      There is no way the company is legit. I have every single possible online gambling app that is allowed in ********. BetRivers is the only one that CONSTANTLY loses. Like shamefully loses. Never had one winning streak. Never even had a win that was even worth a cash out. How can someone betting 3-5$ a spin on a slot, 63 times in a row lose every single time? Like not even 10 cents? Nothing? 63 spins. In a row. My win/loss ratio is astounding. It has been lose lose lose since day one. Months ago. This was the last app I downloaded, because every single person I know told me this online casino is a scam. I should have listened. Thank god all the other casino apps have made up for the horrendous losing, horrendous promotions on bet rivers. If you are down a little, TAKE YOUR LOSS. I have recently discovered on Reddit there is a whole underground community that is strictly app gambling. I guess its common knowledge that BetRivers drains the pockets of the slot players to pay the sportbook winners. That makes tons of sense because holy cow. The proof is in the pudding. You guys don't even try to hide the fact that you are doing illegal shady things. And its even worse that all the complaints on here of any winners suddenly get their accounts frozen and don't get their payouts. GAMBLERS! TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN AND RUN, DELETE THIS APP AND STAY AWAY. Garbage cheating company.

      Horrible.... my phone was stolen and I called BetRivers and the way they are handling it is ridiculous. I will never use them again.

      I would discourage players from depositing here and expecting anything in return for their loyalty. I am a VIP there and with 3 other online casinos. Every other casino besides BR I can reach out to support and request a credit from time to time when I am in the negative and they happily credit me. I have reached out to BR several times requesting something and am always directed to the promo page & encouraged to use chat/bonus store. The loyalty points decay hundreds by the day making it extremely difficult to surpass higher tiers. Ive deposited thousands here and have received nothing besides $10 bonuses I win in trivia. All other casinos the points decay yearly or even bi-yearly, here they decay daily! Support doesnt care if you are a VIP, they will give you nothing for your loyalty. They do NOT value their high paying customers at ALL. Money spends everywhere and I would encourage any/every casino player to spend at casinos that will value you like DK and betmgm.

      As a Sportsbook, BetRivers offers nothing worth using it for. Its new user promotion is worse than all of fanduel, draftkings, betMGM, and ESPNbet because Its simply 1 risk free bet. Their interface is genuinely awful, and induced rage in me faster than any other app Ive ever been on. If you want to get money, do it from a real business like Fanduel or Draftkings instead of this knockoff.

      Win lose or Draw don't expect to get your money back form betrivers. closed my account feb 2 2024. Waited 14 days call 8 times getting the run around now they will not take my calls. still no check. they gave me the checks in the mail wait 10 to 14 days. its been over two months. Now they wont take my calls.

      BetRivers is the worst sportsbooks. I simply won a wager from 80 to 360 I believe. After trying to withdraw to money. They claim my **** didn't have my name on it, so I couldn't get my funds. I uploaded every single document I could think of. And I did this for several business days. I even went to my bank, and no documents from my bank would be sufficient for BetRivers to send me my money. When I tell you that I sent hours sending emails and chatting to a live agent via online support. I really believe they thought I was a good bettor and they were scared because this was sorta a first random time betting with them. These types of corporations are soulless and unethical. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them. I had a friend who told me a similar story, after he won as well. ****** they said his username and real name didn't match, so they held his funds. Can you believe that? I only want my money, as I have bills to pay and they don't care if my account goes into overdraft or NSF. They don't compromise at all. I asked one of these agents. Whats the point of speaking to a live agent of they can't help the customer? I said might as well the company use artificial intelligence because nowadays you get the same results. It's a shame that these corporations sets all the rules and will treat us like criminals when it comes time to pay out, even at such a small profit. I've lost so much time and sleep over this, as I'm writing this before I go to sleep in the AM. I didn't cheat or do anything wrong. Yet after trying to submit countless different documents, no one from BetRivers is willing or able to help me get to the bottom of this. Can't wait to close my account. I just looked below at some other reviews and just as I suspected. Other people are saying the same thing. I hope they get sued and go out of business. So no other citizens have to deal with them. And the BBB should seriously look into the matter, if not point is in the direction of a class action lawsuit.

      I'm so sick of betrivers they keep flagging and locking my account for no reason at all . They verified me so many times it's ******* . H*** a few days ago when I went to log in I had to do an ID verification which I did . A few days later I was playing then I requested a withdrawal . I then started playing another game and started a good bonus then I get booted with a message saying my account is locked . I can't even get on my account to go to customer support to get help . I'm beyond frustrated. I filed a report with the gaming board about this and hope they can help me . I feel like I'm being targeted by them every couple months and it gets worse .Betrivers claim they have A+ satisfaction with the BBB . Ya right I call BS on that .

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Garbage online casino. You never ever win and if you ever do win take that money and run cause you will never win a ***** again after that. They say fair and regulated but you can tell that its all a scam to get you to lose money. There is no way you lose every spin, everyday, for a week straight. What a joke. If you win sometimes it wouldn't be so obvious that they are crooks.

      It’s very unprofessional from BetRivers restricting my sports bet using multiple negative strategies
      First these guys reduce my wagering limit before I used to have in $300 plus and now it’s less than 30 and sometimes less than $10.
      I still bet, win and didn’t stop then you took my debit card off my account so I can’t deposit money.
      Really this kind of cheap tricks these guys are applying.
      When I was loosing everything was good but the time I started wining they showed their true colors.
      Is there any way I can complain to NJ gaming board for this scam?
