      I purchased a Groupon for Proflowers on 3/2 for a 3/6 delivery. The flowers never arrived. I gave the company an additional day to correct it. They did not. After getting a refund for the cash portion from Proflowers, I then requested a refund on 3/11, 2 business days, from Groupon.Over 9 emails were sent to Groupons customer service, I provided the full email chain with Proflowers and was told I could not be refunded the Groupon. They stated it was not their policy, in which I sent a screenshot highlighting where it stated I could be refunded. Multiple emails back and forth stating I missed the window because I purchased it on 3/2, even though my delivery date was the 6th. Ive resent email after email only to be directed to their online chat which never connected and told only that they cannot refund it with no further explanation even after Ive sent documentation and copies of their own policies. Terrible experience with Groupon and Proflowers. My mother never received her birthday flowers.

      Groupon is allowing scrupulous companies / scammers sell on Groupon. You pay Groupon to get the service and then the service company tells you it's going to be a lot extra like hundreds of dollars more than what you paid Groupon. Groupon has no real way of resolving anything. Try to chat and cannot get a live person. When you mention what business you're having issues with it gives you a choice of what the issue is and dealing with a scammer merchant with a lowball price and wanting my money back is not an option. No way to talk to a live person you are stuck with the Groupon and either have to use it or waste it or you can gift it to someone but who wants to give one of their friends or family a Groupon from a scammer merchant. Just so irritated and frustrated will never buy from Groupon again

      After purchasingMicrosoft Office 365 Pro Plus | Lifetime Account | 100GB Storage on up to 5 Devices, ********************** did NOT honor the purchase at all. They gave me a RUN AROUND. There was zero assistance to speak with, no one would assist me in redeeming this purchase and then they simply "give me Grouon bucks" right before the purchase expired. Nerdused is who they try to refer you to as a consumer with questions, however, ******** informed me they "no longer" are associated with Groupon. This company has become a scam that is impossible to reach.

      Purchased a software license. After purchase, it would not let me login to Groupon with my ***** account to receive the license. Keep getting the same error: We couldn't log you in because you did not grant the necessary permissions. No customer service contact and they basically stole my money.

      Groupon is a company with a well known presence that I have been a customer to for a decade. However it saddens me to know that they don't stand by their own policy. In which is if the promotional voucher expires you can always redeem the voucher for the amount paid for it. That means if you paid $20 for a $50 voucher you can redeem the voucher for $20 with the merchant and pay the difference for the service. After speaking with three merchants that I have expired vouchers for I was told that they do not accept Groupon expired vouchers because Groupon doesn't pay them for it. This is an under cover scam because Groupon keeps the money if you don't redeem the voucher with the merchant. The merchant has no way of knowing you purchased a voucher until you schedule a service and redeem it with them. Groupon also will give you a hard time when you try to argue why the merchant refused. So much for customer satisfaction!!!!

      Groupon is the worse. DO NOT get anything from them. Purchased a voucher for a dinner cruise. It's my God son 21st birthday. Went to the merchants website and of course it didn't work. Said voucher was either invalid or expired. Have been going back & forth w/ Groupon, they even gave me another code & that one didn't work. Told them I want a ************* tried to say I was pass my redeem date. I been dealing w this for goin on 2 weeks. Now they say sorry we can't fix but want to gve me some Groupon credit. I asked for the number to corporate they come back saying sorry but can inly do the credit. Why would I want to get anything else from them. Now I *** to deal directly w the merchant, & w losing my money from Groupon I'm going to spend almost $200...... Will never use Groupon again.... They need to be shut down, or hve a way you can speak w a live person....

      Just be clear Groupon gets 0/5 stars, it force me to click at least one. I recently purchased a few things and services from Groupon. However I noticed weird charges from them that didnt add up to my order total. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service to have them send me a receipt because I never received a receipt after placing my order. And apparently there is no receipts for the orders when I checked my Groupon account to look at the purchases. It only shows what I purchased and just gives the order number and tracking information. Its been a long time since I used them and never had this much problems in the past with getting a receipt. When customer service finally emailed me back they sent me a typed email receipt!! Something my 10 year could have done. I had to explain that I wanted a real receipt/invoice with the break down of original prices, showing the discounted prices and tax. They literally just sent me a type receipt with the names of 5 out of 6 items I purchased and the prices before taxes. Emailed them back and now Im getting the run around about the receipt. Luckily I used a credit card so Ill have to just dispute the charges through my bank. The fact that they have no way of contacting them besides email is a red flag for scamming. I will no longer be using Groupon. Stay away from Groupon youre better off looking elsewhere or paying full price.

      I just tried to post this but it wouldn't work. This company will go bankrupt because they are shysters! They take your money they side with the merchant even though the merchant lies. And then they try and give you Groupon books that you can't use for anything useful. I wish I would by anything from Groupon or tell anybody about this company!

      I hate Groupon I will be taking them to court my daughter is special needs and got sick and couldnt make our reservation and I reached out to them several times to get reasonable accommodation and they are avoiding me I told them its not my fault that my daughter is special needs and got sick I have no control over that , I asked to go to the great wolf lodge on a different day still no response at this point I just want my money back I would give them no stars

      Groupon claimed to have issued me a refund for a hotel that does not have a pool. The refund never arrived and I lost my reservation at the hotel. They are scammers! Stay away!!
