I am writing to formally file a complaint against Ticketfulfillment Services LP regarding an issue with two concert tickets I purchased from them on March 23, 2025 Despite my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response. On march 23rd i purchased 2 tickets to see *** ********** at the state theater in **************, for $240/per ticket I paid $644.70 for these tickets via PayPal.However, the tickets were never delivered. I was told the tickets would not be delivered until right before the concert and I do not trust this. I have heard bad reviews I was under the understanding I was purchasing the tickets through the local website which was using Ticketmaster. Advertising was deceptive, price was much more than i and unexpected fees. I have attempted to resolve this issue by texting and calling the company on march 26, 2025 but I have either been ignored, given misleading information, or refused a refund. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I am now left without the tickets I paid for or a resolution.I am requesting that ticket fulfillment services LP provide a full refund, for this matter. I believe their business practices are unfair and misleading, and I am seeking the BBBs assistance in holding them accountable. Please let me know if any additional information is needed. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.Sincerely,***** ********* ************Business Response

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS"), we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customers concerns. It should be noted that Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") is an independent ticket marketplace specializing in leveraging the latest technology and security to deliver the best tickets at low prices. We are not associated with any venue, box office, or primary supplier. Prices may be above or below face value.
Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, *** **********, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, ****************************************************************** ("TFS") is a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office. After our customer selected the ********************** listing they desire, they were directed to the checkout page where this information is further reiterated on the right hand side of the page. "Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value." Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. Our customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of our customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $644.70 USD was displayed in bold text. This information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment information. Below this order summary, our customers are presented with the message stating, By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. I understand that I will be charged $644.70 USD to my selected method of payment. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Our customer then proceeded to select Place Order; at which time their order was complete and submitted to the seller for confirmation.
Our buyers guarantee ensures ticket delivery prior to the selected event. This guarantee is outlined within our terms of use, which every customer must agree to prior to placing their order. Additionally, an estimated delivery date is provided as a part of the order summary sent to the email address on file once an order is placed. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") has no affiliation. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. In accordance with our Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their *********************** in time for their event, as we work in close collaboration with ticket resellers for your order. We guarantee that you are backed by a 100% Buyer Guarantee, which gives you full peace of mind that your authentic tickets will arrive in time for your event. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

3/17/25 I searched for ************************** and instead of being directed to the ************* a web site came up offering tickets. That website was Ticket Fulfillment Services, LP. When I realized that the prices were more than doubled and fees were more than 1/2 the price of the published ticket price from Odeum, it was too late. I immediately contacted the *** and they stated that they could not refund. There are tickets available for the price available on the Odeum website, I thought that was where I was. I have been charged $527. for a $240 purchase. There are many postings about the *** being a scam. I have contacted ******* for a refund but the ******* community says that they have not issued refunds for this. Is there a class action suit pending?Business Response

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address the customers concerns. ****************************************************************** ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. *** is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information. ?
The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of the website homepage clearly states, [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, the top of all event pages on the marketplace clearly notify customers, We are a leading ********************** resale marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below face value. We are not owned by or affiliated with any venue, box office, team or performer."
On 3/17/25 the customer selected a ********************** listing for Home for the Holidays which was listed at $98.000 per ticket. During the checkout process a detailed order summary is displayed on screen and informs the customer of their event details, price per ticket, and applicable fees. This information was fully disclosed after the customer entered their email address and selected a ticket delivery method, but before they were asked to enter any payment information. At the bottom of this page and above the "Place Order" button it was stated, "By clicking, Place Order, you agree to the Terms of Use including refund terms and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace and that your credit card will be charged $527.35, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final." Finally the customer clicked the "Place Order" button to complete their purchase.
It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage the customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

On 9/23/2024, I wanted to purchase concert tickets and typed in Ticketmaster in the ****** search bar. Unbeknownst to me, I was redirected to the website *********************************. Still believing that I was on the Ticketmaster site, I purchased some concert tickets (that were actually sold through *********************************). The individual ticket price was $391.00 and I purchased 4 tickets. This would equal $1564. However, after I submitted payment, the Order Summary email showed a total of $2083.70. I was shocked that the total was that much and when I checked the order through the website, I saw there were $512 service charge added to my order, which was not disclosed prior to payment. (There was also a $7.50 electronic transfer fee that is fine). After I discovered that I had not bought tickets through Ticketmaster, but through *********************************, I did some research and found a lot of negative reviews that indicated that this same thing had happened to other people. This seems to be a disreputable company that is adding extra charges without full disclosure. I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel this order or get the tickets transferred to me so I can resell them. In order to resolve this situation, we would prefer to have the tickets cancelled and be refunded the $2083.70. If not, we are asking to have the $512 service charge that was not disclosed be refunded. I am attaching to images - the first is the order summary showing the total charges and the second is the detailed charges showing the added service charge of $512.00Business Response

At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, the customer completed a multi-step user driven checkout process. After selecting the ticket listing they preferred, they were presented with the delivery method as well as the expected delivery date, and were then directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $2,083.70 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]" In order to complete the purchase the customer needed to click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $2,083.70. which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." At which time the customer proceeded to complete their purchase.
Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither *** nor the marketplace are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own or generate tickets. Since customers are purchasing *********************** owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. It should also be noted that in addition to this claim the customer has opened a dispute with their financial institution regarding their order. This was addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in favor of the merchant, as decided by the financial institution. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute or its outcome, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address the customer's concerns and clarify the marketplace policies. Since customers are purchasing *********************** owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. In this case that means the customer's order does not qualify for a refund and the order will continue to adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry. We assert that all order details and relevant terms were sufficiently displayed and agreed to when the customer placed their order and as such we consider this matter closed.

We have the ticketmaster app on our phone and often times our children play games on them. Somehow our 6 year old nephew, through the ticketmaster app purchased tickets to a concert in the state of ************** (we live 600 miles away). We immediately contacted them however we were advised to contact ticketsonsale as the specific tickets were purchased through a third party (ticketsonsale). We then contacted them who advised us there was nothing they could due regardless if it was an unauthorized purchase. Their reasoning was because they disclose this policy on purchase. Given the child is unable to read and had no idea what they were doing, they didnt really care about the no refunds policy. We are out now nearly $700 and dealing with a less than helpful and understanding third party business.Business Response

I received a charge on my bank account from this site. I never purchased anything on here. As soon as I found the charge, I called them immediately to have this charge canceled. I realized my debit card was missing that morning. I did freeze my debit card after seeing this charge. I was told by ticketsonsale that they would not cancel this purchase as they did not see any unauthorized charges. I don't want whatever this person bought. I notified them right away, but they would not cancel the charge. I called my bank and they issued me a new debit card, but I have to wait for this charge to clear on my account before I can dispute the charge, and I'm worried I won't be refunded this amount.Business Response

I was attempting to purchase tickets for an event from the venue. Evidently, the site ****************************** was the one I clicked on and it was not directly from the venue. The top of every event and ticket listing page states "We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." On 3/4/2025 when the customer placed their order for Lets Sing ****** - A Live Band Experience they were presented with the terms of sale for the marketplace through which they were purchasing.
This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $393.81 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. [...]" In order to complete the purchase the customer needed to click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $393.81 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." At which time the customer proceeded to complete their purchase.
It should also be noted that the marketplace and purchase process are completely user driven. We maintain that all order details and relevant terms were disclosed and agreed to prior to the customer placing their order and as it stands we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to customer service so that they may be addressed.

I purchased a set of tickets listed at 60$ for a qty of 2 tickets from a website TicketsOnSale This website mimicked their website to appear that they were Ticketmaster. Once the order was placed I received an email from this random website with a confirmation. My bank was then charged ****** and that was not at all what was listed for my tickets. The company is absolutely zero help and refuses to refund my money or cancel my order. There are also many other people with these same type of issues. An entire ******** group about how this company is scamming people. They need to be shut down!Business Response

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address the customers concerns. ****************************************************************** ("TFS") does not sell tickets. Rather, it processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. *** is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither *** nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.
Once the customer selected the event they were interested in, Bingo Loco, they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, We are a resale marketplace. ********************** prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office.. After customers select the ********************** listing they desire, they are directed to the checkout page. Here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket. The customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery method. After a delivery method is selected, the customer is able to see a complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per **********************, all fees, and the total price of $169.46 was displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of the page. The customer is then able to input their payment and billing information. Please note that the itemized breakdown was fully disclosed before the customer was asked to enter any payment or billing information. Above this itemized breakdown, the customers are displayed the message, Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value. Additionally, on top of the place order button it states By clicking Place Order, you agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above and understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value. All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Customers are then prompted to select the Place Order", at which time their order was processed.
Due to the nature of the business on the secondary marketplace, *** is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since the customers are purchasing *********************** owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that the policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.
Prior to receiving this claim, this matter was thoroughly discussed with the customer to address all of their concerns. At this time, the customer's order is not eligible for a refund as all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order. We do consider this matter closed.

We purchased two tickets for ****** Timberlakes concert back in February for his concert on November 23rd. We paid $166 per ticket and the price in the same section and row decreased drastically to $65.45 a ticket. Ticketmaster told us it is out of their control and up to the event organizers. I even contacted ****** Timberlakes team previously and the venue ***** Forum but no luck. We paid almost double for the same experience as others. It is a bit misleading to purchase tickets months ahead of time thinking you are getting any sort of benefit. Our total was $331.66 for two tickets when the same tickets cost others in the same row/section only paid $133.85 total for two tickets. We are requesting to receive a refund of $197.81 please. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.Business Response
