      Charged me for tickets and never delivered any. In addition to blatantly stealing my money, they also overcharged me for the tickets quite significantly. I have emailed them and they are still "promising" my tickets up until the day before the show. So, I am just supposed tot rust that they will give me the tickets I purchased the night before, no proof, nothing. They are refusing to refund me because of said "promise". This business is unethical and sleazy. Buyer beware.

      I purchased 2 tickets for a minor league game near me. After purchasing them through PayPal I never received a confirmation email. After a couple days I emailed them and was told their email was having problems and that I would need to go to the box office and have them print up the tickets. Needless to say they had no record of my purchase. I had to buy two more tickets at the game. I contacted Ticket Fulfillment to get a refund. They said they sent me an email with the tickets so no refund was given. Total scam. Stay away from these leeches.

      I thought I was buying wheelchair accessible tickets. They charged me double the price. I did NOT have wheelchair seats and cannot get a refund. I cant even get a physical copy of the tickets, so I can give them to someone who can use them.

      Ticket Fulfillment Services LP is an unscrupulous company out to trick online customers into paying more than they should for tickets. They know how to make it appear to be purchasing tickets from the place of business and understand SEO to get it to show up first. This company should not be in business. I will warn all I know about taking care to avoid ever purchasing anything from this company. Shame on them. Fool me once...I am contemplating filing legal action.

      We purchased floor seat ticked to an upcomning concert in October in ***** & dont have a link to save our tickets.

      I was ripped off so badly by this company. I purchased concert tickets on their site that indicated that only the most expensive tickets were left. Because this was a gift for my husband I paid the money. After I made the purchase I was forced to open a Ticketmaster Account in order to see the tickets. I then realized there were many many seats available for 1/4 the price I paid. The seats I bought are not very good seats. They lied about the seats that were available and I fell for their fraudulent scheme. This was a gift and now I am so embarrassed that I was taken in like this. I made many phone calls and emails to this company and Ticketmaster to resolve this issue but I could never get it resolved. They stole my money.

      I too fell for the scam. I paid over two hundred dollars and no tickets or refund. They sent me to SeatGeek and Ticket Master to "look" for my electronic tickets. It is clear they do not have them. I did file a complaint with PayPal just before typing this. I was scammed and should have done some research first.

      They don't have tickets, they use middlemen to **** down tickets and Charge 4 X the face value. Topping it off, you end up with different seat tickets than what you are offered when you click the " All Sales Final" button. I would say there ought to be a law , but it turns out there is! In several states ! I hope the law catches up with them.

      Thought I was ordering tickets through the venue. Charged me $874 for four tickets when they are only $78/seat!

      I thought I was buying tickets to ********** (************************************) and ended up "buying" two tickets with Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. Immediately after, within minutes of the transaction, I realized (once they said that they don't actually have the tickets yet) that this was not the ********** ticket place; instead, they buy tickets and later sell them to the customer. Third party ********************** sellers are common, but these people have a website that makes it look like they are selling legitimate ********** tickets. Moreover, the ********** tickets I wanted were not sold out. The legitimate lawn seats were about $35 each and yet for two tickets that they did not immediately deliver, claimed they were delivering sometime later, TIcket Fulfillment charged me over twice that amount. They would not refund my money.
