      Groupon is very deceptive in their advertising and purchasing! I bought some Groupon Vouchers which I wound up not redeeming, because the company that I bought the voucher for, wanted to store my **** card information, plus only would redeem one voucher. I bought 3. Then, Groupon would not give me my money back, because it was past the return date by 1 day, even thougth it was Groupon's fault. They only would give me Groupon Bucks Credit. I do NOT Want a credit with groupon bucks!Horrible company to deal with! Do not purchase anything from them!

      Groupon should be shut down. I bought a Groupon more than once that was fraudulent. They advertise Restaraunts that do not honor the agreement and in some cases the establishment is permanently closed. Most recently I bought one for a restaurant and they told me they dont accept Groupon vouchers. Groupon gave me a Groupon credit but I want my money back and there is no way to talk to a live person to solve this. People need to know Groupon is a horrible business and they scam people out of money.

      If I could leave no stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change near my work. The Groupon was by appointment only and I thought it would be easy to make an appointment during my break. Well, the company conveniently never had any appointments on the dates/times that I was available. Because I was in need of this service, I told the merchant to cancel the Groupon so that I could go somewhere else. The merchant, was unable to do so and directed to me to Groupon customer service. Well, that also sucked because you can't call anyone or even have the option for a live chat. After much research, I was able to find an email for customer service online. I sent them my request for a refund along with texts correspondence with the merchant. They responded saying that since the request was 3 days after the purchase they could not refund the Groupon or issue a credit. How was I to know within 3 days that they would be unable to service me? They did not even issue a credit toward another purchase So basically these SCAMMERS just keep your money!!

      On Sunday 1-5-2025 I went on line to book 2trips to ********. I mess up and booked 2 trips to ******** on different days. So I figured I'd call Monday and tell them I messed up. But there is no customer service to call. So they took my money and told me " to bad". What a rip off, I never took the trip. They said they'd give me Groupon bucks, Well they lied they never did. I done alot of deals thru Groupon but never had to deal with ***************** All I can say is ********************** needs better help. Everyone I deal with was from ***** thanks

      THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES IN THE **. THEY JUST SCAM PEOPLE NOW OUT OF MONEY AND NEVER INTEND ON DELIVERING SERVICES OR GOODS. I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT AND THE CEO FALLS OFF A CLIFF.

      SCAM!!!! I had to cancel a booking due to an illness, had doctors notes, lab test results. The resort was willing to work with me because they did not want my family coming with sickness. Groupon refused to reschedule the dates for me. They took my money and did not care at all. Beware !!!!!!!

      I purchased a laser hair removal service through Groupon for $350 on 12/1 and was immediately charged but never received my Groupon. It was never emailed to me nor does it show within my account. I attempted to get in contact with customer service which is non existent, and had to send an email which was never responded to. I disputed the charge with my bank but Groupon claims that I was sent the voucher so my bank reversed the claim and allowed Groupon to charge me $350 for a service I never received. I have been fighting this since 12/1 and have yet to get an answer from Groupon and essentially got $350 stolen from me. 0/5

      Scammers!! They told me my passes were expired after 3 months although they said they didnt expire for 365 days at purchase. They do not have a customer service line to get help so you have to work through ***** different chats which all say the same thing.

      I place the order on the 21st and they said my order was delivered on the 25th. I never received the order that I placed. I have been reaching out to Groupon ever since they said the order was delivered on the 25th, today is the 28th and I still haven't heard anything from customer service or a email. It is very hard to contact Groupon the number Rose to another number that is not affiliated with Groupon.

      Please do not buy anything from this company! They are scammers and though I did not realize it ahead of time and there wasn't anyone to tell me otherwise, there are similar reviews and while I do realize that they are not BBB Accredited (something that is also a very negative attribute for any startup), I hope that eventually, their LLC will be removed and they will no longer be able to run in any way at all.
