      Went on vacation to discover our hotel we were charged for through Groupon was not reserved for us. We had to cut our vacation short snd spend our vacation time trying to find a hotel last minute. We are not pleased with company not giving the service they state thst they will. We were charged for a service we did not receive. We would not recommend using this company

      I was recently a victim of a ****** scam trend. Scammers were able to purchase a ****** membership with my Groupon account. I have been trying tirelessly to resolve this matter with Groupon. I submitted a request to have my money refunded as it was a fraudulent purchase. Groupon emailed me and requested that I email them sensitive personal identifying information including my credit card information. I was uncomfortable providing this information electronically to an unknown person. I requested a phone number to call and or someone to call me and the response I received was:"In an effort to protect the health and safety of our employees and staff, Groupon offices have been temporarily closed...we're unable to provide phone service"It's concerning that there is not ONE person to speak to. I closed my account with them. ********************** has been compromised. Make sure you remove all your payment information from your account and leave them.

      I had 3 purchases, which has issues.I tried to contact cutomer service, but was unable to contact live agent.They were only reply email with unsatisfactory answer, as if virtual agent was giving answer.They cheated me.

      They charged me an automatic payment that I never authorized! This is a scam, I dont even know Why they are charging this for. Now I cant even find a customer service num, and the payment when through PayPal and is not even accepting my chargeback. This is crazy!

      Sold a voucher. *************** refunded order but Groupon won't. Takes days to return a simple email and won't credit account. Tried to work with them for over ten days. Finally reported then to credit card company and got my money back. Worthless company.

      Deserves zero stars ooks seriously some of their stuffZero stars ****** seriously some of their stuff may work when trying to redeem but most wont and then most recent issue with them is false advertising and an unwillingness of them to make it right us insanity they are literally robbing people left and right with a restaurant.com deal and not fixing any of it just stay away from them they are disgusting have zero customer service help thats actually helpful and no number to call thats your first red flag Look at this fraudulent c*** and when asking them to fix it this was the response I received four days later!! See pictures please Also they went back into my account and charged me for another of the same thing the next day without my approval and they refuse to freaking fix that too!!! Save time and money and sanity and dont ever use the crooked site groupon again!!Date of experience: August 10, 2023

      I purchased a Groupon which I cannot use because of the expiration date and they refuse to give me a refund. They also gaslit me into believing they "have done all they can do" when they did nothing at all. I did not even receive Groupon Bucks. They stopped responding to my emails and complaints. I purchased a lot of Groupons over the years and did not realize they did business like this. A company cannot take a customer's money and not give them a refund if they are not satisfied or if it is something they cannot use.

      Buyer Beware. I bought a discounted oil change through Groupon. Imagine my surprise when I did not receive the deal I paid for and instead paid twice for a single service. My take away was that the businesses that Groupnn has a relationship with, often do not know how or the terms of the deals that are sold. This results in a useless service with Groupon taking your money and their customers not receiving the service they paid for. Buyer Beware. ********************** with Groupon.

      If I could give it zero stars, I would! I didn't receive a confirmation email or my purchased items, and my **** was charged. When I inquired, they could not find my order ( I may have checked out as a guest). They asked for all the details I had, which I did (including a pic of my **** statement). I have dealt with at least five different agents, all asking for the same information, yet none have found my order. My last reply to them was that they should refund my money, and then figure it out on their own time. I have been back and forth with them for at least a month, maybe 2. The most recent email I received (from a different agent again), informed me that the they aren't able to see past emails, and could I please send them the transaction ID and Confirmatin number. I don't have that because I didn't get a confirmation email. They have me running in circles, sending them info that I have already sent multiple times. I have decided to call **** to have them fight for me. They have taken enough of my time! I can not recommend Groupon at this time, and I will never shop there again!
