      Please shut this down!No one reads these reviews until they've realized they were used as a way to scam unsuspecting victims! We tried to cancel with the person on the phone as we realized it was not ticket master and he would not cancel the transaction..We filed a scam alert with our CC company and we were told we are on the hook for ******* no refunds and they suggest we just pay it so our credit isn't ruined.Run..run run

      0 stars. Too bad I wasnt allowed to leave 0, so I had to choose 1.Horrible how they take advantage of unsuspecting customers by charging exorbitant prices! In my case, it was parking for a concert in an unfamiliar city. In looking for directions to the parking garage, I found out that parking costs $10.00 in that garage. I paid $57.45, thinking I was buying from the parking garage, and just realized today that I did not. I called TicketsOnSale twice to ask for a refund or a price adjustment. They would do nothing. I asked both times to speak with a supervisor, and neither would connect me to one. This is unfortunately an expensive ****** learned. I believe I was connected to them through a link that followed purchase of concert tickets on Ticketmaster. I will definitely be more careful in the future

      Like other customers, I thought I was ordering from TicketMaster. The tickets even appear on TicketMaster. I soon realized I was overcharged over ****** for terrible tickets to a concert. I never received an invoice or receipt to explain why. When I attempted to click on the email link, an error message displayed. When I called the support number, it went to another business. The tickets, which appear on TicketMaster, show that I paid 0 for these tickets. There was a phone number on my credit card transaction which I called. This person stated that I knew what I was being charged. I either wanted tickets that were worth what I was charged, a refund of the overcharge, or as a last resort, a full refund. They just stated it is my fault and no resolution. This is a total SCAM. Look how many complaints have been lodged just this week!! We all deserve our money back.

      Had to call #, could NOT UNDERSTAND the lady,definate language called next day SAME ISSUE SUPER FRUSTRATING,ON PHONE 57 MIN SCREAM!!!!

      Purchased tix on *** app when tix went on sale. I didn't realize that I was purchasing tix from the *** marketplace until the purchase was complete since I was in the que to purchase tickets. Used PayPal for purchase. My PayPal account was charged immediately. Tickets were never sent to my *** account. Purchase email notes that the tickets will be sent the day before the concert IN JULY. I need to travel for the event. How do you prepare for this if you're not sure the tickets will be available? I reached out to the seller and PayPal with no response from either. Buyer Beware!!

      I went through Ticketmaster to get tickets to a concert. I was directed to Ticket-Center, listed as Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. I was "sold" tickets that did not list any seat numbers. I thought that I would get the seats immediately after purchase. Low and behold, this company gives you A RANGE FOR SEATING, and states that you have to WAIT UNTIL A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONCERT to get your tickets! I have never experienced this. EVER. Their terms and conditions are LONG. YOU DO NOT GET ACTUAL TICKETS AFTER PURCHASE. *Immediately* after I purchased these, I tried to get my money back. No response... I sent 4 emails through PayPal. 3 days later - no response. Why is it so hard to get your money back IMMEDIATELY after a purchase? If this company is so reputable, and sells many tickets, why can't I get a refund? Thousands of customers have gone through exactly what I have. I believe that this company has deceptive practices, because if you see the length of the terms and conditions on their site - it is pages upon pages. All I want is my money back.

      We purchased tickets for *******************/***** thinking we purchased from Ticketmaster.Our seats were taken by other people and ********************************* did nothing to help us get the seats we paid for. My husband is handicapped and the entire night was a nightmare. Ticketmaster promptly advised me that I had not purchased the tickets from them which came as a shock to me. Beware of what you think you are getting - you don't want to end up dealing with this company. I paid over $1600.00 and was not even able to use my seats.

      They severely overcharged me for event tickets. When I realized there was a 90% mark-up, I promptly returned the tickets within 24 hours of ordering them. They refused to give me a refund because they sent a confirmation email, and refused to acknowledge that I never redeemed the tickets.

      Ticket *********** center is a scam. They take your money. All Sales are final... in the fine print. So if you try to refute or try to cancel, they will keep your money, and not release the tickets. So once you agree to the purchase, do not try to refute or you're just out of your money. I would not recommend this company at all for their terrible customer service, as well as high prices for a service they can't even honor.
