      Do Not purchase any tickets from Groupon or (they use)Vivid Seats! they will take your money and not produce Tickets to *************** game until after Game time. And I lost $149.00 they will not return! Ps My son in ********* ?? bought me 2 more Seats so I could go, because I told him I was still waiting for my email with my groupon/ vivid seats... 20 hours later!!! And afraid I'd been scammed.

      I requested a refund for a groupon that was accidentally purchased twice. The fine print states it can be refundable if requested with in 24hrs.I requested my groupon to be cancel and get a refund with in 1 hr after I purchase the groupon. The groupon representatives keep stating they are unable to do a refund. I have send them a screenshot of the fine print that states refunds are available if requested within 24hr of purchase. Groupon doesn't want to refund me.

      Just like ********** below, they refused to give me a refund for a service I could not use because I found out I was allergic to the products used. It ended up expiring. The customer service wasnt helpful. I chatted with a two representatives who basically kept repeating the same thing- if its expired its nonrefundable- which makes me wonder where all the money for expired services go. It must be illegal for a company to pocket someones money because they failed to use a service. I also wrote 3 emails and no response. I have been using Groupon for close to 10 years and I believe this marks the end of my relationship with them.

      This company will not refund money to customers. Even if the vendor they're selling for fails to fulfill the Groupon. Further, they only respond via email using canned responses. Groupon at its core is nothing more than a company of con artists. Save your money for a company that actually believes in and practices customer service!!!!!!!!!

      Sols me a Groupon for a product that doesnt exist on the given website. Ive been emailing back-and-forth with them for almost 2 weeks, and they wont refund my money. The last email, was actually signed with the name for @surrender.

      They sold me a water park entrance that is not available in my available groupons when I tried to contact them as I was at the water park already there was no phone number, the chat was not working only email was available. I had to buy the entrances at full price. I received an email this morning denying the refund while the Groupon is still not in my available groupons! I started a chat today and despite me providing them with screenshots showing its not there they simply said their policy is no refunds for this type of service. I am out ***** plus I paid 150 at regular price admission! I will not be using them again.

      They have changed allot. I had a a Groupon expire. I got busy and forgot about it. So I tried to extend it. I couldn't . Then did a chat and they said nothing could be done. No credit or trade in which is awful. I could use it at the business but have to pay the difference. The whole purpose is to get an item or service at a discount. Reps left me on hold with no response. Just horrible. Just want people to be aware of how much their I guess policies have changed.

      Terrible costumer service!!! I needed a refund from a purchase because the company I bought the service from was simply not picking up the call so I could make the appointment. I sent groupon many proofs that I tried to call the company several times and they replied saying they cannot issue a refund because the company is allegedly open. (????) so basically its my problem and I can go f*** myself.

      I bought a Groupon for an event after I entered all my info. website froze up, no confirmation, no confirmation on email, thought no item purchased so I left the site went back on and purchased again within 4 minutes. They charged me for the first one and the second one. I emailed the customer service with the issue and their response was a form email. Unfortunately all sales are final. Not even a sorry, No exceptions even when it's their FAULT! Beware do not challenge this site it will steal your money. Then hold you hostage for payment. **************** is ALL robotic there are no real people making any decisions.Poor website, Poor shopping options and purchasing design, Poor visuals, Poor purchase options, Poor terms of use (hidden, obscure, fine print perplexed), Poor customer service, No guarantees and no help.
