      Ordered tickets for ***** and the total came to ******. I tried fighting with PAYPAL and my bank. The question is why anyone hasn't stopped them.

      On or about January 26, 2023, we attempted to purchase Price is Right tickets through ticketmaster, with whom we have an account. . Upon reviewing our tickets, imagine my surprise when told I didn't purchase from Ticketmaster. I have contacted the company and was told it is too late "because we already have the money." This vendor then upcharged us . This company defrauded us into believing we were purchasing tickets from ticketmaster, and is using "you should have read the fine print" to take money from us in exchange for a product they do not have and have not provided to us. I spent $555. on tickets that should have been less than $230. We understood we were purchasing ticket, not a promise to provide tickets at a future date. We had no intention of conducting business with this vendor at all - we thought we were working with our usual vendor, this vendor knew that. This vendor, Ticket Fulfillment Service, has charged us fees far in excess of anything remotely reasonable ($555.00 almost 2.5 times the price of the product), and provided no recourse. We are requesting they cooperate with PayPal and provide the requested refund or partial credit since they fraudulently misrepresented themselves. We do have the overpriced tickets. Shame on them! I would encourage everyone to watch the browser address as this is a tough way to learn a ******* They marked up each ticket, scalping I believe that is called, plus added another $127 handling fee. Tough ****** all around!

      This website does not disclose they are a 2nd hand vendor. They wait for someone to request tickets then they go to ticketmastee to confirm the seat are available and purchase them and charge you 2s the value. Someone from ****** actually purchased the tickets and turned around and sold them to me for $100 dollars more then what I would have paid through Ticket Master. They do not disclose that the ticket price will exceed the face value until after you submit payment. I called them directly regarding this and they are not able to help you, transfer you to someone that can or refund $. I fixed a dispute with my CC immediately, but they have to work with the vendor and may take up to 90 days. The show is in 30 days, so what do I do in the meantime.

      This company chargers twice the price for the same tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. Its a total rip-off. Additionally, the email receipt says that they may charge you more and will invoice you for that amount!

      This is a scam site. They did the bait n switch tactic. They pretended to be the ******** ticket center to charge 3 times the going price. They have not forwarded the tickets. I purchased tickets and they did not send any tickets. No correspondence. Please do not do business with this company. Additionally, I brought insurance on their site (Allianz event insurance, but they obviously work together. No resolution. I am working with PayPal to get this issue resolved. PayPal wants proof of the tickets but Fulfillment never sent tickets.

      I ordered tickets to Dancing with the Stars at ************************ on March 5 and have not received any tickets whatsoever. These people are scam artists DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM! I hope I will get back my ****** dollars back from Pay pal. These people need to be shut down. PAY PAL NEEDS TO Not Patronize this company.If you try and contact them they do not Respond because they have already taken your money. LOCK THESE PEOPLE UP!!!!!!

      I ordered 2 tickets for a play on what I thought was a local Theater's website and paid a lot of money for them, thinking that the seats would be really great and maybe tickets were scarce. It turns out that it was not the theater's website but a scammer's. I doubt that I can be reimbursed, but just want to warn everyone to make sure that you have the correct website when ordering things over the Internet.

      If I could give it a negative 10 I would...on January 11 I went on ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets for a concert on March 11. The website indicated that seats were selling fast and entire sections were closing within minutes, so I selected the cheapest tickets I could afford and submitted the sale for 10 tickets through Paypal. After the sale was complete I received notification that I had actually purchased these tickets from a 3rd party seller named Tickets-Center.com. How I ended up with their tickets while on Ticketmaster's website is a mystery. After further investigation I was shocked to learn that the actual Ticketmaster was selling tickets in the same section/row for less than half of what I paid. Within 24 hours I disputed the purchase through Paypal who told me to contact the vendor, so I messaged thru Paypal Tickets-Center.com to ask for a refund which they denied and suggested I simply resell the tickets myself. Paypal is complicit in this matter as the payment method I designated to use for the purchase refused the payment labeling it with a fraud alert. After that payment was rejected ****** took it upon themselves to process the payment through a 2nd payment option on my account without my consent, which paid it. I filed a dispute with Paypal which has been denied even though Tickets-Center.com has never responded to my knowledge. All record of my dispute has since been removed from Paypal's website. I fortunately have screen shot almost every step of this process from beginning to today and once I have organized the evidence and a timeline I will be contacting the *********************************************** and request that they look into it. In the meantime I'm afraid I've been scammed out of $1200. Shame on Ticketmaster for knowingly allowing this problem to continue. Shame on Paypal for not standing behind their clients and double shame on Tickets-Center.com for using dishonest and deceitful tactics to turn a quick buck.

      Another layer to this "onion" is a business called Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. In my opinion this is a classic bait and switch fraudulent sales tactic.

      I paid $298 for a R E S P E C T Tour ticket that was $94, AND NOT TICKET!!!!!Called them twice! They are working on it! I was upset about the fees; but; I was owning my part by not reading what I was clicking on! Ok But NO ticket - bridge too far!Terrible!!!
