      I made a reservation through Groupon for a reservation at ********************************** in ********* back in January. When I got to the resort they said there was no reservation. I had to rebook my own reservation for 300 dollars per night. When I emailed customer service they said there was nothing they could do. This company is a complete scam. Do not reserve any hotels from this company.

      I'm very upset. I paid $65 for a cleaning with Cozy Maids and apparently years ago I had purchased a groupon with their sister company, Dapper Maids, which I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING THAT IT WAS THE SAME company. Apparently, I cant redeem the voucher, they only gave me a $10 credit. Groupon won't give me a refund even though this was requested the same day and it took them several days to investigate the issue.

      requesting a FULL refund from Groupon, (not partial)purchased a groupon for ********************** in *********, for $48.... for a $69. worth of food in the establishment..When it was time to use my groupon code at the above resaurant, it did not work, for whatever reason, the management at Black Angus resaurant tried over & over, but the code was not working for the purchased discount ........so i had to pay full price of $69. for the meal..i emailed Groupon they refunded me the original discount groupon purchase of $48..i have made multiple attempts to explain to groupon that due to their glitch in their system i was not able to use the groupon discount (code did not work) there for i am requesting the full amount i paid, NOT PARTIAL REFUND...i did not get to use the groupon discount...they are ignoring my emails....the balance owed to me at this point is $21....Please Help,regards,*************************

      I own my own business and have been using Groupon to help advertise. DO NOT USE Groupon. They make you cut your rate, they take HALF of what the customer pays and credit card fees and any other discounts they give the buyer. **************** on the merchant side is even worse than the customer side. Constant harassment about cutting your rates even lower or selling even more vouchers. If someones Groupon expires they just lie and say your website doesnt work or you wouldnt call them back and Groupon does nothing for the merchant. Groupon has ruined so many businesses and does nothing to help them.

      Purchased Groupon. Merchant refused Groupon. Repeatedly asked for refund. Repeatedly denied refund. Why does this business think it is OK to charge money for services not delivered and refuse a refund? Recommend that no one ever do business with this company.

      I separated a business and sent Groupon all the necessary documents to show proof of sole ownership. About a month later they allowed my ex business partner to hack my new account and steal all my payments. Told me for a solid 3-4 weeks they would escalate the issue and get back to me within 24 hours. I sent them all the forms proving that my old partner had been evicted and did not have legal access to the account. Fast forward to a week after that ** told they called my ex partner and he said he still owned it and they were giving him the account and I needed to create a new one. So I completely created a whole new account under a new business name (per lawyers suggestion since this wasnt the first account he had been trying to mess with.) and a month after that they froze my account saying it was a duplicate account? (After telling me already I needed to create another account.) and its now been a week since this happened and Im being told I need to wait even longer to resolve the issue. Groupon has the absolute worst customer service as well as dealing with their merchants.

      Worst customer service and a total scam! I called to make an appointment at one of their vendors and they said that they are booking out a week even though the website clearly shows that there is availability all afternoon. Then, I get a call saying that someone is available at 3PM but that the area that I purchased would cover about the size of a quarter which is fine but that it had to be the exact specific location. If I moved the quarter space back (same exact size), I now had to pay for a medium size service. Absolutely ridiculous! Waste of my time! I purchased this through Groupon. Groupon is refusing to refund due to the time limit and Illume isn't providing me a refund either although they are not able to do the service.

      Tried to redeem voucher with a business and got an error code. Went back and forth with the business and Groupon for days. No phone number to call on Groupon only chat and I had 2 customer chats end the chat in me before I was done. It was ridiculous but finally got a refund and wont be dealing with any more Groupon not worth it.

      Groupon coupon is not accepted by merchant and Groupon does not give refund. They ask me to buy something else from Groupon.
