      I am a merchant on Groupon. I have redeemed 6 vouchers from customers for services I provided. ********************** has REFUSED to pay me and instead keeps giving me the run around saying they are having trouble "processing payments" and that the money would be in my account at the end of the day.. they have said this everyday for the past 3 DAYS!!! There is no higher up and I can even get ahold of a REAL human. I am so beyond mad... They owe me over $150!!!! DONT EVER USE GROUPON!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 1000 STARS IF I HAD TO

      My wife and I were on our honeymoon vacation to *******. We purchased a Groupon ticket for *****'s Trail Rides and I spoke with ***** and scheduled a time for the ride. I explained to her that we were traveling and were only in that state for a few days. We were suppose to ride on the 10th of July at 730a and ***** emailed me very early that morning to inform me that she had to cancel and reschedule the ride because the trail guide was sick. Of course we could not reschedule because we had to catch a flight the next day. Groupons refuses to refund us the money we spent for the ticket even though I opened a dispute with my bank. So Groupons just took our money and gave us no services. I don't know if they paid ***** but they probably did not. This company is such a scam.

      I bought a Groupon for $18 to get $40 off a purchase for flowers. It was all well and good until I reached the end to have a non-negotiable $21 service fee tacked on. If I knew, I would have never made the purchase. Then the florist they used was 2 miles from my house and didnt deliver the flowers on the day I selected until after 5pm. Very disappointed.

      I purchased two SeaWorld ticket with two all day dining pass when I got to SeaWorld the company said it's was an one time meal. SeaWorld don't sell this deal I spend s total of ***** more then SeaWorld would charge I contacted Groupon and the company said I should of read the fine print there was no fine print poor customer service on ***********************.

      I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maids cleaning. Cozy Maids canceled and did not show up three times. When I requested a refund, both companies told me to ask the other. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

      I purchased tickets for Big bus in D.C I noticed within seconds that it was taken out from the wrong account. I write away, tried to contact them to see if they can refund that I waited and waited to speak to someone no one was available. I then sent an email right away, letting them know about what was going on they didnt get back to me until days later, I went ahead and bought an extra pair correct and when they finally got back to me, they said they couldnt do anything because it was final cell. I tried to reach out to them. Why did it take so long for them to even contact me back its $192 that Im short now and pretty much lost

      A lot of Groupon deals are based on misleading people as to what the actual price of the item is. That's a fairly common sales tactic though. They also will refuse to give refunds and continue selling some purchases if the company has put "all sales final" in the fine print, even if they have reason to believe it's fraudulent. Then they continue to enable deceptive sales by not allowing ratings on their site without redeeming the voucher (so if a deal is a scam and the voucher can't be redeemed, you can't leave negative feedback or warn others not to buy it, and the scam can just keep going endlessly).

      I bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox. It stated I could buy that deal 1 more time, so I did. However, when I went to use the vouchers, the merchant stated they would only accept one per year and to ask Groupon to refund the other. When I contacted Groupon, they would only give the refund in Groupon bucks and not refund to my credit card. Im assuming this is how they scam you into spending more money with them. So now I have to use the Groupon bucks at Groupon instead of them giving me my own money back. I will never use this company again. They are frauds.

      I had a Groupon for a massage. My husband and I showed up for our appointment which was 45 minutes away from our house and Groupon had an error loading it. I restarted the app, restarted my phone and it still wouldnt work. The lady at the massage parlor tried redeeming it from her end and it still showed the same error code. Tried starting chats but they wouldnt work. Tried calling Groupon but the number is no longer in service. Twenty minutes later we all gave up. I finally got through on a chat. They refused to refund me and only offered Groupon credits even though its not my fault this couldnt be used. I cant get to another massage appointment before my coupon expires and quite frankly I dont trust ever using groupon again. Its a scam and I want my money back. This is theft
