      Bought tickets for a water park(on 8/30) which said valid any day and never said read fine print. Went to use them for 9/2 which is also the expiration date and was told in fine print cannot be used 9/2-9/4. The park was also close this whole week so Saturday was the soonest I could have gone! Credit card couldnt help me and you cannot reach anyone but via live chat at Groupon and was told nothing they can do.

      Never buy concert tickets I bought tickets the concert was canceled last min and rescheduled well guess what we live out of town. I requested a refund or even a credit. They refused even though the fine print states if rescheduled you can get refund I will never use them again!!!!

      Bought tickets to an event and the event was cancelled and not rescheduled. Groupon would not credit my original form of payment and would only offer Groupon Bucks. They do not follow their own policy which clearly states a full refund will be issued if there is a cancelation. Think twice before buying from them. Their customer service is awful.

      They sell you bogus memberships to major Warehouse stores. *********** BJ's, ****** etc. Then when you try to activate it. They don't work.You can't talk to a live person at Groupon They make you email them and then they say no agents are available and then they respond at 3 or 4am when they know you are asleep and when you try to respond . No one answers. Big rip off. Stay away from this company

      I was charged twice for a Groupon and only received one. I filed a complaint with my Bank ***, the originally gave me my $****** back and then took it back to to the fact that Groupon said I used it. After several emails back-and-forth to Groupon and sending all my back up, they sent me a message this morning saying I was correct. I only received one the other one was sent to somebody with a familiar name my name is ************************* and I live in **** *******. They emailed me the first group on right away. The second one went to a *************************** in ************. I purchased this Groupon on 6/12/23 to be used on 6/13/23 with my daughter and grandkids. My daughter did purchased her own Groupon. Because I never received the second one after getting all the paperwork that my bank received, they can clearly see it says the second one was sent to *************************** in ************ and it apologize I called my bank and they told me their hands are tied they cant get involved because now theres a third person involved. I am a little upset with my bank because I feel they dont believe what Im saying I have done so much work for this ****** and can tell you I have about 40 hours invested with so many emails I was so happy to get the email this morning saying I did not use it at which time my bank said their hands are tied they cant do anything, theres no numbers to get a hold of Groupon. You can only email them which I havent got the answers. I want right now nobody will help me. I am not only upset with my bank but with Groupon this has been since June 12 I would love to file a complaint against both my bank and Groupon.

      Groupon has turned into a big business that no longer cares about their customers!!! Add onto it, the horrible post-sale customer service where all I heard was that the sale is final and sorry for the inconvenience.I bought a voucher for a Spartan Race, which had a title of "Valid for Any Race in 2023" and I can not use it for our team. In the fine print at the very, very, very bottom of the page, it says it is only good for the "Open" start times. So, not for a "Any" race, as the title states and mentioned nowhere in the highlights below it. Shady sales tactics! I rarely use Groupon because of reasons like this one, I should have stuck to not using them for this purchase!

      While the deals are generally worthwhile, dealing with Groupon itself is a nightmare. **************** is severely lacking in timely responding and it does not accommodate customers with disabilities, there is no option for phone service as I repeatedly asked as typing long emails is quite difficult and dictation doesnt often work. I believe this violates the ADA ****

      Poor customer service. My voucher did not work and they are making me jump through hoops just to get a refund. I was even able to get a better discount without them. You can not speak to customer devise and they just keep typing the same thing over and over again on live chat. Very frustrating

      I spent almost $600 on Groupons and out of 4 that needed reservations, 3 of them didnt work. Two of them the business had closed and another hung up on me when I mentioned Groupon and didnt answer when I called back. Im really afraid that my vacation next week is ruined because almost all our activities are booked through Groupon. They have turned my once-in-a-lifetime vacation into a nightmare! And they keep responding to my emails with the same emails back every time. Total run-around trying to get money refunded for activities they sold me that no longer existed.

      Groupon is a scam.. merchandise doesnt want to accept my voucher and Groupon dont care. Doesnt want to give you your money back or credit. Please do not buy anything from them.. bad customer service only want your money..
