      I just purchased a Groupon concert tickets for $100 per ticket. Come to find out these tickets are available for $50 directly on the venues website. I feel like this was a scam.

      I would give them a zero if I could. Groupon changes their expiration dates. Bought a Groupon with a January 2023 expiration date. Try to use the Groupon in on December 11, 2022. It now says it has an expiration date of November 1, 2022. I have an email from November 13, 2022 that states the January 2023 expiration date and that I had 64 days to use my Groupon. Now the refuse to fix the issue. Groupon is not trustworthy. Apparently, the give you one expiration date to give you the impression you have plenty of time to use it, then change it to a date in the past without giving any forwarning. I contacted them several times. They refuse to fix the issue or give me my money back.

      I purchased two groupons for massages. I had an appt. for the first one and the massage person did not show up and did not let me know she was not showing up. Very irresponsible!I called and set up an appt. for the second coupon which she confirmed. I showed up and she said I did not have an appt. I have contacted Groupon at least 10 times and told them of this situation. I think I am being answered by a machine because I get stupid responses. I have provided all the details - Groupon numbers, dates of purchase, merchant name, etc. - and Groupon has still not refunded my money. I am due an apology or some accommodation as well. I would warn everyone to stay away from this merchant as well - ****************************, in West Hills, **. And Groupon should be ashamed to have this merchant and to be so irresposible.

      I have ask several time to be unsubscribed from this companies advertising with NO results. I spoke with customer service who assured me that I would be removed from their list. I still continue to receive emails from Groupon several times a day. I'm very unhappy with their advertising practices.

      URGENT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THRU GROUPON:::: They are committing FRAUD!!!!I Have been a customer of ********************** for over 5 years. They stole from me and still owe me for $193 of Groupon Bucks! I recently placed an order thru Groupon, then without explanation, they cancelled my order and closed my account. It is impossible to get a customer support person to assist me with my issue, and I am still awaiting for the resolution of my case to re-enable my account or give me credit for my $193.

      Have been a customer for many years. I still had many *********************** with the money paid with that was still available to be used. They close my account and erased all of my information with no notice. I have tried to contact customer service and support many many times to no avail. I believe they owe me money and I hope that no one else falls for this company anymore.

      URGENT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THRU GROUPON:::: They are committing FRAUD!!!!I Have been a customer of ********************** for almost 15 years!!! They stole from me and still owe me for $143 of Groupon Bucks!I recently placed an order thru Groupon...Without explanation, they cancelled my order and closed my account. Over the last almost 3 weeks I have been trying to find out what happened and how to fix. After multiple emails from Groupon of the "support team" asking for the same information from me, they decided to just close my account. Never again - They need to be held accountable!

      I purchased a Groupon for ***** club. No where on info does it say new members only until AFTER you purchase it. Then there is new info that says not for renewals.

      I purchased a groupon a few weeks ago. I entered a coupon code that Groupon was promoting on their site. It took the coupon percentage off at purchase. When I hit submit it said I was charged the full price. Three of my kids had the same experience. When you call customer service they tell you they can't add a promo code after a purchase. After arguing with them over phone, email and chat with no help, I had to dispute it with my credit card. Today I purchased another Groupon with a coupon code with the same results. It's just very unethical. I had screen shots showing the total amount they were going to charge. I find it hard to believe they can tell you the total charge and then change it after purchase.

      I will never do business with Groupon again! Bought a coupon and they charged me twice! Then, after many emails, it says in my account that they refunded my coupon without my permission, but the funds are still not back into my checking account yet, and this has been since 4 days ago!
