm thinking that can't be right I must have put the numbers in wrong did it again and it still came up saying I had zero so I messaged the contact number I had for customer service and and she looked into it and at first had told me she saw the $28.13 I had through an internal examination but then a few minutes later she came back and said that I had been into the store in January and spent the rest of my card and I told her that was impossible because I do everything online pretty much. So then she proceeded to ask me if I gave my number to anybody I knew and I hadn't. So I said to her what were the items I purchased in January from your store when I was supposedly in there she came back on apologizing and said they were not able to retrieve that information now I'm thinking WTF! Never have I ever had any gift card saying I had nothing on it when I knew I did. So obviously this was a one-time gift card and I didn't spend it all so they took the rest away. I did a lot of business with Ulta over the years, but that's the last of it. I wouldn't think I'd be ripped off by somebody like that but I guess you never know do you? And the woman told me oh thank you for your kind understanding. I don't understand it and I think she knew that but to be nice about it I just let it go. JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW. THANKS
