      DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam. I purchased tickets for an event a year from now, and will not receive my tickets until two days prior to the event. The site uses tricks like "You have only 10 minutes to complete order" to make the buyer unable to research the tickets or policies. The policy> tickets are non-refundable. There is also "fees" that at tacked on to the bill. I called to cancel, which is impossible. I also was assured my tickets would arrive on time (2 days before the event). This is unacceptable!

      This website is a complete scam. I was buying parking for a concert when looking online, it linked me to their website where they stated it was garage parking at the event. Once order was confirmed, parking pass they sent was from 2 miles away at a movie theater parking garage, not even close to the stadium. When I called customer service was hung up on 3 times and they stated it was my problem. When I mentioned that their add was deceptive as it showed a map and parking garage that was located at the stadium they stated they can use whatever images they want and stated that they can market it as on site parking as long as it is what they deem close by. Put a claim in with my bank which was later denied because they stated I never tried to cancel or ask for a refund all of which I did. They are a COMPLETE SCAM!!! Their website should be shut down and refunds issued I am not out almost 175$ for parking that cost 5$.

      Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Complete scam! You think you're purchasing from the venue with a generated ****** search, think you're getting a great deal. You realize later that you did not buy from the venue, you paid 2.5 x more and you don't have your tickets so you try to cancel your order. They will not give you a refund. Now that I have my tickets, I asked for a partial refund...and still they refuse. I opened a case with PayPal and hoped to at least get a partial refund. Stay far away!!!

      Third party sellers. They never sent tickets, just an email that would like directly to a web page error message. Spent hours on the phone to correct issue but they basically said it wasn't their problem. No refunds or exchanges offered. They took my money and emailed me fake web pages so there was no way I could even get the tickets.

      Called almost immediately after clicking submit and realizing I was using a third party website to purchase tickets to a local farm team baseball game, which looked fairly similar to the team's internal ticket purchasing page. The tickets on secure-tix.com were $49 each plus a $10 service charge. $295 for 5 tickets on their scam site vs.$75 if bought directly from the team's website. Called customer service number and was told that once I hit submit that there was no way to cancel and/or get money back. **************** rep continued to explain that they're just a site that connects ticket sellers to buyers and they have no way to issue refunds "unless the game is rained out." Fully acknowledged that tickets were cheaper buying from actual team website, but basically said "too bad so sad" when I mentioned their deceptive website and extremely unethical policies. From their lack of response to anyone else reviewing them on here, it seems they truly don't care that they're ripping people off. Absolutely garbage and predatory company.

      Awful and a scam. I JUST experienced what happened to many others. I was somehow tricked into purchasing my tickets through these rip-off artists. I am not sure if paypal is in on it with them but now I have disputed the transaction with this company through paypal and I have to wait over a week! Wanted to dispute with my bank as well but the transaction is still pending. I hope this business ***** and that all the people responsible get what's coming to them for ripping people off.

      BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF and SCAM!I purchased 4 tickets to the Newport Jazz Festival in **********. The list price showed $380 each for VIP tickets for a June 2nd show. When the purchased was made, the total price was $2730.00 which equaled to over $680 per ticket. I immediately reached out to this company to cancel the order and demand a refund. Of course, I was told that there were NO refunds. I filed a claim with PayPal and was immediately denied because the purchase was authorized. At that point, I accepted the mistake and then requested that the tickets be sent to me so I could sell them or worse case, go to the concert anyway. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE TICKETS to me via email and the concert date passed. I filed another claim with PayPal and they again denied it saying that the tickets were delivered. I checked spam and monitored my email and never received the tickets and was amazed that PayPal sided with this seller even after I showed them a transcript where they refused to issue me the tickets because of an open claim I had with them. I have since opened up a claim with my bank against Paypal for the funds but I am less than optimistic. This is $2734 that I have lost because this company scammed me and has a F in the BBB. I did not do my research first and it has cost me an expensive *******

      Complete scam. **************** gave me the full run around. They claim they sent me tickets and that it's an issue on my end. Walked me through troubleshooting, what a joke. However, I even never received an email confirmation for my purchase or an email confirmation that I received my tickets and yet I'm out $366. They wouldn't even provide a confirmation number for my purchase, so I have no legitimate proof other than the charge on my credit card. When disputing, they claim they sent the tickets, so I couldn't get a refund. GARBAGE. I'm livid. Avoid this company at all costs! They should be taken down!

      What a fraud! When recently buying an event ticket their information comes up...looks like you are buying it from the event. We were going to a low level event for $55 a ticket...accidentally went to their site. Place on PayPal - then got a notification from Paypal that the total was $334.50!!! I called immediately the event and Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. The event said this is happening a lot but could not help since they did not collect the money. And, of course, The Ticket Fulfillment told me that once the purchase is paid for that it "sucks to be me". They did offer to sell the tickets for $35 and charge me a service fee. DO NOT TRUST THIS GROUP>
