      I ordered a movie ticket through groupon but when I went to redeem, the pdf file was broken and the link was broken in the app. Groupon refused to refund me so I disputed the charge with my credit card provider but groupon pushed back and reversed my dispute charge. Using groupon is too risky and not worth it.

      Groupon is a scam in regards to helping you with a merchant or giving your $ back. All Ive gotten is a run around. The story each time I call is that my complaint has been escalated and I will receive an email when there are any updates.

      Information is not accurate. My Groupon said it included certain items that I did not receive. I am no longer a Groupon customer because of it. I am alset with the lies and miss guided information. I'm so disappointed with their customer service system. They don't even have a phone number to call. By email The associate completely blew me off and disregarded my concerns with a cookie cutter response. Furious with Groupon. Never again.

      There is no customer Service phone number ,live chat or email to contact. I have tried communicating first via ******** also via ******** messenger with no success to resolve an overcharge a glitch $86 on a $650 purchase.The merchant itself was fabulous.

      I visited *******. I checked the site for the boat ride and the had openings! Groupon had discounted tickets for the boat rides. I purchased it and headed to the pier. I got an email saying I had to schedule on line, I went online and they said they were sold out for the day and the voucher expired that day! I talked to an agent from the boat ride they said I had to contact Groupon! I sent Groupon an email! I also conversed with an agent at Groupon. He acted like I was getting on his nerves! I requested a refund and still have not gotten my money back and its been over 20 days! I will never purchase from Groupon again!

      I ordered an item on Groupon. Within an hour I decided that I didn't need the item. There is not a way to request a cancelation from the item. The only way is to send an email and someone will respond. That is a joke! After the item was processed and shipped, I was told it was too late to cancel. This was days after the order shipped.I don't believe that they have customer service. They must have preformed letters as I have received for after the item ********* star review is being too generous for Groupon. My friends refer them as Poupon. It finally occurred to me why.

      Used to love Groupon and use it all the time now they ****. I purchased a Groupon for $70 and then the store had the same product for $60 so I tried to refund it (which I have refunded things on Groupon no issues in the past) and now they require a 3 day window??? - SO unfair, we did not use the Groupon we should get a refund.

      this item is cheap and thin. you can see thru it. ALSO, I ordered dark blue -- received light blue.opened package. item HAS NOT been worn.please refund my money and tell me how to return to you.ALSO, I have tried 4 times to contact you thru this email. it never goes thru.       I have tried Groupon 3 times every time I try to use my voucher or Groupon that I bought there is a fight to get my money! How can this be ok. I bought a boat ride and had to fight for my $56 dollars because the merchant wasnt giving those rides anymore. I contacted Groupon multiple times and they kept say the merchant is still giving the trip, but when I called they said NO we are no longer doing that particular trip anymore. After going back and forth with Groupon they finally refunded my money. This week I have contacted them for a movie ticket for $12.99 from *** that the merchant and myself couldnt provide the voucher & a steam room for $20 that because of there lack of accountability I decided that I didnt want to fight anymore with any merchant. I am a disabled women and that $33 dollars I need. Groupon should do the right thing and refund the money, they are quick to take it and then gives you a SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU. Please see what you can do to resolve this issue. ******* *******

      Groupon hid the fine print on a Groupon I purchased. It was not in a place that was upfront and forthcoming. It is deceitful business practices and their help desk is useless. I was told to gift a Groupon I cant use to a family member.
