      **************** is lacking. There is none. I purchased an item for kiddo's birthday and kept checking status for shipping. Status never got past processing after 10 business days. Trying to get a hold of a customer service is impossible. They either route you to the vendor via email, respond via email, or have a wall of you shall not pass robo chat.Turns out, groupon canceled my purchase with out notice and left me waiting in the wind until I started blowing up customer support for my order status. When I finally got a response ( there is no person to talk to in real time), they said they canceled my order due to a pricing order and would refund me in **** business days. No work around, no I am sorry. Only response was we reserve the right to change prices as we see fit.I finally got my refund, and it is not complete, the amount purchased is not the amount refunded and I am still fighting to get through for a response to customer support. Not sure what happened to this company, but they are circling the rim of the toilet bowl for sure.

      BEWARE! Groupon does NOT do refunds, even if you can't use the deal. I've had 2 Groupon deals that I could not schedule. Numerous calls to both businesses, one actually closed and the other one did not answer for months. Groupon refuses to refund my money, over $200. They have no phone customer service, it is all over email. I've been trying to get my money or at least a credit for months. Messages with multiple representatives and no resolution. I will NEVER use this c*** service again.

      Fraudulent company. Groupon customer service is terrible and does not help at all. I bought cleaning services from a scamming contractor, and after a long and useless discussion with the customer support I was forced to send a refund request to my credit card company.

      I used Groupon in the past with no problems- I just found out that Groupon deactivated my account without any warning and I had over $60 in Groupon Bucks that I am now unable to use! I also had $12 spent on a gift card that I now am unable to access. I would like a refund and my money back!

      Purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment, the merchant has not shown up or rescheduled 7 times. Cancelled 1st to give kid a ride, 2nd for potential rain, 3rd time because prior cust asked to do another, 4th flat tire, 5th stating he was in ******* and wouldn't have time once he got back. 6th time didn't show up and didn't respond till 2 days later, asked to reschedule 6 days later. 7th time no show, when I texted he asked to reschedule 2 days later because he forgot to mark me down. I again had already taken time to prepare the vehicle and area for our scheduled appointment and didn't want to wait any longer since not showing up for 7 appointments has delayed my plans significantly so I did it myself instead.I went to let Groupon know about the situation and the only option I saw was the "contact support page" which only allows 150 character description of the problem which did not allow thorough enough description causing more delay in this lengthy refund process. Then Groupon says that I have to get the merchant to email me stating that he approves the refund so I can screenshot it, to then email it over to Groupon, after completing that and sending them exactly what they asked for and fighting through all that hassle I'm now only being offered Groupon credit bucks. The previous emails with Groupon were about a REFUND, not credit bucks, they were never mentioned by Groupon in any of the prior communications throughout this complicated and time wasting request process. All previous communications were about a REFUND, not credit bucks, they DO NOT meet the "definition" of refund, now being told that I'm only getting Groupon credit bucks is unacceptable.After numerous attempts to get an actual refund as discussed previously Groupon now says -Unfortunately, in this circumstance, I'm unable to issue a refund to your original form of payment. For situations like this, we can only offer a refund to Groupon Bucks. These Bucks can be easily applied at checkout.

      Groupon is selling many vouchers from crooked merchants. A lot of hidden fees are not disclosed on the vouchers. The crooked merchant tried to charge me $25 extra not listed on the voucher. Groupon refused to refund my money. Groupon is a bad company. Do not buy from Groupon. Very bad and lousy customer service.

      I still have not received my refund of $40.00 yet. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I feel like Groupon stole my money and is now not responding. I purchased a Groupon for Bala Health and it wasnt what I expected. They were rude, and tried to sell me on $10,000 procedure. I cancelled right there in front of the girl was the manager. I also never received any service so I dont understand why my refund has not be issued back yet. I need my Money now

      I use to love groupon but now it appears most of items are actually not groupon deals. Able to buy items at the same price or less on the actual sellers website. Their customer service is non existant. When I had an issue had several responses from customer service all different replies. No standard practice, looks like they make it up as they go along. Then nothing happens anyway. Done with Groupon.
