      This company price gouged 5 times the amount that the theatre would have charged. I was misled by the fact that when I searched the event at a local theatre, this site came up ahead of the theatre site. They also set up a recurring amount on my CC for $237.00 per month.Buyer beware! do not purchase tickets from this site. My experience reflects ***** comments - as i also protested to my CC company to no avail.I would not rate any star except BBB makes one choose a star.

      How sad that this company has not been shut down yet by the ******************* What they do: Mimic the site of a popular venue near you (in my case **************** in *********** ********). Their web site will look like the official site for the theatre, but it is not. you really have to pay attention as the Web Site Looks just like the venue you believe you are buying tickets from - but it is not. Next they can't provide exact seating as they don't really have the tickets. You will be quoted a price for the ticket and you think you are getting prime balcony or orchestra but you are not. Worst part. They will charge you way more than the actual cost of the ticket that they provide (if it is real), in most cases a mutliple of the actual ticket. Once you fall for that and you press the purchase button - that is it, no cancel transaction, no ability to get your money back. YOU HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED, I protested with my credit card company and even filed an appeal to the transaction - but had not luck there. SO BE SURE THAT YOU ARE ON THE VENUE's site. BUYER BEWARE, There is a reason they only have one start and really that is becuase this site will not let you provide a negative star. So sad that companies like this (read boiler room) are allowed to survive. Wonder how many times they have changed their names. Good Luck.

      absolute scam company, I have reported to paypal to dispute an order.They charged me $860 for tickets that are not on sale to the public yet and refuse to cancel the order. The ticket price is in usd, added on fees weren't shown.I contacted the company by phone and they refuse to cancel the order.The show is May 20 and they said they would deliver the tickets may 19.I feel their website is misleading and they added extra costs to the purchase.

      Complete scam company. They charged me $220 for tickets that they didn't even have and that weren't even available yet. The tickets on the normal site were $100 only. The refused to cancel the order even though they say they won't deliver the tickets until May 31. There is no reason that cannot cancel the order, but they won't because they are heartless scalpers.

      In my opinion, this company practices fraud by deception using fine print to complete their scams. Checking out for ticket purchases, they do not show the entire price that will be charged to credit card. I thought I was dealing with the venue, but somehow got on their website. Don't use this company under any circumstances! Credit ************ says this company has a no return policy so unable to get my money back.

      The website is not clear about charging usd, I payed 360 for 2 tickets in ****** and was charged 480 with no information prices were in usd. Seems they have a strong no return policy. Real stand up company!??

      In June I purchased 3 tickets for a performance of Les Miserables for the afternoon performance on January 28. The price of the 3 tickets include added fees was $1251.32. They were supposed to be near the front of the mezzanine section of the theater. 4 days before the performance I received a call telling me that those seats were not available and that I was being re-seated at the back of the orchestra level. I was also told that I would be partially reimbursed $100. It wasn't clear if the reimbursement was per seat or overall. The seats were in the final row of the orchestra, but did become available. I have not been credited with any reimbursement or refund. The tickets' face value when received at the theatre was Just over $100 with fees included.

      Unfortunately, I did not look at reviews on this company before purchasing tickets. I would like to give it a 0 review. All the negative reviews are exactly right - this is a scamming company. Added on fees are not visible, as a contact person told me they were. The final charges were 50% higher than the listed ticket prices! They refused any refunds *********** with the " seller". This company needs to be federally investigated!

      What a ****. Website indicates it is the original venue and then markets the ticket at 3x the value plus unreasonable service charges. No tickets issued as well.

      This company is a total joke-charged me $432 for a show that the local venue sells tickets for $160. They offer no refund and explain that all of their charges are explained in fine print at the time of the order. Dont do what I did and use their services-you will be sorry you did!
