      This was one of the first sites that came up when I searched for tickets and I didnt realize it was a reseller site, although I did see a header to that effect after I hit submit. The tickets that I found were twice as much as they would have been had I purchased direct from the theatre, but the worst part is I ended up paying $100 additional in service fees and taxes. I immediately tried to cancel, but they do not let you. There should be a 24 hour where you can cancel if purchased in mistake. Feels sketchy and now Im nervous I wont get the tickets.

      I was on a venue's website to purchase tickets to a concert. I was unknowingly redirected to Tickets-Center (AKA Ticket Fulfillment Services LP), where I purchased 2 tickets. It wasn't until later when I was on my Ticketmaster app that I saw tickets were actually being sold by them, not Tickets-Center. I had no idea Tickets-Center was not the ticket management company for The *********, is a 3rd party broker and that I had paid a markedly inflated price for these tickets. I spoke to 2 agents at Ticket Fulfillment services LO and they could only quote the refund policy (meaning, no policy for refunds) and suggest I resell the tickets. I don't want the tickets at all knowing now how much more I paid versus what Blue Nite/Ticketmaster was selling them for. I want a refund.

      i have tried to purchase parking ticket for Chicago Blackhawks game on Nov 21 2024 at *********************************. at first transaction seemed to be smooth. however, upon receiving parking ticket, turned out to be that parking i reserved located completely at the different GEO location. near the same building but off the place that was needed. I am a person with limited abilities to walk and my choice of VIP parking was exactly to avoid long walk. reaching out to **************** was a nightmare. first of all 15 min wait then supper polite person kept me on the phone for 1.5 hr and force to me make pictures (screenshots) of my phone to proof that location shown is NOT what I paid for. then we finely canceled transaction and tried to get a right parking. 2.5 hrs later the owner of the wrong parking canceled my purchased. i m still on the phone with customer service that not even ever that my parking is canceled. I had to disconnect the call as I have had enough of them. Conclusion: beware of this funny organization that sales something they do not own nor have any control of what is going on. Please try other more reputable sites.

      I am a retired grandmoher who wanted to treat my grandchildren to ****** On Ice. Ticket Center came up and I ordered 7 tickets at an atrocious price. I thought it was high but I thought it was the going price. Well so wrong. I paid triple the price for the tickets. I tried to cancel the order but I could not. So I have been saving for this treat for my grandchildren so now i feel really scammed. How can a reseller take advantage of me this way? The tickets are for a show in February. I thought I had to buy from this vendor. How wrong I was. I could have bought them directly from ticketmaster for 1/3 the price.

      Bait and switch, overpriced, poor customer service, not honoring IRS 3 day transaction rule. Was trying to cancel transaction within 30 minutes after sale.

      Worst Business EVER ! don't buy ticket through this call center - they're a secondary vendor - I thought it was Ticketmaster that I bought the tickets through. They would Not refund the tickets after the concert was reschedule due to Hurricane ******. Want to give it NO stars but you have to click at least one star :(

      This place does not allow refunds or cancellation. The "insurance" they provide doesn't accept any reasonable explanation for a refund. They say they will decide on your reason within 2 weeks which is after the concert date. The BBB should slam the door on them.

      Huge scam company. Refused to reverse charges, and no option to back out during transaction once I saw the cost of over $1300 USD. Also, PayPal denied my dispute, despite knowing full well this company has hundreds of complaints against them, including tickets never received. This is hard when you are a senior on fixed income. From now on I will only buy in person from the theatre, as this company deliberately made it seem I was dealing with the theatre, and I will cancel my PayPal account, as it seems they are complicent.

      Tickets on sale is a shady website. I ordered two tickets that I knew would be above face value, which the comedy club sold for $42 and TOS sold for $62, not bad right? But in the order summary it was listed as $62 x 2 and in the fine print of the terms of service, it said in small print that I would be spending $171, very small and not noticeable. They claim that they offer an itemized listing of the fees, but leave the fees and total price after tax breakdown completely out of the summary, and only have the total in the terms of service. Absolutely awful business practice. I tried to cancel immediately, as I thought the button I was clicking was going to take me to the itemized breakdown and not the final purchase button and they wouldnt work with me. I wish I could add picture proof to my review. ****

      This joint should be sued and shut down completely!! This is a PREDATORY so-called tickets company whose sole platform is to GAUGE and RIP OFF consumers, taking COMPLETE ADVANTAGE of the buyer! I bought a ticket to see a performer and days before the show, I called the venue only to hear they had NO tix for me or my name listed for a seat! I had to repurchase my tix with the actual venue THIS time, just to make sure I was going to be able to see the show! Not to mention Ticket Fulfillment Services LP, charged me TWICE PLUS of what the venue was charging AND I had nearly a front center seat as where the Tic Fulfillment Services LP GARBAGE made it appear as if I could only get a LAWN seat for $184.95.!!! F-ing A-holes piece of Sh@! NO GOOD!! ZERO RATING, Not even a 1 star rating, but had to click on it to be able to submit this!!!
