      Bought a ********** groupon on Sept ******* at $49.99. 10-16-2023 went to the nearest *********** Was told this is only good for ******* Locations and I am in ************** **.Went back to Groupon and asked for a refund and they said there was only a three day window for refunds. The groupon does not expire until Dec 2023.Went to ********** web site and they said there was nothing they could do. I always have my settings for the ************** so how this happen I have no idea. Now I am out $49.99 for an oil change that I can not use.

      This company scammed me for over $300. I purchased 2 nights at a hotel through them and when I showed up to check in, nothing was reserved for me. Groupon refused to refund me and is now saying my voucher was redeemed. Do not use these guys as a 3rd party, they will rob you.

      They have been unresponsive, negligent, and have scammed me out of my money. I was previously a loyal customer, but after dealing with their terrible service, I would never recommend their scammy services to anyone! Their customer support does not help you. Particularly, I spoke with a representative named ******************** has been unresponsive and has been SO unhelpful. The practices of Groupon are so fraudulent. I accidentally bought a service that I returned, only to be told that I would only be able to get Groupon bucks for. I was fine with that, but after I purchased a beauty service, the business I went to did not accept the Groupon for the service I requested, which was fine. I requested for a return on the Groupon after I got this service, but Groupon never refunded my Groupon bucks. Instead, they stated my voucher expired and scammed me out of my money. I am requesting for someone to speak with me professionally regarding this matter but it seems that they like to avoid their customers instead. This is a terrible and fraudulent business tactic and I hope no one has to go through this.

      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM GROUPON.I brought 4 Scenic Tickets for a Train, 45 days back and since then I have been trying to cancel those where there is NO PLACE for Returns. There is no response on chat, and one response is that I need to talk to the client/(scenic train guy) which I did but redirected back to this place.I bought the coupons in August but could not use on certain dates because of unavailability and cannot use them and they expire in September. I have been trying since one month now desperately but there is no customer service number.

      Fraudulent. After years, they update their fine print to say orders can not be canceled after 3 days. Well after two months of purchasing a Groupon, I contacted the vendor for an appointment and was told the vendor would not take my appointment because I was in their system. After a class action lawsuit, Groupon STILL has not fixed the cracks in their system! Terrible, terrible client retention practices.

      I am really upset with Groupon. I feel as though their customers experience doesnt matter, and that they hide behind a policy to steal peoples money and claim they cant make exceptions when unexpected things happen that are out of the customers control. I brought an experience through Groupon and booked the day to do it. I was informed by the company that spots fill fast and that I will lose the day if I didnt book soon. The day before I my experience happened they told me that they were going to take me and my friend out because they didnt have enough people to go for the event. I planned the whole weekend for my birthday and was spending a lot of money to just this one thing. They said there was nothing they could do. I couldnt book for another day do to work and not having time or days, and I now live in ********* and I have already spent so much money to go out there the weekend I planned to go. I wrote Groupon and they refuse to provide me a refund even though the company ************ refuse to take me out the day I booked for. Groupon is saying that they have a policy to get a refund you have to request it in three days. The things is the company never told me the day they booked that they didnt have enough people; and I booked a week in advance because they told me that spots fill up fast, and Ill lose out on the day if I wait. When I booked they didnt inform me of the lack of people and allowed me to miss out of being able to get my refund. I paid for a service I wasnt able to get and Groupon is not willing to assist in rectifying the issue. I would love to report them for fraud because at this point thats what I feel happened.

      Their customer service is terrible i made a purchase two nights ago their system went down and it failed after they took my funds from my account the price went up on the purchase yesterday and today the supervisor took all day yesterday to get back to me she was supposed to honor the price and never replied back when i sent my card info over im just getting a response and hour ago and now she telling me she cant honor the price because the price went up and she just stop replying now im stuck and its my daughter birthday weekend and they were looking forward to having fun this weekend

      I purchased tickets for paint nite for a birthday weekend for my boyfriend in which paint nite cancelled the day before the event because we were the only ones that bought tickets. I reached out to paint nite after research to see if I could use them in my home town. Paint nite does not have any events in my city so i asked for a refund from paint nite. Because i purchased the event through groupon paint **** replied saying that I have to request the refund from groupon. I immediately sent am email through the app. it has taken them days to reply to me in instances and now are telling me that they can not refund me my money because it is outside of the time frame they allow :( I have been patient and maybe if they allow calls to customer service things can occur quicker in helping people. I just want my money back

      I bought a voucher for a bowling alley costing me $160.00 to use the same day. Unknowingly entered the wrong email address, .coN instead of .coM. When the voucher didn't show up in my .com email account figured it never went through. So, I bought a second time thinking if both charges came through, I could just dispute with my credit card company. Got the email address correct the second time and used the second voucher. When both charges hit my credit card I disputed the charge. Groupon sent 8 pages of evidence forwarded by credit card company of how I made both charges, but entered the incorrect email address. Then contacted Groupon customer service, who said I was past the 3 day refund period, but that they would credit my account for a future purchase. I accepted this as fair and closed the dispute with the credit card company. After waiting several days the credit from Groupon never showed up. When I contacted them several more times was told that per their policy they can only credit the .coN account and not my correct email address. They even know it is not a valid email account and will never be redeemed.
